I was disappointed in AutoZone, tried my luck at Oreilly and want to say I was satisfied, even though i did not purchase anything at the Ewa location but the customer service left a mark on me. Totally recommend and I want to thank "Hana" going beyond customer service for helping me resolve my issue with my car part.
I can’t speak highly enough of this location. We went in to buy refrigerant to top off our AC. First time doing this and I had researched online but wasn’t sure what I was doing. One of the staff, Shirl was her name I think, immediately came up and helped us. Asked us a few questions about our car and pointed out the correct one to buy. Explained the differences between all the options. We attempted to top it off right then and there in the parking lot, and Shirl came out and asked if we needed help, and assisted us. I can’t thank her enough. Just the nicest and friendliest person. Will definitely come back here for any future auto needs!
(01-07-26) Around 5pm, I went to purchase a new wiper blade, Air Filter and aswell going to Oil Change my car today, the lady with short hair assisted me (I think her name was Shirl). She was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Also, she offer me a box for all my stuff that I bought. I will continue to shop at this O'Reilly for my auto needs!
I had a wonderful experience at this location, Cesar went above and beyond. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and my day went from "stressful" to "under control" because of his help
Just came in today because i was curious about whats the soft ticking noise coming from the alternator that i just bought from the oreilly store, and this guy with the mask gaved me the worst costumer experience I’ve ever had. He said i have a vacuum leaks, oil leaks from my head gasket which is i think that’s not the reason! My only concern is the new alternator that making soft ticking sound coming itself. And this guy dont know what he’s saying. I mean im not a stupid and i know about cars. And then he just walk away and didn’t even say anything! this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
I just want to say Cesar is the best. He provided excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and friendly. He went over and beyond to help me today with jumping my Tesla battery. Then when I returned, he carried my dead battery into the shop for a partial refund. Thank you Ceasar!
Caesar was very kind hearted and helped me purchase some new spark plugs. He has great interpersonal skills and should be trusted with even more responsibility.
Cesar helped us out this past week. He was coming back from break and saw us in the parking lot. He offered us his personal tools and explained what we needed to do. Then he walked with me into the store to help find the parts that we needed. He continued to create an account for me and registered me for the military discount. He came back out to the parking lot to make sure we had installed the part properly. We were super impressed!!! The prices for the two items I purchased seemed quite reasonable. Five stars to Cesar!!!
Great place and a great help to someone who isn't as car literate such as myself. Small shop but they have everything you'll need from coolant, car batteries, radiator gaskets, to accessories and everything in between. Staff is always welcoming. You can ask them questions in help of getting parts for your vehicle and they'll be more than accommodating to your requests. If you're in the Ewa area and in need of car assistance then I recommend coming here. They'll help you out for all minor fixings. 5/5 in my books but go for yourself to see!
Stuck up discriminative attitudes with late night crew try some kinder less judgey service please they assumed i didn't have membership either... brand new location with doo doo service. No mattah how nice a place looks the experience is what drives the next purchase or investment. Will not return.
