I’ve had my tundra serviced here for 10 years and found Erwin and his team to be excellent mechanics with stellar customer service. I always recommend them any time someone asks for a good mechanic. Thank you guys for years of great service!

Came in for safety inspection for out of state. The guys are really nice here, quick, and efficient! If I need anything else for my vehicles, I'll be coming back here. Mahalo!

called to get an ballpark estimate for a repair because I would need to get my car towed there from pupukea and the guy I spoke with said I can't buy my own parts and that he couldn't give me an estimate. Why would I get my car towed 20miles without knowing how much it will cost just for labor such a stupid business model wont ever be dealing with these people again. Zero customer service

Great staff. Worked with us really well for our safety and we were in and out in 20 minutes for 2 cars.

Good people work here, service was fast the workers were nice to me and my little ones. Will definitely be back when my car needs something. I did my safety check here and they got me in and helped me right away. The workers were nice to my little ones and made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely be going back. Was informed they don't do patching of tires but that's alright they pretty much do anything else. Mahalo for the great customer service

Went to get a safety check for my daughter's car. They were so FAST and so courteous and soooooooo much FUN to talk to while I waited (which was not long!!)!! Highly recommend coming here!! Told my dad about the great service and now he wants to come here, too!! Great job, guys!!

This place usually has availability within one week out from the day you call to schedule. If you are really pressed for time and have the flexibility you may be able to get you car in a lot quicker on a standby list. It would require you to drop your car off in hopes that they can get to it if there is a no show or if they have extra time. If not, you’ll have to pick it back up before they close. I saw a sign that said $15 for overnight parking. I haven’t tried but it may be worth working with them to see if you can leave it there overnight for another chance the next day if they weren’t able to get around to though vehicle. Again, coordinate with them to see if they even have the availability for standby. Overall though great customer service. I have been going there for the past three years and it’s been great. If there is ever an issue with your vehicle they will explain and show you what the issue is and give recommendations on where to go and how to get it fixed.

Realized I had about one day left on my safety inspection so i was dreading the thought of having to call around on a Saturday to get squeezed in somewhere. Called them up, asked if they had a spot available in the next day or two, and they were able to get me in within the next half hour which was amazing. The guy who helped me out was quick and friendly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thank you guys!

Before I made the appointment, I called to make sure they provided safety inspections. The person that answered the phone went over what they would inspect and that the inspection was good for 30 days. Made an appointment a few days before my DMV appointment for an out of state registered vehicle. Before they even began, they made sure that we knew the inspection was only good for 30 days, and that we had an appointment with the DMV within that timeframe and would have time to go back to complete the process. Really quick in and out, even with all of the information exchange.

I highly recommend this place for maintenance and repairs. They do great work. I take my 250,000 plus vehicle to these guys. They also do safety checks.

1st time coming here. Recommend by a friend as our vehicle need repair. Appointment available for repair. They took down our info on the phone, told us to bring it in on Thu but didn't give us a time. We went in early morning and our info was there. Advance payment of parts are required if ordering is needed.

I always come here for my annual safety inspection. The employees are courteous and the process never takes more than 10-15 minutes. They are still doing inspections by appointment and follow appropriate distancing measures to minimize contact. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend them.

Tucked away awesome repair shop. It’s so hard to find a honest shop that gives you straight answers on what the problem is (or could be). Also they do inspections at a walk-in basis and much quicker than any other shop. Highly recommend.

I love this place!!! These guys are the best! I've been taking my cars here for a few years. Each time, Eirwin has given reasonable advice on what needed to be fixed first. This is unlike many shops that tell you everything needs to be done ASAP. They have also been willing to do small repairs before telling me I need to replace something completely, e.g., tightening the screw on my rear windshield wiper instead & changing a bulb in the rear windshield light instead of recommending I replace everything. I believe they have been honest and their assessments have been correct. Also, safety checks from them are convenient. You just have to drive- in before a certain time (I forget the time); no appointment needed. They don't do tires or alignment, but I take my cars here for anything else. Try them once and you'll see!

No customer service. They know nothing about bikes. Went to get a safety. Rookie tells me I need reflective tape on the tip of my fender, when it does not have one from the factory. If I could I give them "0" stars. If you need a motorcycle safety head over to power sports Montgomery motors. Customer service is top notch and they know bikes👎👎👎

I get all my vehicles safety inspected here. They are very professional and there has not been more than a 15 minute wait, which is more than can be said for other places down the road where I have waited more than an hour for them to even get to my vehicle.

This is my 3rd straight year coming here getting my safety check for my sport bike, these guys are the best, super fast, super friendly, and very helpful..he even put some lube on my front brake level for free...thank u guys, see u next year

I have gone here for my safety check on multiple occasions. No appointment required, but also no long wait. I believe I have always been helped within 5 minutes & everyone is helpful, fair, & kind.

Does walk-ins for vehicle safety inspections. Super friendly and timely. Repaired my rear taillight because the bulb was out, only charged me for the bulb. Overall very glad I found this place on Google and will be back for more repairs/oil changes as needed. Cannot say enough about this place.

Glenn and everyone at Auto Repair of Hawaii give excellent customer service and go beyond the extra mile to service people. It was my first time getting service done with Auto Repair and all I can say is they truly treat you like Ohana when you are serviced there.

Just got my motorcycle safety inspection done here. They do walk-ins and had me in and out in 20 minutes total. Eirwin (sp?) was professional and very attentive. They had no problem with me leaving my bike so I could run over to Satellite City and get my registration. This is a place that I will definitely go back to for my auto needs as well.
