There’s no fun in having a tire blow out when you’re hours from home. My insurance sent the request to Marshall’s Towing and I’m certainly glad they did! Marshall was very pleasant, professional, and treated me very well! Truly a nice guy! I would highly recommend using his service if you need a tow - you will not be disappointed!
My car needed to be towed. Mr Marshall arrived before his eta. He was very nice and professional. He gave me automotive suggestions on the care of my vehicle. He also gave me his business card. I loved his professional service. I will definitely use his services again if needed.
I was seeking a different tow company due to the ratings advised by the ins carrier. The truck pulled up with-in 30 minutes of the request through the insurance company. He made recommendations regarding service for my car, he was professional, provided a business card, and gave a follow-up call once the car was dropped off. No complaints and I'll utilize this company services going forward.
These guys were my saving grace when I was stuck in the middle of GA with no way to get home. They were so kind, professional, and seemed to genuinely care that my car and myself made it to my destination safely. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!
Worst tow service in the world …I wish I could leave less than one star to be honest …my insurance company picked these folks to tow my car ..was a nightmare..I called him 20x before I got an answer then he acted like it was no big deal..had to call him back ..it took me least 30x calling to see if my car was towed at the right spot ..then he gave attitude ..like I wasn’t suppose to be upset that I didn’t know where my car was dropped off at ..I wouldn’t suggest anyone use him …like I said ..I wish I could leave less than one star fr .
Horrible, was later than expected arrival time and then could not perform the service I needed after waiting a hour and half also had to come out of pocket even though I had roadside assistance. I will not recommend using this company if I can give zero stars I would.
The absolute worst towing company of all time. DO NOT USE this company. Had a rental car from Enterprise and it broke down the driver drop the car at a random location not Enterprise and now I'm liable for the vehicle.
We had a blowout in the Interstate; called Good Sam to dispatch service. After waiting 30 minutes we attempted to call the number the agent gave us (and it’s listed on their website) several times to inquire of the distance to make it to us. No one would answer and service is offered 24 hours. Husband (disabled) managed to change the tire…canceled the service. Not a professional business…would not answer their phone! We do not recommend!
Worst towing company ever, never called back to inform me of ETA. Then wanted to charge extra fee and I have roadside assistance... if your insurance provider is using them, good luck
