Worse customer service I've ever experienced. After two months or more of attempting to talk with them about money owed to me---no response. Texts, calls, voicemails all ignored.
Bought a front door and told me they would be open on Black Friday. Drive 2.5 hours there….closed. 5 hours wasted and a half a tank of gas for nothing. They did promptly refunded me though.
Sherri Smith is truly amazing. I would highly recommend this locations to anyone searching for used car parts. The staff is beyond professional and they'll give you quality parts for your vehicle. Although it was a long drive, I'm satisfied with the services they provided and you would be too. Thank you again !!
I bought a headlamp from them and it came in damaged. Ive called them several time and they keep saying they are going to get my return going but never do. Dont waste your money!
I brought a taillamp from them, the price was excellent and they shipped it right away, part was beautiful.... but it was wrong, lol. But I messaged the salesman Ryan, and he jumped right on it, sent me a return label and then issued a complete refund.
In the used auto parts business things happen and all we can do is our best to fix the situation which Ryan did. Thank you, I will use you again in the future.

I call to get my money back since I was hospitalized a half a year they close my account and the money was return to them, yes I call 1year and a half late because of my issue medical and they just tell me they can do anything their win of 675 Dollar they had to know the money was return and reach put to me but instead stay quiet and stay with my money 675 is not easy to get cause they sed it was thru a 3rd party that was purchased. In the first place they should do that if they are not talking to the owner of the debit card they deal with that company but when they need to return the money they just want to clean their hands
We bought a motor for our son’s truck from this place. It had 100k miles. It was supposed to have a warranty of 101 days. The motor went out on day100. Despite still having the invoice & warranty info they refused to honor the warranty. They stated that it had been 108 days since we bought the motor although it was clearly only 100 days.
Tried to put me together with a transmission, I paid for one with 105k miles, when I got there to pick it up after driving 3 hours I realized they tried to give me a different one with 151k, fortunately I ran a Carfax and caught it in time. They said that they did the refund immediately the following day after seeing nothing in my PayPal account decided to contact PayPal just to find out that they hadn't even started the refund process. Very dishonest people running that business.
This is a great company to do business with. I have had great service all the way around. Make sure you make them your first call. You will not be disappointed.
the part was canceled and they sent it to the wrong destination, when we managed to locate it in ups it turns out that it was not the part that they presented a description, then we requested a refund, after 8 days they returned the incomplete money, I do not know what their sales policy will be and reliability for consumers, I do not recommend it to anyone, not even to my worst enemy.
They want you to give them your credit card number over email or phone before you see the part and they will not refund your money if there are any issues or damage to the part when you arrive. Beware of this scam. With this shady practice who knows what they do with your credit card info... I had unauthorized charges after dealing with this place and had to report the card stolen. I do not recommend this place.
Went there spent an hour researching part, waited a week, wrong part, and no one answered phone. Waited for them to open on Monday. They had my phone number, no one called to say anything. My transportation is nonexistent.
Prices has went up to high they only have one customer service rep to sale you parts when I went it took me thirty minutes to get waited on left there went to cox in Moultrie ga where I got the same part $ 50.00 cheaper
Told me to pick my part up at 3 and when I got there I waited almost 2 hours before I got the part I needed. Very unprofessional employees behind the service counter
Dont sell your scrap here! They cheat you on what type of scrap you bring in on the scale computer and they cheat you on the weight too! I'll never sell my scrap to Automotive Core Supply again!
