Insured a good working transmission with a 30 day warranty took the transmission back. Cannot get my money back for it just another transmission that’s been in and probably no good.seems like they’re just waiting for the 30 day warranty to run out
I called and he had part but wanted to double check before I rode all that way. He called me back and said part wasn't any good so I didn't waste a trip there.
Finding the part I needed was difficult, this place was a long way away, but they had the parts I needed ( Could not find any local). I called and asked if they could ship and they did. They had one person text me pics of the parts and all. Then they even sent shipped them and sent me a tracking number. I received the parts I needed and a reasonable price. I would definitely consider working with them again.
The first time stopping in there to get a tailgate. Unfortunately it wasn't the right color. However the complete staff is very nice. We even discussed some aftermarket parts. They will be my first call before buying anything from the auto parts store or dealer.
Went to get a radiator for my 2005 Mazda and I told the person I spoke too several times it was a 4 cylinder but instead they sold me a 6 cylinder. They would only give me a credit if I brought it back but didn’t have any parts I could use. The day I bought the part the older gentleman was very rude and nasty because I didn’t know what other part I needed. I showed pictures and when I got it figured out he got mad and told his crew to cancel the whole order. Just rude. I will never do business with that company ever again and if y’all are smart y’all won’t either. I hate doing a bad review but for me a single person with not a lot of money who works hard for the little I have, I had to say my peace. $100 might not be much for y’all but it is for me. And I hate wasting money.
Keith Hadden is a very knowlegable parts man good at customer relations. If he dont have the part you need he will try to find it. Great place to buy you used parts cheap
Bought a window from this place waited all day to get the window pulled up to get the window and he pulls it out of the old truck breaks it and then will not refund me my money. I’ve never seen anybody build a business with this kind of behavior $125 it’s not easy for me to come back, he told me he would take $25 off the window and I could not get my money back from him thanks for the broken window vidalia auto salvage
Drove 250 miles round trip only to see that the part they confirmed twice on the phone was in stock was, in fact, not. As a business, If you know your inventory system is unreliable then you should check first before wasting people's time and money. As a customer , make sure to call and ask them to pull the part and send a photo to make sure it's the correct part they have listed.
My motor went out in my SUV and then two days later, my daughter broke her tire rod on her Altima. When I called to check on the prices to get the items I need, they informed me that they do service there as well. They came and picked up my truck and my daughter the same day. It took 2 days to work on my daughter's car and I am trying to get the money up for my engine but they still have my truck... patiently waiting on me. HOPEFULLY NEXT WEEK
the worst place i have ever been. I had the worst experience, the day you go to quote they have a smile but when you go to ask for a guarantee you find the most false person I know from Brandom telling you that everything is your fault. engines without compression, in poor condition, apparently repaired with the worst components on the market, poorly synchronized. don't waste your time you will really regret going to this place. I lost 3 thousand dollars in this place
I tried calling this business to ask about a part for my car but the person that they have answering the phone is the most rudest inconsiderate person I've ever spoke with in my entire life. If I was the owner of this company I would really consider getting somebody else to answer the phone because when you called to get help and you're trying to give a business, business and you're trying to give somebody your money and they scream at you and put you on hold immediately like your a nuisance for calling. I will never do business with them ever!!!
Bought a used engine and was given a price and was told when I brought in the core and picked up the engine they would take off the core chargesfrom the price but they didn't they added to the price
We had bought a truck from a car dealership that used them as a mechanic. We had a 3 month warranty on the transmission they had put in it. It started to slip, so we had to take it up there for them to fix it. The owner himself and his mechanic came out to the truck, looked at the transmission, and tried to tell me, who was driving the truck, that there’s nothing wrong with it. That the transmission was new and was nothing wrong with it at all. He was trying to downplay it so he didn’t have to fix the problem. The owner and the mechanic had a nasty attitude and were very rude. The owner even answered his phone in front of us and started yelling at the person on the phone. They are not professional people at all. I get that the transmission was not 100% guaranteed to work, but it was the way he handled the issue that was the problem. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere, to people who actually care about you and your way of going.
Have used them before, this time was different. Usually excellent service and sales. Today I called at 4:48 p.m., about
brake switch, spoke with a Tony. He was not helpful at all and would not let me finish my question that he would interrupt and answer, and didn't know the question. He cut me off each time I tried to ask something. They close at 5:00. My only thought is he was in a hurry to leave. I will continue to use them but will not deal with Tony again.
