Not so great employees, my experience as of Friday June 13, 2025 at 11am. After checking out four jugs of 15w-40 motor oil, I loaded them up into my truck, a female employee in her thirties walks out and yells to me that I stole a tire patch kit, which I did not. I emptied my pockets to prove this to her, and offered her to look inside my truck to prove i didnt take anything. She declined. Her so called proof "because I was smiling at her through the stores window" while loading up motor oil into the cab of my truck. My response to her was "Before you baselessly accuse me of theft, go look at your cameras, go check your inventory stock and you will see I did not indeed take anything." After hearing this, she then rudely proceeds to stomp away. I talked to her manager after this too. I will not be coming back to this specific auto parts store after this incident. This is ridiculous...
Visited the store today, and the nicest lady named Ms Deborah that works there, helped me find what I needed for my car. She worked diligently and patiently until she found what she thought would work and it definitely did! I have cool air once again! Thanks again Ms Deborah!

Great service. I took my old alternator back for core charge. I had a question about a piece from motor that I found hanging on a hose clamp and between the customer and sales person got a answer.
In the past couple of years I've had a wonderful experience with this Americus Georgia store every time I go there. All the staff here are always extremely helpful they do everything they can to tend your automotive needs. Extraordinary personalities. They seem to never be having a bad day. And by the way Advance Auto Parts now has the best rewards program in the world. Thumbs up and a thousand thanks to Advance Auto Parts. It would be robbery to leave this review without mentioning associate Ms. Deborah in Americus, Ga. she is an amazing outstanding automotive genius. Her customer service, advice and care is extremely helpfull. If I owned a parts store I would have to have her.
Mrs Chloe went above and beyond to assist and help me with my issue... she really showed that her job was not just a job and that she cared about helping find a solution to the problem. I can not thank her enough .
If you have to have a part ordered here, triple check that they actually ordered it. I came in and had a hub assembly ordered (or at least they told me it was ordered) Thursday and was told it would be there Friday at 2:30. I showed up at 3:00 they said it wasn't there yet and to call the next day. It's Saturday and when I called to see if it was there, they said they had no record of any hub assembly order.
My dipstick tube on my truck had broke in half Thursday and my wife called around to see if anyone had a replacement. Advance was the only one who said they could get it in on Friday. We were honestly shocked they were able to get it in to us so fast. The dipstick tube they got me was slightly different and looked to be an updated version from the OEM dipstick that was previously on the truck but it fit in perfectly and works like a charm. Thank you for the help Advance!!!
I visited this location today to try and figure out what parts were needed for my car. I am a SpeedPerks member and have used multiple Advanced locations throughout the state of GA, but I have never been disappointed until today. The lady behind the counter was uninterested and unhelpful. I walked out and went to AutoZone where I received great customer service and all of the parts needed.
