Terrible Macon county and surrounding areas should not use this company when they do get your trash ,that is when they do,they throw trash in the road and on your lawn just ridiculous we are tired of prices going up and service going down.
These guys are responsive, professional and accountable. From responding to my web form inquiry, to answering the phone every time I called, and responding to every email, the provided great customer service. They efficiently delivered the dumpster and scheduled pickup as promised within 48 hours of my call to end the rental. The driver knew to avoid the power lines and did the delivery and pickup perfectly. Would most definitely recommend them!
I rent a dumpster from Amerigreen for my mobile home park. Is it scheduled to be picked up today (every other Friday is how I have it set up), no one ever came. There is no after hours number to get in touch with anyone. If I pay for a service, I expect that service to take place, this has happened several times now.
I like having local recycle, but there are no instructions, there is no bin for cans, and I always worry that I'll drive over something that will puncture my tire. I've seen several metal shards.
Requested 2 week rental up front. I was explicit about this. They left dumpster for nearly 4 weeks before picking up and charged me an extra $500. Poor way to do business.
