Just had my car towed home after being disabled. The whole experience at Peacock was pleasant. The receptionist was pleasant and knowledgeable along with the efficiency of my car being towed from point A to B. The tow drivers were pleasant and conducted themselves in professional mannerisms. My vehicle was impounded and I was quoted one price to retrieve my vehicle but was given a higher price within less than 24 hrs. Also was not told that my vehicle was taken to my dealership until I had to call THEM.
The owner was never there and the receptionist on the phone acted clueless
Mr Walter was my assigned driver twice when using AAA, the second time, I told him, I was going to write a review bc his service is extremely exceptional. He is so nice and friendly and has great communication skills. I remember our first encounter as well but sometimes we don’t have the time to make time for writing reviews. However after the service I received, I just had to let Google know how much I appreciate Mr Walter & Peacock
Highly recommended! My sister and her family were involved in an accident over 300 miles from home and her insurance company was giving her the run around about trying to get a wrecker company to transport her car back home. One call to Curt and the situation was resolved. He was there within an hour and had them all safely back home about four hours later. Very professional and courteous fourth generation family business. Would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you Curt!
I highly recommend this place, our daughter is away at college and her truck broke down, we were 3 hrs away and couldn’t get there we called peacock towing and he went right away and got her truck for us he towed it and kept it on his yard for two days, the bill was very reasonable and he also sit with us and helped us fix it when we were able to get there! He was a very kind and helpful man and we really appreciate all the help he gave us! Give him a call you won’t be disappointed!
We had an emergency after hours on 3/14/2023 and needed to be towed from Americus to Vienna. Not only were they prompt but very reasonable in their pricing. Michael was extremely nice. He made sure our babygirl Springer Spaniel was safe in the car before loading it. He was kind and considerate and as any well bred southern boy does, he was very respectful. Mr Peacock and staff, we will definitely recommend you to everyone. We just wish you had a truck in Vienna. And boy, that was nicest tow truck my husband and I were ever in. Called them to flatbed my wife's BMW to Custom Performance in America, late on a Friday. They came out about ten miles, retrieved the car, and got safely to the shop, which is back the other way fifteen miles, in about forty five minutes. Also, importantly, before the shop closed for the weekend. Outstanding!
ETA was right. Tow truck operator was very professional, made me feel valued. Got my semi to the repair shop, and then gave me a ride to my hotel. Great experience and will use again.
I had a really good experience with the guy that changed my tire. He was so nice. I called and he came right away. I wasn't left waiting very long. I'm grateful for his promptness and his friendly personality.
Great service. I used them 3 times within the past year and I have no complaints. They always answer on the second ring and picked up the cars within 30 mins of my phone call each time. And dropped them off without any new scratches or dents. I will definitely be using their services again.
I paid 238.00 To get my daughter car back that was towed from the gas station on Highway 27 to Peacock warehouse on 280 East... That’s $47.60 per mile!!!!! Wow Business in Americus Ga....... I guess I poked the bear or did I poke A Becky
My Daughters car died on the side of the road. Needed to be hauled back to her house. Called Mr. Martin, he came and put it on a Rollback Hauler. Very good service and very nice people. Standing beside the road with a dead car is stressful on it’s own. Professional Service. Thank you.

The best tow experience I have ever had! Very polite and respectful. Two fellas showed up earlier than expected. They were knowledgeable and treated my very tall, very long cargo van with grace and ease...no dragging the hitch along the parking lot. Offered a ride back to my hotel room, which I took. Also offered a ride back to mechanic, but I did not need it. They were great and I would definitely use them again!
