This is the most organized Pull-A-Part I have been to. They know exactly what they've got and where it's located.

Scheduled to have my junk car picked up and they totally blew me off, never showed up and there was no call to alert me that they weren't coming or to reschedule. When I called after waiting two hours past the scheduled time they told me I was "still on the schedule for the day" but they still never showed up. I ended up going with Wheelzy who offered me over $100 more and ACTUALLY SHOWED UP.

Good place to go in Augusta when looking for used auto parts. Inventory is updated daily. The staff are very helpful, and helped me to locate the car on the lot. The check out lady also was very nice, her name was Jessica.

I purchased my used vehicle from there and the service was exceptional. The price was fair and I was on the road within just a few minutes!

I went to Pull-A-Part today and bought a 1993 Subaru Legacy and this one runs very well. With a little TLC, it will be a great daily driver. Elizabeth was awesome to deal with. She was very helpful with helping me get this car home.

I like being able to search for what I'm looking for online before I go on an adventure. It's a hit or miss, but I normally find what I need. Bring the tools you'll need!

Pull-A-Part Augusta makes it easy to find what you need. Having their inventory listed online and kept up to date saves a ton of time before even heading to the yard. You can show up knowing exactly what you’re looking for instead of guessing. The yard is well organized, and the whole process is straightforward. If you’re working on a project or need parts quickly, this place is hard to beat.

Pull-A-Part Augusta does a great job making the salvage process efficient. Their online inventory being accurate and current makes planning much easier and helps avoid wasted trips. The yard is organized and easy to navigate, which we really appreciate as a business that values time and efficiency. Solid experience every time we’ve been there.

Pull-A-Part Augusta stands out for how well they manage their inventory. Being able to check vehicle availability online before visiting the yard is a huge advantage and makes finding the right parts far more efficient. The salvage yard is organized and accessible, making it easy to get in, get what you need, and get back to work. We’d confidently recommend Pull-A-Part Augusta.

I don't understandwhy you are required to have your picture taken to buy parts. Next they'll be asking for the SS number and saving your credit card information and other personal information

Found a much better salvage yard to go to chancey's Auto truck salvage cheaper than this rip-off place and they pull the parts for you

Pretty sad I was charged for a nut, a singular nut other places just let you slide for something that small, also on the other hand the prices here are astronomical, needless to say that I won’t be returning.

Jessica was Amazing and very helpful and thorough. It was my car that she assisted with but it was brought in by my friend Leonard Curry today and he could not stop bragging about how Amazing she was! Thank You!!!

Pricing is getting ridiculous... For to basic plastic out side door handles and a side mirror was $66 dollars! I never would have thought those items would be anywhere near that amout I would have never have came here. I don't want to hear about your parts pricing on the website. I didn't think I'd have to check on the price of these simple parts. Maybe if the parts were already pulled I'd halfway understand but my god that is absolutely unreasonable for something like this. I could have bought high quality new aftermarket parts for this amount...

Great customer service. Drove all the way down from Atlanta area to get what I needed. They didn't nickel and dime each part either. Will be back.

OK, time to get rid of my first review and replace it with something a little bit more up-to-date. It’s been two years since I’ve been to Pull A Part. Attempting to find some very simple parts for the air conditioning system on a 2006 Dodge ram is rather disturbing because they no longer make the parts. Why I did not think about going to Pull A Part to begin with? I went there this morning and within 30 to 40 minutes I had plenty of the parts I needed. I only needed two however I made my way through the Chrysler section and gathered up some extra. 20 bucks and I was out of there with a good ice cold bottle of water and treated extremely good by the wonderful people who work there. Ladies and gentlemen, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate how well y’all do your job. You make people like myself feel like I’m a kid at a toy store. Time for the VIP membership folks.

I recently went here to find some car parts for my 7 series BMW. They had just the parts i needed for the air and cooling system so i could fix it myself. I will tell you the gentleman here are very quick and professional at everything they do. It was my first time here and i was in my Military uniform having just come from work, and the process was very quick and smooth. In a time and era when customer service is dead at most places, From this customer i can tell you customer service here is top notch. I love the fact that you can wash off your parts prior to leaving. I will definitely go here and recommend to anyone in the CSRA to get your parts here. I would give you more stars if i could. :)

Well they need to update their log on a more regular basis but out of all the experience I had today found what I was looking for but was it easy because their inventory is a little offset

Why do you charge extra for parts that are considered essential on a hood? The striker and insulation are integral to the unit. While trying to add $20 you lost lost the whole transaction. This for a buick, 99% chance those two parts will never sell separately.

Yeah I was looking at a car was looking at a bumper and the man almost hit me on the excavator with the car and then flipped me off

Everything is easy to find. Well organized. It’s like a MALE MALL around here. Not saying it like in there now but in there now. I love it here. Soooo many options. Oh yeah and the staff is nice. I wasn’t forced to write this …… i dink?

This place is just awesome. I can search to see if they have the vehicle I need parts for before I arrive. If the part doesn't work, I can return it for store credit, no questions asked. Prices are outstanding, and the employees are caring and respectful. Making my third trip there tomorrow!

I have visited this pull a part for many years. I love the way the yard is set up, Staff is very professional, On the other hand the prices are almost as high as buying new, a Radiator there is $ 73.00. Plus what is this environmental cost that is being added to each purchase, I thought that was a disposable fee?

Purchased a transmission, tail lights, & shocks had plenty of wheel barrows, fresh stock, & all staff was friendly & helpful. Also went last weekend & purchased 2 great almost new tires at another less than I was having to pay for 2 new ones anywhere else. Still had the little rubber doodads all over the edges from being new.

Don't waste your time driving here. The selection is junk, always smashed body parts. I been going there for 20 years and they have gotten worse and worse. Today they wanted $150 for 2 normal s10 wheels and junk tires with no tread and cracks that I needed just to move a truck around. 50 bucks per junk wheel n tire plus 5 bucks environmental and 16 bucks core charge. Place is junk. I do not recommend!!!

Really great value massive selection of cars and many years to choose from. The counter staff was really helpful and courteous, and they knew their stuff.

Update. There are carts available again for rent. Yard is clean and organized. Aisles are labeled. It would be a 5 star but I have trouble with my feet and planned on renting a golf cart but they were all broken. Not rented but broken.

Prices are pretty good.. got a 2004 Acura leather car seat for $40 in condition.. People are nice there, but the parking Lot is a mess needs better management. Try to ad pictures from the filthy parking lot, but don't know if it worked. Terrible. 9/11/2021 Update; someone heard me: the place is cleaned up. Awesome. Now I even enjoy it more to come and look for parts with my husband. Thanks
