I came in this morning to spend 100 bucks very fast. There was a guy in the back putting up something on the shelf and another guy on the phone and neither one of them wanted to help after about five minutes I said is it gonna be a while he said yeah it’s gonna be a while so I just put the stuff down and walked out horrible customer service. The other guy wasn’t doing anything to prevent him from coming to help me or ring me up. Unbelievable I always go to AutoZone but this morning I was in a hurry and decided to go and try advance auto and what do you know the first time I give them a try makes me understand why I go to AutoZone

They don't now what a 400 small block is at all and they like to fight with you over what you are looking for even though you already know what you need

Tried to get them to help me with my headlight ended up going to AutoZone down the street and getting them to help me 100% get my headlight replaced. They're willing to go the extra mile about a mile down the street from this place so that's what I would recommend.

Always a pleasure ,, very friendly , helpful and patient staff. I had a online order that was taking forever to go through because of me and my not so computer savoyness and even though it was almost closing time and there was other people n the store, Jacob and Elijah took turns on helping me get my order complete while still helping the other customers and restocking the store. Both were very patient, very polite, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and also very hard workers. It's wonderful to see two young men taking pride n their work and going the extra mile to make everyone who walks n that door feel wanted and respected. Thank u guys !! Keep up n the great work !! Corporate needs to give yall raise,, they need more associates like Jacob and Elijah. !!!

Auto Zone will let you borrow a tool and hold your ID. Not these guys. I needed to change a bulb in my truck, technically needed a 10mm driver but a cheap pair of pliers would suffice. These guys didn’t even offer. Made me buy a tool. Cheapest one was a crescent wrench. Bought the bulbs, got the wrong kind, wouldn’t return them. So I bought a tool and bulbs twice, $36. Thanks you guys are just great! Really? In Jasper too. NEVER will I go to another Advance again.

Ask for Wendy Kirby. She makes “going to the parts store” not as bad. She found what i needed for my truck and she wasnt too bad too lol at. ??

Ordered a part from what appeared to be the manager one day, gave my name, went to pick it up the next day.. The same guy sold it to someone else. At 55+ years old you would think they would have the competence to get it right! That's why I continually shop at Napa, and won't change.

The guys that work here are great! They are always willing to help and know a great deal about any parts you may need. Jacob is awesome and is always willing to help out.

Bought a battery in January, it died in July, would not take a charge. They kept it overnight saying they would charge it. Next day they said the battery was ok, offered a replacement. I had already bought another battery so I asked for a refund to which they said they dont refund batteries. I am old enough to know a ruse when I see one. They sell junk batteries and try to give you another junk battery as replacement. Why would they offer a replacement if the battery was ok? Avoid these clowns and find a local owner rather than one of the chains.

Angel!! What a great rep for your location/ company, she is what you need when your car is acting up, your on the way home from vacation and you need great care fast and efficiently. Clone her, pay her a bonus and treat her right, she excels at her position, which, I think is a manager of the Jasper Ga location.

Ever since a gentleman named Bill helped me save hundreds of dollars by doing a little research for me and finding out I had a recall instead of just making me pay hundreds of dollars for the part I go to advance every time and I usually get great service

I meant to post a review months ago about another good experience with a lady working there and forgot. I just went by and was helped by Brittany, who provided great service. The knowledge and service I’ve experienced with the ladies at the location surpasses most experiences at other locations and parts stores.

We were driving home and our check engine light went on. Googled that advanced auto would check it for us since we had another 2 hours home. We were told company policy that they would not do it. Tried to talk to the manager Steve but they would not budge. Left us stranded on a Sunday. Will be telling this story to every one!! Horrible!!!

Stopped here for some advice on how to secure a dragging undercarriage panel on my way back from a weekend mountain trip. Brittany not only came out to assess the damaged part, but also selected and installed the necessary fix. She was SO helpful and kind, and helped the rest of the drive feel safer (and much quieter!). I brought my truck in yesterday and told the staff member that my mechanic had checked the battery, and a cell was going bad. I told him it wouldn't start 2 days ago until I charged it. He checked the battery and said it was fine, but did not show me the tester device or the printout of the results. He did clean corrosion off the terminals, and told me that was the problem. This morning, I am late for work because the battery is dead!!! I will call the store when they open....

Went in yesterday to buy a new battery. Manager was extremely helpful and john went to replace battery for me. Ran into a problem with extreme oxidation on the positive post. Instead of telling me he couldn't get the connection undone, he worked for at least half an hour to remove cable, clean post and reinstall the new battery. Truly appreciate the attention to detail i was shown.

Advance Auto is the best. They are always able to guide me in the right direction, if they don't have what I need, which is rare. Brittany is the best! She was able to help me out just today..Again!

I rolled into the Jasper, GA store this afternoon with an emergency situation on my motorcycle. Four hours from home, I really just needed to borrow tools, get a usable bolt and nut and get on the road. Brittany went above and beyond to assist me with all of the above, with a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you, Brittany for your positive attitude and willingness to assist a traveler in need!

Went on Labor Day needing help determining truck battery strength. Steve was SO helpful and professional. He tested my battery, researched the battery I needed, found a best price, assisted in me getting a 20% discount, then installed new battery. He was friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me and all my questions!

Went in to get my check engine light checked, waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged; then the guy said he'd be right out to check it. He proceeded to assist 6 other people before I finally got tired of waiting. Totally off 40 minutes passed before I said screw this and left. Never again will I go to advanced auto parts!!!!!!

Went in there this morning to get a lug nut for my truck and there seemed to be only one person working. So I waited for her to get off the phone which i was cool with but when I asked for what I needed she responded with that they dont sell replaced style lug nuts. That they only sell the lug nuts for aftermarket wheels. So I just left and went to autozone and got what I needed I have never had luck there so I'm never going back. Autozone will be my main store.

Clean they have always had whatever I needed and a very knowledgeable staff I have been doing business with this location for more than 15 years and I have never had one problem from them they have always help me find what I need for whatever part or project I'm working on with inside the store or if they didn't have it in their store they would find another store that had it so that maybe I can order it and have it shipped to that store or drive to the other store and pick it up

Spent 2 months trying to get my local store to replace my battery. They insisted it was not the battery even though I had 2 mechanics provide a test stating it was. This store was AWESOME. I took the car in and with in 10 minutes I was on my way with a new battery. (Of course this is after I had to replace my alternator again). I would definitely go back to this store even though it is a much further drive.

The counter staff were spot on,one of the associates was more than happy to change out a set of wiper blades out,I've been using advance for the last 17 yrs,never had problems.
