Woke up to a dead battery and needed a new battery asap. AutoZone quoted me $100 more and didn’t have what I needed and weren’t eager to help me at all. Luckily, Mtn City Auto Parts saved the day! Richie and Will were professional, kind, and got me in and out within an hour and $100 cheaper than AutoZone! Thanks guys! We will be using you all for all-things-auto in the future!
They are great people that own it and those that work there. Very little staff turn over and having done business there for almost 15 years, that should tell you everything.
I got there at closing time. I needed a hydraulic hose and needed it for early the next day. They stayed open and made the hose and even installed it. They are heroes.
I went to Napa n ask for a set of red replacement spark plug wires to match my new k and n air filter anyways they said ya no problem n then they didn't Come n n the shipment so they went out of there way to help me track down these red plug wires for 2 days and when they couldn't make that happen then they gave me even better plug wires than I had asked for they REALLY now great service, thanks guys for all ur hard work n helping me get exactly what I wanted hell even better plug wires so ya thank u guys very much again for all y'all done to help me I would recommend y'all to everyone I now friends,family,even strangers lol u guys rock❗❗❗

I had a headlight bulb on my Four Runner that had burned out twice so I stopped by NAPA to get another bulb. I had no idea what type bulb so the gentleman took the 'burned out' bulb out to see and the light worked. When he checked the connections, they were corroded. He put some type of product on the connection to clean the corrosion and the light stayed on. I went ahead and bought another bulb, just to have for safe keeping.
I had to purchase the same part 3 times before I got a part that was not a bad part. They refused to exchange the part because I had put it on my car. Now tell me how a person is going to know if a part is bad unless it is put on the car! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PART STORE AGAIN. They tried to make me fell as if I stupid, however in the end they only proved themselves to be the stupid one.
