I went to buy some wheels for a trailer. 5 bolt on 4.5 circle. Print out for old Crown Vics helped me find wheels. I wore my flip flops (and I don't recommend it) as the mud holes were hard to avoid. Very reasonable price for wheels.
This place is rude they put you right to hold without saying anything then let you sit on hold for about 20 to 30mins then hang up on you i would not recommend anyone to use this place they do not know how to run a business and to be honest they need to be shut down and let the southern pick a part come back and run the place again
Every time i have dealt with this company they have been A+++. The yard is well laid out and they must drag each lane weekly as they is never much debris in the lanes. Cars are ways accessible and there are ZERO weeds and no grass, so less likely for snakes. Clint is a wealth of knowledge and is always overrun with customer service. Great job guys, KEEP IT UP!!!!
It was my first time there and i can say it was a great expierience,staff was very helpfull and professional and the prices where better than expected. I plan on going back.
Did not have a lot of experience at yards like this, but my time could not have been better. They set the vehicle I needed to pull a part out of up on the rack and gave me a more than fair price.
I recieve nothing but the up most respect and fair deals and NEVER EVER have i fealt cheated. Thankyou Pick n Parts I HIGHLY recommend their services!! 6 out of 5 stars lol.
Service is pretty upfront and honest. Changed a lot since new company took over but still has same ol friendly service reps since I started going there when they 1st opened.
This place used to be the best in town. They used to be nice and helpful and now they dont care about their customers. We literally just left there from trying to have them pull a part for us and the guy informed us to go the self service side. Well they don't close til 4:30 supposedly but the door was locked at 3:30 when we went over there. Then as we were leaving, one of the employees was walking out of that locked door to smoke a cigarette. Never going back there and will gladly take business elsewhere. Also, we wont be recommending these guys to anyone we know anymore.
Purchased a BMW tail light assembly on Monday, was told there was a 30 day warranty. Part didn't work so took it back on Tuesday and they wouldn't give me my money back, want to give me a store credit. That's not what I was told when I purchased the part. Will not use this place again.
I've been trying to get in touch with them about a 4L60E transmission for a week and out of 3 calls a day, I've gotten an answer twice. Both times told to wait till this day to talk to this guy who knows better than the person I'm talking to. Took off of work early because I was just going to go in because I was told they close at 4:30 Alabama time only to find out they close at 4:30 eastern time. Beyond pissed and fed up with this place already. When they can call me back and actually help me with this transmission, I'll change my rating. Until then, I'm not doing business with people who act so unreliable and refuse to answer a phone call.
I will echo some other less than positive reviews on here. I called them and asked for a hubcaps for a CRV. Person on the phone said, "We don't have any of those." which is reasonable enough. I then asked if they could point me in the direction of someone who might, to which he responded, "No one around here has any," and then he hung up.
I called them to inquire about a part, the OWNER has terrible customer service, and the worst attitude. I do not recommend this business, he tried to spell everything out to me as if I had no intellect whatsoever, I guess because he figured I was black. I will never spend another dollar at this place. Worse experience ever. A time before, I paid full price for a transmission and it wasn’t even in stock. Very bad business. Smh.
The place charges a $2.00 cash admission fee for you to go find parts that may or may not be in the yard. They list 2 or 3 cars with parts that might be there on a piece of paper, despite there being at least 5 or 6 of the same cars on the lot with potential parts. They have no idea what they do or don't have, so it's a gamble on whether or not your $2 will actually be put towards something. The place is honestly a mess and nothing more than a disorganized graveyard for cars.

-Poor knowledge of what they do or don't have, so they can't even tell you whether or not you're wasting your time going inside
-Generally disinterested staff that can't be bothered to give you info on cars or parts
I am amazed that this place has such good ratings. My experience was not quite as good. I purchased an engine that was supposed to run good. I installed the engine and it was out of time. It seems that the timing chain had jumped. I called them and their response was "installation error". I only have 55 years of experience. so I could have made a terrible mistake.
I did my first engine swap at 15 years old, rebuilt my first engine at age 17. Most auto recycle stores are honest, but not this one.
I've bought parts there a few times plenty of cars on the yard recently went to get parts the staff was helpful and the prices were good would recommend to anyone looking for parts
I took my F-150 to these guys they said they would have it back to me in great working condition. I picked up my truck after months of back and forth with them. I have given these guys every dollar they asked for but my truck is still not working like they said it would. At this point I would just like to get my money back and I would not suggest that anyone do business with these guys!!!
