This company is a whole scam . This is coming from an auto technician. They make you pay for the part before you get it. Took two days to even get the part. Went to the location to pick the part up. Before signing off and receiving the part after a visual inspection I realized immediately the part was defected. I then requested a refund. I was first told no “either store credit (at a used auto salvage) or wait another 2 days for another part “that could again be defected. I explained to the representative I’m not interested in store credit or waiting any longer. He then went to the back and talked to someone. Came back and said he will refund my money. At the time i didn’t have the original card I used to do refund right then and there. So he told me to call so we can do the refund on the phone. I get home and call for refund. The same employee told me they are charging me a 15% restock fee which is understandable if I didn’t want the part if it wasn’t defected, but it was . I had to threaten the guy that I would call the police if I didn’t get my full refund. He then said he will speak to owner because he doesn’t really care and call back. I told him I’m on my way. He called back in 2 minutes and said he will refund full amount. Also the price of the part I need brand new is 145 and they are charging me 92 for the defected part. Just go to a pull a part!!

Came to Columbus from Albany just for a back window for my truck. Will absolutely come here for ALL of my vehicle needs that I don't need brand new. Its worth the 1.5 hour drive. Especially for the price. AMAZING customer service. They even let me pay over the phone and had the part ready for me when I got there. I really couldn't be happier with this place, they really are awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Would give them no stars but had to give one. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have bought parts here one time and y'all act like I'm a crack head and say I called and said the part don't work. I said the part don't work on the car it won't add up right. It was for a 2013 Chrysler 200but it came off a 2002 Dodge journey but we had to get another one since it wouldn't line up. Then when I came back under the assumption they were gonna gimme my money less a restock fee, they said I had to take yard credit I told them I don't need yard credit I need the money they get art and one said that my friend had to come down with his car, so they could verify that it didn't fit or they wouldn't gimmey money. I understand it's a business and they need to make money, but to say one thing and act like that. I did fuss and cus. What else can you do. No where on the receipt does it say no refund. Only 15%restock fee. Wouldn't recommend this place again. s a little and left

Guy was nice at first , offered to look up about a part for my vehicle. He told me they had my Mazda but had to verify price. I was told I would get a call right back once they spoke to whoever about the part. Well it’s been two weeks and I still never received a call back. Lol. It may be because I was told it cost $1000 for a head light lol.

Justin was awesome with his customer service skills. He said he would check on my request and call me back. He did! He called back in about 10 minutes. Justin took my card information, and confirmed the part would be in route to the yard next week. The part was coming from one of their sister yards. Justin, saved me $600.00 and gave me a 30 day warranty from the day of acceptance. It does not get better than this! Thank you Justin and AAA Parts & Salvage!

Very friendly and social employees. Unimaginably low and fair prices. They offer a wide variety of services such as replacing your transmission for you to simply removing a pair of tails lights in a matter of minutes. Anything goes with these guys and they are the best in town in my opinion! Through my experiences everyone seems outgoing and nice, although I do recommend speaking to Brendon Almond, he will make sure you get the help you need as soon as you step in the door.

This is a great place with great people, who are truly caring and understanding. I had an issue arise, and you may have seen my previous review, but after talking to me and hearing me, and understanding my situation, they has been great. Tommy even called today to check on my father who hasn't been doing so well, which really spoke volumes to me because other than the one time he saw me, Tommy does not know me at all. They have been extremely helpful, in any way they could, and I will definitely be going back to them when I need more parts for my car.

There is no other business I would rate as highly as these guys. Always fast and courteous in their work. I have dealt with Ryan multiple times to get the parts I need. He was able to find me a transmission for an excellent price while I was still on the phone with him. If you need anything at all done to your vehicle I highly recommend you make AAA Parts and Salvage your first stop. Not only do they do their job right, they are extremely polite and honest people. If it's not worth fixing, they will tell you and not just try to get the sell. Will certainly do business with them in the future.

I knew nothing about cars or car parts, and after a minor accident having no idea where to go, I was pointed in the direction of AAA parts and salvage. I was nervous not having a full understanding of what I needed, but Mr. Tommy and his staff were incredible! I spoke with Ryan multiple times to try and figure out what I needed. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly and with the help of him and Benny, I left with exactly what I needed and felt confident in the price I paid. Super helpful staff and reasonable prices. I had to get an entire steering column for one small part. When it came in the part was not functioning as it should so they took it back and ordered another complete column for me to make sure I got what I needed. It was there this time and fixed the problem. But if it didn't, they would have made it right. That's what's important.

Outstanding friendly service! Just needed a latch for the console of my trail blazer, and they found it in about 2 minutes! They pull all the parts you need from the salvage yard, no need to bring tools. I will use them for all my automotive needs from now on. Excellent place!
