If you want to get ripped off then go to them. They replaced some lights and packed my wheel bearings for $695!! I honestly didn’t know much about trailer repairs so I went with it. He also told me the side wall frame of the enclosed trailer was broken and was going to cost $1500 to fix because all the wood had to be removed, I took it to another trailer shop in town and they told me the work he did should have been less than $200 and the frame, it wasn’t broke at all, also he never even open the skin to see if the frame was broken. Dude is a liar and con man preying on us that do not know the actual cost fixing trailers. Stay clear of this business.
Had Gonzales to do repairs on my 8x20 enclosed trailer and it came out with several scratches and he and his staff did not own up to it PLEASE TAKE PICTURES BEFORE LEAVING YOUR TRAILER there.....you will thank me later. Worst experience ever!!!!
GONZALEZ TRAILER REPAIR, ON HAMILTON RD.,PUT A HITCH ON MY JEEP, HE AND HIS WORKERS ARE HARD WORKING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF, HE INSTALLED MY HITCH IN LESS THEN 30 MINUTES AND MY JEEP LOOKS GOOD EVEN WITH THE HITCH, SO IF YOU NEED REPAIR WORK ON A HITCH OR TRAILER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE OR TRUCK TO GONZALEZ THESE GUYS ARE GREAT 👍 AND LET CHRISSY KNOW THAT I RECOMMENDED THEM 😀

Fixed my emergency trailer repair need like a Nascar team on a Saturday while I was away from home and my normal access to tools and supplies. Got me back on the road in record time and back on the way to our destination. Highly recommend this shop!
They redid the wiring and lights on my trailer. Something still isn't quite right with the left blinker but I don't have money to go back and spend on it
Not sure how this business earned 4.6 star rating because he is extremely rude and unprofessional and not to mention overpriced. Will never see another penny from our company again.
I went to the shop on a Thursday, took my old hub, He measured it and gave me a 4.75 hub. I got ready to mount my rim, wrong hub. I came back to place on Friday. He said your have a 5/5 hub, I gave you a 4.75 hub, I know I didn’t make a mistake. I was like 4.75 and 5/5 are two different hubs. I was like My trailer is on stands and I need to use it, I’m not going to argue with you. Instead of him admitting he was wrong, he sold me another hub, and all the seals. I will never recommend anyone to go to this place. It’s a trailer shop at the end on macon rd, the shop is cheaper and much better, it’s called Sail trailers.
These gentlemen are amazing! I had a bad hub on an old tire that would not come off. I took it by their shop and they treated me like I was the only customer they ever had. So friendly and we’re able to get setup and on my way quickly. Definitely my source now for trailer parts and repairs.
They did a great job servicing my camper (tires, bearings, and breaks) all for a fair price and same day service. They have another satisfied and regular customer now!
