  Lies. Went to sell type 1 and type 2 copper and they told me they have to buy everything at type 2 if it's been used. Look elsewhere for fair pricing.

  My partner and I weighed in here for our military move, and every time we came here was an absolute delight. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, and they really go out of their way to help your move go as smoothly as possible. I wish we could take SA Recycling with us for every move we make in the future.   Every single time I come now they rip me off so I will not be coming back. The first time I came they got mad because I had red brass and they got mad because they put brass and I had to show the "professional" that is what red brass and he got mad and ever since I have had trouble with him on every ticket. He gave me #2 Copper b grade for my number 1 copper. He gave me irony brass two different times when it was clean and I took the time to clean them myself. I will not come back they have had to many chances to make it right. I urge every single person that comes here to make sure you check your tickets to see if the tickets are correct for the corresponding metal. You will be surprised how much money they get if they do that to just a few customers each day. They are not going to get my business anymore. All I ask from you is check your ticket, I am willing to make a bet that more than a few of you people will find my findings to be true and accurate. Its a shame I do not know if its the higher ups telling him to do it or if its an isolated situation with just him. Hopefully its just him but regardless I'm getting ripped off I don't know how many more people are getting ripped off but its bad. Check your ticket is all I ask. Now the tin/metal side is ok. The guy is very nice and polite and helpful. But take your brass, copper, motors, etc, best to check your ticket they will get you. And get mad when you bust them out.

  I was helping a friend and he had an old camper and the Columbus office said they didn't accept them but the Phenix City office did. They allegedly call & said they were waiting for us. We towed it there only to be told that they don't accept them & that the Columbus office doesn't know how they operate. I recommend going ANYWHERE BUT EITHER OF THOSE TWO!!

  As a welder I would rather leave with most of the metal I see, than have brought to scrap. The guys are always professional, curtious and knowledgeable on what is in the yard and I’m done within a minimal wait time.
