When my daughter accidentally put the wrong type of gas in my car, I was heartbroken and stressed, thinking the repair would cost me an arm and a leg. (Of course I didn’t know what the problem was until he kept mentioning something was in my tank that was forbidden my car to move!) I thought it was the Alternator or something else) But this mechanic came out to my home quickly, worked in the hot sun without complaining, and was so kind, patient, and understanding about the situation. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to take advantage of me, and had my car up and running within a few hours. His price was very reasonable, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. Highly, highly recommend him if you need someone reliable and honest! I’m a mother of 1and not having a car would have ruined me! I just moved up here from NC so I didn’t know anybody! God is so good! I’ll def recommend him to anybody. I truly can’t speak on anybody else situation, I just can speak on mine b/c this situation really broke me but he is a good mechanic and did it all by himself!! God bless him
My wife and I were passing through Columbus on our way north and my Ford F150 ran hot. We had a long ride ahead of us so needed help. I didn't know who to call but thank God i called Glenn. Came out to repair our bus. Took the parts that were broken off and charged us $1800 to order the new parts. Never returned with new parts, and kept the old parts as well, forcing us to tow the bus to another location, costing another $1300 which took months to match up the missing parts.
Terrible, and spotty service. I do not recommend using Glenn's. When I asked him for a refund he said that he would give it and never did. I told him I was going to dispute the charges and he said he wouldn't fight it. Somehow, he did and I never received the money back. He'll say anything over the phone and every time I called after that he didn't answer but texted that he would call me back right away. Never did. He seems very personable but his lack of professionalism put us in a huge bind.
Glenn's is not reliable so don't lose your money.
Called Mr. Glenn up at 0800 he was at my house by 0900 took the bad alternator out and had my new alternator in by the end of lunch, which included travel to pick up the part. Price was extremely fair, he was super friendly and very professional. Will be going to him for all my car needs and recommending him to anyone I know needing a mechanic.

I had a great experience, needed my alternator replaced and thankfully looked him up and he was able to get me in the same day and travel to my location to perform the service that was needed. My alternator died, while I was at work and Glenn came right on out and changed it for me. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and was very affordable for the last minute call that I made for his service. I would happily decide to call this service /recommend it to others the next time my car has issues.
The absolute best. My car had not moved in weeks. I'm not from Columbus so I had no idea who to call. They came to me fast and fixed the issue in less ten 10 minutes. Mr. Glenn was absolutely wonderful! I called him Wednesday evening after another mechanic failed to show up as scheduled. When I explained what was going on with my vehicle, he told me what he thought was wrong, including the approximate cost if it was the worst-case scenario. He was very prompt the following morning and very professional. His rates were very reasonable with the amount of work he put into repairing my vehicle. And he reached out the following day to make sure my vehicle was running okay without any problems. I will definitely be using him in the future for any repairs.

His good reviews are bought and paid for. This guys is a scammer. Do not use these little country over the road services, they are 99% of the time a scam. I should’ve waited for the Loves roadside to show up in the morning. ALWAYS use big roadside companies, they have regulations in place and are not allowed to screw you. These little garbage country services survive by scamming people.
This here is a typical country redneck scam. Nobody else in the area had the part needed to fix my truck. I called this con artist here and he said he had all the parts in stock and his guy could be there within the hour. I said “ok let’s do it.” He then said the ONLY way he could send someone out is if he charged me $225 ahead of time. Which was the fee to come out.
Knowing this sounded suspicious I ended up paying him anyway as it was late and I couldn’t find anyone else nearby. After he took my $225 he said he dispatched the driver and he’d be there within the hour. 3 hours later nothing. I called he says the guy can’t find it when I sent him my exact PIN… Nobody EVER showed up to help. Eventually Glenn ghosted me, stole $225 from someone and DID NOTHING to help me out.
This man is a con artist. Scum redneck pos, I’m sure he sleeps well at night knowing he’s screwed over HUNDREDS of people.
Don’t worry bud the world has a good way of coming back to bite you in the a$$. So I’d start getting prepared for a long piping.
Tried to get my car towed through my warranty. I called the company after I received my information and ask to receive a call when they would be on the way. He answered the phone unprofessionally to the point when I had to question if this was a business. He never called nor did he show up. I called to see hours later what happened. He didn't answer the phone and responded with a text "I will call you later". My insurance tried to call as well and didn't get a response either. Please Be Mindful How You Treat Others!!
We were told 4 different days they would be out to replace two tires. Once he even said the tech had the tires on his truck and never showed. Last two attempts to contact them, got a quick reply text that he would call back and never did. Should not tell people you will come do the work and not show up. You told us we could be invoiced. Get you facts straight.
Fantastic service! They replaced all my brakes, didn't need an appointment, and they did it all in the same day that I called. And they came to where my car was, instead of me having to miss work to find them and get a taxi service. Thank you!

These guys are quick, reasonably priced and very professional. My son‘s Jeep broke down in Columbus. My options were to tow it back or have mechanic work on it and this was Sunday. These guys got to my jeep in 30 minutes and had it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks for your help. I would use them again and recommend them.
They are quick to respond and really nice people. They won’t quit until the problem is fixed. My AC on my living quarters trailer kept popping the breaker. They came out and determined the compressors were bad and were able to find replacement parts and fix it in the same day. I highly recommend them.
Robert was so helpful when I blew a tire while driving home from the grocery store! I called his number and got an answer back right away. He had a few other people to help that day so he let me know when he would be able to look my car over and replace with a brand new tire. He was right on time with excellent communication. He looked my car over, and then replaced the old tire with a brand new tire! He was super quick about it and he also didn't let the pouring rain from stopping him. I was so so grateful. Mr. Glenn what is true professional.. His prices are reasonable and fair. Also his mechanic that worked on my car Mr. Dario was truly a professional in his career. Definitely knowledgeable and is a genuine person. Both gentlemen really did us a solid and got me back on the road so I can get back home to my family safely. Glenn was professional and efficient. He also replaced another part in my car that I wasn’t aware of it being broken, he gave me the box the part came in and the receipt and told me that I can pay for the part whenever I have the money. I thought that was very honorable of him since I wasn’t prepared to replace that part at that moment. Thank you for fixing my car! Will recommend!
Glenn was great. He was very nice professional and fast and did not try to get over. He changed my spark plugs and coil pack and was great! Called on a Saturday and my car was fixed the same day! His prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!
I called around all day looking for someone who could fix my truck. Everyone said they were booked until Tuesday. I called here and he came in 35 min. The battery died and the alternator was bad. He fixed it quickly and gave a fair price. Best mechanic in town. I'm recommending everyone to him.
I was very pleased from the time he arrived. He was very prompt came when he said he would. Found out what was going on with my car instantly. He ordered the parts and once parts came in he was back at my home fixing my vehicle. My vehicle had other issues that was going on and he promptly took care of that as well. If he was running late for another job he called me to tell me he would be late and I really appreciate that. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would cause he deserves it. I called them yesterday and let them know that my car wouldn’t start. They said, “No problem,” and showed up promptly to help me out. They diagnosed and fixed my dead alternator quickly and for a fair price. My car was back in the road within an hour. I definitely recommend them for any repairs you need done here around Columbus.

You can even bring your own parts and he is more than willing to work a fair price for labor. I definitely will continue bringing my consumer needs to him.
I called and let Glenn's repair shop know my vehicle would not start, and requested their mobile repair service. The technician came out shortly, and was so friendly! I had my vehicle towed to the shop and they began working on it right away. I was able to get it back the same day. The prices were so reasonable and I really enjoyed my experience. I will definietly be using their services in the future!
I’m so happy all of these other customers were taken care of in the last 8.5 months because that’s how long our truck has been sitting at his shop NOT being worked on. The work has been paid for. They are not answering our phone calls. We are moving and thought surely 9 months is plenty of time to get this done. It literally sat untouched until my husband drove all the way from Fort Benning and checked on it after being told it would be completed soon, only to find it hadn’t even been moved from where we dropped it off at in October 2018!
Very unprofessional. If you don’t want to work on our truck say something. We could have taken this somewhere else and NOT had to get a truck trailer to drag it 9 hours to Virginia. Now we are stuck doing so and you won’t even pick up the phone and apologize?
NOT recommended for bigger jobs. Obviously if you need a battery changed or something else described in the 5-Stars reviews, take your chances. However, when a business doesn’t even try to explain and, as we were told by one of their employees chose to work on insurance claims time and time again before our paid-for job- I don’t recommend you give them your money ...like we did... 8 and 1/2 months ago.
Glenn the man with the plan. Great customer service and fast work! Called him and he was at my house within an hour and had my car back on the road. less than 2 hours. Very affordable and gets the job done. Will recommend to anyone!
Robert from Glenn's After Hours Repair Service is excellent. I have a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium and needed my battery changed on a Sunday and you have to remove half of what's under the hood to get this done, within 30 minutes after arrival the job was complete. I highly recommend this service to everyone! Very professional and gets the job done!
