  I called and they answered within 10 seconds. the gentleman who answered the phone asked “what can I help you with” and was friendly while also asking “what location are you calling for?” Call went well for 20 seconds. Until, I stated “I need a right B-Pilar trim piece for a 2015 Tahoe”. The gentleman immediately said “I don’t sell parts to anyone” and proceeded to hang up the phone before I could communicate. If this place only sells parts to mechanics or dealerships then that should be advertise. Also, the gentleman simply could have said “we only sell to ….” Customer service on the fron-end is subpar for this matter. Good luck to this businesss and god bless. Hope this helps someone in the future.
