This review is well overdue! I was referred to Davo by a friend and Davo was nothing short of amazing and knowledgeable! I brought an issue that I was having with my vehicle to him based off what another business stated it could possibly be and Davo thoroughly inspected my vehicle and it indeed was not what what previously brought to my attention. He assured me that it was something as simple as my battery and not a major part on my car and also gave further instructions on what I needed to get the issue resolved and he also followed up once the issue got fixed. Davo saved me $ and his services worked with my schedule on such a short notice! Highly recommend!

I've know Davo for quite a while, and have done business with him in the past. He has the knowledge and equipment to diagnose and repair today's more technology advanced automobiles as well as a 70's muscle car. I took my G37 Infiniti in because of a intermittent skip, which I had a mechanic at a tire store tell me it might be the transmission, or fuel. Injection. There were no check engine lights to indicate what might be going on. They didn't have the equipment to diagnose it and suggested I take it to the Nissan dealer and have them scan it. When I called them to see if they could do it, they told me I needed to go to an Infiniti dealership. I knew Davo had taught auto repair at Columbus Tech and gave him a call. He told me that he would be able to scan it and could diagnose the problem. It turns out I needed a tune-up and nothing else. He is a Christian business man, honest and trustworthy. He also has a towing service if you need to have your vehicle towed. I highly recommend.

I was so nervous about taking my car to someone. I saw all the good reviews for Davo so we took a chance and brought our Honda CRV to his shop. He quickly figured out what was wrong and took care of us. When another issue came up right after we got home. Davo jumped right in and towed me to the shop and made it right. Great experience! I stopped by to have a headlight looked at as it continued to burn out. It was replaced and the issue explained to me throughly. Very fast service and prices were very reasonable! Mr. Davo was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his profession and service he provides! I will be back for future needs and would highly recommend!!

I have used Davo's expert auto mechanic services several times for my wife's Mitsubishi Lancer, for transmission and starter issues in the past. Davo is extremely knowledgable and a down to earth kind person. So when my RAM 1500 ABS Brake Module and connected equipment failed, I took it in for Davo to look at after I found out it wasn't covered by the RAM ABS Recall for my truck year. The dealership wanted to charge me $3,600 to repair. Davo took care of me immediately for just half of that cost. I really appreciate Davo's honesty and taking care of his customers. Recently had a fuel issue fixed and a midpipe replaced. Very honest shop that was upfront with how they work and how they price. Bonus points for working on and with rotary engines as a lot of shops won't touch them. The staff is very knowledgeable and car enthusiast friendly.
I've been looking for a mechanic for 7 years since my last guy retired. I have been screwed over and taken advantage by so many people (I'm a younger female). I had a crank no start issue on my 1997 Toyota T100. Mr. Davo came to my house and towed my truck to his shop. He correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty ECU which is not a common issue. He recommended an ECU repair shop that made the ECU repairs (Lifetime Warranty on the ECU). After installing the ECU he checked for other issues before calling the job finished.
He charged a very fair price for his work, and I am very pleased with his service.
I found Mr. Davo to be a highly qualified professional. He is trustworthy and kept me informed during the process.
I will not hesitate to use his services in the future as I have found my local mechanic.

Outstanding Customer Service, Quick Repair service, and very reasonably priced for the work he did to our daughters car who is fairly new to the area she needed brake and rotors replaced quickly. Davo was very honest and wonderful to work with, he got her car in quickly and took care of her and we are out of state so I was able to pay him over the phone, he took pictures of the work for me as well. Davo was honest and transparent with everything with my car, handled the repairs i needed and went the extra mile working with another shop to repair my exhaust pipe which he wasn't equipped to do, Davo didn't won't us to worry about finding someone to do that repair and made it easy on our schedule.
