I am not sure who decided to give this place an LLC but they should be ashamed of how this place is running business. Not only Cole’s towing is rude and disrespectful they are also very unorganized liars!!! Like we are way too grown to be lying about people personal cars and where they are at. You call they’ll sometimes hang up the phone or just don’t answer AT ALL what kind of service is that??? People don’t waste your time coming here Oh and don’t let me mention about the price either ridiculously expensive for a terrible service to receive.
DO NOT GO HERE TO GET CAR FIXED I BROUGHT MY BMW THEY CHARGED 430 for MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR AND THAT WASNT EVEN THE PROBLEM , those guys are not mechanics and honestly should stick to towing , Do not let them touch your car internally will rip you off and not car bad experience overall 0 out of 10
Cole’s Towing and Recovery was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. The staff was flat-out disrespectful the moment I arrived, and the attitude was unbelievable. On top of that, the service was painfully slow, and the management clearly had no idea what they were doing. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
Called in because my husband broke down on our vehicle. Our warranty was helping with the tow and we paid overage. We explained it was a vehicle with trailer attached to our warranty and them before they got there. They showed up with the wrong truck and said they could not tow it like that but that they would be back with a truck that could. They did NOT come back and left my husband waiting for over 45 min after he had already been waiting for 3 hours for help and we had to call to see what the deal was. They said they wouldn’t be coming back because it was getting late. Mind you if they had just said they couldn’t or didn’t want to do it we could have contacted another company. But the time they’d wasted all of our time our warranty couldn’t get anyone out. My husband was stranded on the side of the road until 1am until I could get to him with our young children and a friend with a truck to grab the trailer and had our vehicle towed to a local nearby shop by another friend. Worst experience of my life and they will absolutely leave you STRANDED. Seems like a common theme according to reviews. Wish I had known better and absolutely do not recommend.
Outstanding company. They were very responsive and very helpful. The dispatch person called us as soon as she obtained our request through USAA for tow service. They came out expeditiously. The tow truck driver Larry also called me before he came out. He also was very nice, as was the dispatcher. Larry gave me a lot of good information about my car and about vehicles in general. He safely took my vehicle to Honda. Larry and the dispatcher gave me and my son much comfort and reassurance as our vehicle broke down around 8 pm and we were stranded for a while. Thank you dispatcher and Larry!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Cole’s Towing and their mechanic service. The communication was horrendous! They promised to check in before any work was done but never did. The manager was not only unprofessional but he was extremely disrespectful, lacking basic manners and empathy. It felt like he was more interested in confrontation than customer service. I would not recommend their mechanic services at all. While their towing might be okay, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
Never received service and Coles towing refusing to give refund. I have been trying for several months to get a refund. I highly recommend using a different tow service. I would recommend Wimmers tow service.
these people suck & their customer service is the worst. DONT rely on them. they broke my tire off my car. & don’t even try to reply to my comments trying to gaslight these people into thinking we’re the problem. yall SUCK. the company, the people. everybody. sucks
The best of the best! I was stuck on base & my wait time didn’t exceed 10 minutes. Not only did they tow from base to my next location but did a long haul. From Columbus to Lithia Springs & offered the best price & picked up my inoperable vehicle at a timely manner compared to anyone else. Customer service was more than excellent. They also towed my peers cars, they cannot be beat!
Cole's took great care of us and our car after it would not start, they were able to fix the issue at their mechanic shop also making things much easier on us as it was over a weekend and no local mechanic shops were open. Very friendly staff as well.
The Best and timely response to towing my vehicle ever. My vehicle would not start at my house and just a little over an hour the towing service was there. I choose this particular service because they are also an auto repair shop. I received an estimate and went on to have the repair work done. Well once again I hit a home run and received wonderful service from mechanic Mr. Tony. He did a great job on identifying and fixing my vehicle. I have already sent family to see him and will recommend to my friends as well. I’ve now found my new vehicle repair shop and will gladly be a returning customer. If your experience troubles with your vehicle here’s a place that you can trust. I highly recommend.
Needed a tow in Fort Benning. Mr. Rush went through the long process of getting a visitor center pass to help me and was professional the entire time. Called me for updates and got out here quickly. 5 stars
DO NOT GO HERE. They people answering the phones are extremely disrespectful. Day shift don’t know what towing trucks to use for vehicles that can’t go into neutral, they’re super unprofessional and disrespectful. I put in road side assistance through insurance. Spent from 4am-10:30am on this exhausted because auto insurance kept screwing up and couldn’t figure put how to submit basic road side assistance. So I’m calling this place when insurance says it went through when it didn’t. Finally goes through and I remembered 4am shift said my truck needs a wheel lift snatch towing truck as mine cannot go into neutral. Their driver says on the way but wrong truck. So I call back again. Hey you guys have wrong truck. Without saying anything they put and leave me on hold. I call back again. They keep playing hold game. Finally someone answers who says ok we are sending right truck. With no word outs on hole. I call back to ask if there’s out of pocket cost. They say yes. Insurance says no. I ask to speak to supervisor. Hang up. Call back. They see my number answer without saying anything, hole. Call back over and over to talk to someone. Hold hold hold hold hold. Used a strangers phone to call. They answer. “Hey the next person who puts me on hold to avoid speaking to me is going to piss me off.
Then sent tower with wrong truck. Then I called in. Every time I called and they saw my number they put me on hold and wouldn’t answer. Like ten times. I am in the middle of needing my tow fixed. And so I call on strangers number. And say put me on phone with supervisor now because they keep throwing me on hold without speaking to me so they don’t have to fix their mistake. Hold again. Going on 2 hours of sleep. Wildly unprofessional. Hope your boss sees this. You guys shouldn’t be in business with how you all act and treat customers on the phone when they’re just trying to get your screw ups fixed
USAA my insurance company, just told me they are dropping this towing service from any future services. Don’t waste your time. They only come when it benefits them. Requesting my insurance remove them from any consideration for roadside service. I am only 15 mins from Columbus broke down and they wanna give me some bs about being too far away.
Great Towing Company even better staff ! Terrell was a gentleman and very friendly and very knowledgeable. He’s helped me quite a few times because I’m so bad with locking my keys in the car. He’s Awesome !!
Truck 401 was amazing in getting to my broken down car in time as well as friendly service the whole experience. Hopefully won’t have to get towed again but if I do definitely calling these guys!
Contact was made via A.A.A. ,the wait was short and the service agent that arrived for the service(flat tire) was helpful and very professional and had the vehicle ready to go within 30 minutes .

First and foremost there is a proper protocol for towing vehicles! You should verify VIN numbers and tags before you snatch and tow! Claim you got the wrong vehicle when you had to bring it back. Caught on camera red handed. It was funny but you didn't pick up the "right vehicle " when you dropped mine back off! Then Cornell flat said you lied because he didn't call for a tow!!!
Needless to say I am not done with this!!! A pissed off Traywick!
I would not recommend Cole’s Towing. Insurance sent a driver from this company and driver showed up to the scene and left. I had to wait another two hours for another company to come and pick me up.
The sweetest gentlemen helped me in my time of need!! So appreciative of Ralph’s help and knowledge to not strip my lug nuts. Another gentlemen from the same company came out to tow my car to the shop but I didn’t get his name. Cannot recommend them enough!

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!! Let me start off by saying I would give these individuals NEGATIVE stars if I could. Before I even got to this point, we attempted several times to have a civil conversation with the supervisor. What towing company cannot tell you how much it cost to provide a service prior to towing? Additionally, why is your staff not able to explain to a young adult the difference between a tow and recovery and associated cost? Further, why is your cost $4300 for a service that over 8 of your local competitors said would have cost between $250 and $500. We have been told you are notorious for charging outrageous prices. Even when we you were told the young lady in question was formerly in foster care and did not have that kind of money, the only thing you and your staff could suggest was to file through insurance. She wanted to pay out of pocket to avoid a claim to keep her insurance costs down as she paying on her own and not attached to a parent or family member’s policy. It does not cost anything to be kind and show compassion. But you chose to take the low road. May you suffer losses that are comparable to the mental frustration and hardship you are putting this young lady through. God is not going to bless your mess.
Maurice came to help my 81 year old aunt. A true gentleman. He charged her battery, followed her home, then escorted her to a mechanic to have her car repaired. Went so out of his way to help an old lady and make sure she was safe.

I was 2 hrs away from home when my car broke down. They not only towed my car to a shop, they allowed their driver, Evan, to drive me to my destination, about 20 min from repair shop. I was concerned about having to call an Uber and get to where I needed to be on time, but their kindness kept my stress level down.
Evan is awesome!! He not only introduced himself with a big smile, he was very nice and enjoyable to talk to along the ride.

Excellent service provided by Cole's Towing after contacting AAA Road Assistance. Very prompt & friendly. Mr. Q. had my problem fixed in no time. Cole's kept me informed and up to date throughout the whole process. Well done.
The worse experience. I needed a tow on 26th from Columbus to Newnan. Spoke with Justin and he told m that they are very busy and will get to the car next morning at 9am and to leave the keys in the car. I did exactly that. I followed up the next day around 5pm and no one had touched the car as it was still sitting in a parking lot with the keys being inside the car.
Justin assured me that they will definitely get to it on 27th and now it’s the next day and No one had gotten to my car. I just spoke with the shop to find out they canceled my tow….? Wait what?? You promised me the car with be towed from last 2 days and all of sudden; you canceled it. I don’t know how they conduct business this way. They are in huge liability if my car is stolen. Worse way to operate. The owner should either don’t take work orders or do the job they got paid for.
