This driver was hands down, the best tow truck driver that I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond to try and get my dead Tesla to get power to it. The rental company did not provide me with the adapter that was needed in order to be able to charge it. I am so grateful for him!!
I am a 50 year old woman and I’ve never been talked to with so much disrespect, the gentleman acted annoyed when I asked him a question, he was very vague, very greedy, and rude.
I would recommend being very careful dealing with these people. I called and asked to get a towing , the price was $110 (which I expected) I had to go to work so I sent them my brother’s info for help with directions and also for them to send the payment link. My brother helped the tow guy with directions then he fell asleep. When he wakes up he calls the people to pay because the link had expired, they told him the tow fee now is $600 because they had to wait over 90 minutes for a payment & if we don’t have it they will keep the vehicle. They told me I can call back the next day to make a payment. I called back the next day to pay the $600 and they said that the department was closed and they had no one to take my payment , I would be charged overnight fees each day, and to call back Monday. So now my vehicle is close to $1000 to get , when all I called for that day was a tow , to a very close location. I call back Monday , and they said that department closed early, so today I’m calling back. pray for me
CALL HERE FIRST!!! These guys came out in the rain sooner than their ETA and got me back on the road in no time. Everyone was professional and honest and really cool people. I called around and other people rude or priced unreasonably($300 jumpstart). I didn't get a tow service but if it's anything like roadside assistance, better choice with better people

Super quick and helpful service! One of the more affordable towing services in the area! Mr.Bobby was amazing, communicated efficiently when needed. He was super funny and had a great attitude even though this isn’t the easiest job ever. I will be recommending and using them for future services!
This is not a locally owned towing service!! There is no "Roy and Dot". It is based out of California and when you call you are talking to a call center in California. There is no one that man's the office,only drivers who are only there if they are not out on calls. My 16 year old son called them for a tow one night, he was 3 miles from home and the driver convinced him that his vehicle would be better off locked up in their yard. Well it was$500 later and several hours of waiting until someone showed up at the office for us to get the truck back. At the end of the day, there were two drivers that were really trying to help us get our sons truck back and I am thankful for them, but everyone else we dealt with by phone ( not in person) and the driver who initially towed my son's truck are terrible and will take advantage of you if they can. BEWARE of this company and do not let "Cornbread" tow your vehicle!
Had them tow my 2012 Audi a4 to the shop and our driver James was super informative and professional. They also didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Would recommend the company and this driver to anyone looking for a tow!
Philip accidentally dropped my motorcycle and came through the very next morning with cash to pay for the damages. I would definitely use Roy and Dots services again and Highly recommend them.
Phillip was excellent with getting our Tesla up out of a blocked parking spot and onto the truck. Great to deal with and he had an amazing personality that made us feel much better about the situation. Thank you for showing up quick and going the extra mile!!
I never had any issues with roy dots towing. Each time phillip came out with quality service. He helped me push a low profile car out of a parking garage and got it on the bed with no scrapes. Had issues with my truck today and the services were top of the line and fast.
James was absolutely amazing! These folks are freindly, professional and FAST. They took care of my car and even dropped it off at the mechanic for me. I cannot reccomend them enough!

Lost all 5 studs and lugs on jeep, Phillip showed up within 10 min and had it loaded quickly. Not being from around here he was very helpful finding a mechanic who could service that day. Excellent customer service! I hope I don’t have to use him again.
As a Veteran at Amazon Air its great to know that this towing service hires Top Notch Staff and very outgoing and friendly. I had a nail flat on my rear tire and service call went out and within 17 minutes I had a unit arrive. Quality fast service and thanking me for service to country is highly commendable! This is Duell Collins. This is a great towing company. They were courteous,fast,and responsive. Their drivers are very respectful especially the one they call Phillip James AKA Cornbread. He is a great guy. If you need a tow ask for him.
Today I took care of my towing service. Mr. NAYAR is an excellent worker, he served me in a very cordial and kind manner and left my car in my garage. People like him make these companies great. Many congratulations to him, what a great service.
Gabriel came out sooner than expected. He was so professional and pleasant. He knen knew he was helping a frightened senior citizen who was also disabled at night and stranded. Can't say enough about this company highly recommend them and am so glad I was able to get such a quick response for my dead battery!
Quick and smooth process! While I was picking up my children from school they were able to pick it up and deliver it to the Tesla location with No problem.
