My wife’s car needed a tow so we called our insurer and they linked us up with Advance Towing and Recovery! I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! They were fast and they communicated very well! We never had to guess how long it would take, they gave us an estimated time and called when in route. The gentleman arrived and was very kind and professional and took great care of us! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this service!
Wait was a little long but the list was long and they got to us as soon as they could. Technician knew what he was doing and was careful with the loading and unloading. I hope I don’t need another tow but if so I will use these folks first.

He could have made more money. But he asked if I wanted to try jumping the car off before he towed it. I said yes. He was successful. And I was able to drive to the repair shop and get a new battery. That was a good man. And if I need a tow I know who to call now. Thank-you.

Driver noticed that my 9 year old son was very interested in the recovery operation and talked him through what everything on the truck did and even let him pull a few levers and then thanked him for his “help”. My Suburban broke down while out of town in Columbus. Based on a recommendation by Pro Motors, I picked Advance Towing. The lady that took my call was very polite and explained everything to me in detail. I called on Thursday around lunch and my tow was set for Friday morning. By 10:00 AM Friday, my car was safely towed to the mechanic. Everything was handled over the phone and I was pleased with the service provided. I would use Advance Towing again if needed.
My car died out of the clear blue when I was traveling through Columbus, Ga. 9:30pm. Two plus hours from home or any one I knew. Used my State Farm roadside assistance for help. That’s Brian called to let me know he was on his way and when he would be there. His voice and attitude set my mind at ease. When he got there he picked up my car so so fast and got me off the road to a safe place. He was exceptional and I’m grateful for all he did to make sure I would be ok, as much as he could. Amazing service! My jeep wouldn't start due to possible alternator issues. Advance Towing not only was swift in their arrival to tow me to a service center, but, when the service center said they didn't service my jeep, Advance Towing kindly waited until my insurance company reassigned them to tow my jeep home. They made what was a stressful situation tolerable. I would refer them to any and everyone because of their professionalism and their kindness! I used USAA & was assigned this company. I didn’t like the ETA so, I called to see if I could get a faster ETA and the representative did her best to get a closer truck to me & my son. They did a follow up call to inform me when the tow was on the way. When he arrived, he made sure we was safe & was very professional with the tow & getting my vehicle to its destination. My 2007 kia rio decided to go slow even pushing my food down on the gas, no power. I had to stop and pull over. I was already at the end of my rope from other things that happen this week. Brian showed up and he is the sweetest and most compassionate person. He talked me out of my anxiety/panic attack that I was having while stranded on the side of the road in my car. He got me and my car home safely. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company, especially if your a woman and has never experienced something like this before like me. I've never been talked out from having one of my attacks before and this young man did. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Recently, I needed towing service for my car. It was a complicated situation. The electrical components were not working. I have an all wheel drive vehicle and I had applied the emergency brake before my car got it's hiccup. Brian, the tow truck driver, was very nice and pleasant. He assured me he wasn't going to damage my transmission. That assurance and communication settled my nervousness about my car. You should use them for all your vehicle needs. I will definitely use them again. They need 10 stars!
I was in a very scary situation with my family on a road trip and Advanced Towing was the only company that came through to help (two other companies cancelled). They were the most timely and kind of all other businesses that were assigned through my insurance. Brian, the driver, has also previously helped me with a flat tire.
