Outstanding service beginning to end. Called and within less than 30 minutes Billy was there. I was helping out a lady stranded and needed a tow. I stayed with her until they brought her vehicle to her home. I’ve never appreciated a towing company as much as I did today! Tuffys towing has got my business from now on.
Wish I could remember the driver’s name to give proper recognition. Great service. Driver was very professional and experienced at his job. My call definitely wasn’t just a ‘winch up and go’ kind of tow and he handled it great.
So my day was a bad day. I went to take mom to Dr appointment, and my car wouldn't start. It said low braking power , pull over as soon as you safely can. I called Rivertown toyota, my car is a camry. They said they dont pick up cars. wth. So I called advanced and she was awesome. They were so busy she recommended I try Tuffy's towing and they were like Sure. We are an hour arrival.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to use Tuffy’s twice in the past few months. Fortunately, they did a great job! Quick to come to the rescue, polite and reasonably priced.
Tuffy’s is the service that was recommended by my insurance company after I hit a curb when I was avoiding another vehicle and cutting my sideway. I’m glad that they did. The dispatcher took down my insurance information and told me how long it would be. She was spot on with her time. Billy arrived and was able to help me out, jumping my battery( it died while I had the emergency flashers on) and quickly loaded it up and took it to my mechanic. I’ll use Tuffy’s from now on and recommend them to everyone.
I had to leave my car at work and come get it the next day. My insurance booked this company for me through roadside assistance. David and Raymond were super helpful, friendly, and communicative with us. We rode in the back of the car while they towed it so we didn’t feel confined. It was a great experience in a stressful situation.

Tuffy’s towing went above and beyond to help my son and I when we had car trouble, especially after another tow company dropped my car and damaged it. Tuffy’s towed me to two different places to find my tires, stayed with me until they were were taken care of and even helped me call different tire stores to locate my hard to find tires. They really helped restore my faith in humanity! I would highly recommend them for any help anyone would need in the future!

From dispatch to drop off, Tuffy’s Towing was the best choice I could have made. The dispatcher made sure I was okay after a tire blow out. The driver arrived maybe 15-20 minutes after my call, and towed my van to a location that could repair my wheel and tire. The driver was friendly and made the tow simple and quickly. Tuffy’s will be my “go-to” when I am in need!
We called Tuffy’s after the 12 V battery on our Tesla died. Jason’s team came out to help us jump start the battery which proved to be unsuccessful. Not only did Jason quote us a fair price to tow the car 100 miles away to the nearest Tesla service center but he also went above and beyond to connect us to the right people in town so that we didn’t have to. Thanks to Jason we were able to get our car running in a short amount of time. The best towing service in Columbus GA. I was out of town but they picked up my car from my house to the body shop and back. Jacob was the driver. He did a great job by covering the car and parked it at right spot and wanted it.

I can’t express how much Steve at Tuffy’s turned what seemed like such a chaotic moment for me into one where I felt so much peace. I’m sure when they got my call that I needed my Tesla towed they weren’t too thrilled, but they never showed it. Steve stood in the rain and made sure we were both as safe and as dry as possible while towing my vehicle. He was so personable while making sure to take extra care of my car. Tuffy’s is the best in Columbus and the entire area. They have helped me out so many times. I don’t know what I would have done without the owner, Jason, and his amazing team. They go above and beyond every single time I’ve used them. One time I had a wreck and my car was about to get towed by the contracted City tow service. I was literally sitting in my totaled car calling Tuffy’s before I even got out. They showed up within minutes and saved me from being saddled with runaway expenses from the overpriced and under-quality service the city contracts with. Jason took my broken car to the best place in town to get evaluated. The next thing I knew, my car was totaled and I had a big fat insurance check in my hand. It was all because Jason and the Tuffy’s team responded perfectly and had all the right answers above and beyond the call of duty. The price was so reasonable and Jason even helped me find a replacement vehicle I could afford. Trust Tuffy’s. I do!!!!
Tuffy's did a GREAT job for me yesterday. My call was answered immediately (and by a person!) and handled in a friendly, professional way with a reasonable estimated wait time and price quote. The driver arrived and was also professional, friendly, and patient as I had to navigate through how to prep a Tesla for loading onto the tow truck. We got the car to its destination and he was equally careful in the unloading. I highly recommend Tuffy's Towing and will call them first next time I need to be towed.
Instead of putting the truck on reverse or neutral this genius blocked the entire road. He saw me and he had not begun but still did not love his vehicle. Now there are several of us and he moved as slow as possible. Meanwhile I’m just trying to get to the gas station. If I run out of gas I guess it will be on Tuffy’s.
I believe the guy that helped me was David, great customer service. I was concerned about my car having low ground clearance but he got me squared away! Will definitely give them a call again in the future.

Last weekend, was the first time that my car has broken down in my life. I am a young adult not from the Columbus area and have no experience in situations like these. As the sun was beginning to set, I began to panic by calling all the surrounding tow truck places. When the customer service representative from Tuffy's answered the phone he began to help me find the quickest solution which really was helpful which calmed me down a lot. When the tow truck arrived, the gentleman driving the truck came very quickly and brought a lot of good energy which made my day soooo much better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a tow!!!!! This place also gave me the BEST PRICE.
