Well imagine your tire going flat at a wal mart gas station only for the gas station to close and no one to help. Well thank goodness for RA Roadside assistance... after I placed the initial call Excellent towing already prompted to call me and give me an ETA. Even after the arrival of Excellent towing he explained and showed me everything that needed to be done for future visits. Mr Sam definitely took care of the job and definitely made everything a breeze

I'm so glad my insurance picked this company to assist me. Mr.Samuel arrived in his tow truck and was able to get my car out of a ditch. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient. It didn't take him long to get my car movable again. He was able to prevent any damage as my passenger side was right next to a utility pole. Just a week ago “Samuel” towed my vehicle w/ a canoe on top, back to Columbus. Upon arriving he moved with a speed I’ve never seen other drivers work. Samuel was dispatched to me for a tire change and I was in one of the most inconvenient places off the interstate. He had to go out of his way to get to me and when he arrived he was very personable and professional. He was able to plug my tire and put it back on instead of putting on the spare which saves me from having to get back to a tire shop right away.
