My truck broke down on base, so I called Mr. Big Tows. Charlie was able to get on base with no issues and after asking what the truck was doing, he recommended a shop to take it to. They were top notch as well. I would highly recommend calling Charlie!

My son was in the hospital in Columbus, and I was in Atlanta. I had to find someone to tow his car back to his apartment. When I called Mr. Big Tows and talked to them, they were happy to help. When they arrived, there was no one to sign for the car, but they were able to park it in a safe place, and sent me a photo showing the car's location. This all sounds like it went easily, but it did not. First I sent them to the wrong location, but they helped me figure out what went wrong and found the real location. Then when we thought someone else was at home, they weren't. I didn't know the apartment number; just the street address. On top of that, it was on Veterans Day, so a holiday as well. But through it all, they remained respectful and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Shane was amazing. We were passing through the area when my car broke down at 10pm. He was there within 45 minutes of calling and was thorough with communication and his ETA. He also sent pictures of my vehicle dropped off at the dealership.
I didn't wait too long. Chris made sure my truck was secured and took pics for me. I highly recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Chris! You rock!

Charlie provided a quick, easy and excellent tow service for me. He was professional, extremely polite and super knowledgeable about my tow. Pricing was the best in town and he treated my car with care- he even thanked ME for using his business. Highly recommend over other tow companies.

Seriously the best towing company I’ve ever called! They went the extra mile when I couldn’t even back my car out of my driveway due to the tire almost falling off. The guy sat there in my dirt driveway for almost half an hour in the blazing heat and took the whole thing off, and back on again so I could safely back it up without ruining my car. The guy was extremely friendly, professional, and it was all very affordable, so thank you for the great service!!!

I assumed that my starter was broken as my car wouldn't crank, but my lights and radio still worked. When the tow-truck got there, instead of simply towing me to the shop and getting paid, this kind man insisted we try jumping off the vehicle first, and it worked! He asked only for a modest fee for coming out to my apartment complex- and saved me from spending hundreds in useless repairs at the dealership. I'll highly recommend Mr Big.
I want to thank MrBigTows for all their help today. We are not from this area and we ended up breaking down. We called other companies listed on google but MrBigTows was the only one to answer on Sunday. The tow truck driver made it to us in 20 mins and was very professional and kind. They also helped us get a mechanic took us and our truck. Price was very reasonable.
They are less than honest. I was told it would be a $50 charge to change my tire. They charged me $55 instead. When I complained, I was told that the extra $5 was a "credit card fee" charged by the credit card company. Mr Big Tow's didn't bother to tell me about the extra fee, they just took it and waited until I complained, then won't even make it right.
After posting this, someone from the company told me he talked to the driver, who lied and told him I had authorized the $5 fee. I told them the driver was lying. After a few text messages, they DID refund my $5.
It is with great pleasure that I write this review and rate MrBigTows a five star. Shane and Scott were very professional, courteous, compassionate and thorough. I greatly appreciate their service and would highly recommend MrBigTows to those seeking friendly quality service.

I've used Mr. Big Tows at least 4 or 5 times and they always arrive on time! I called several other tow companies and there prices are ALWAYS higher so I wont even waste my time anymore! Excellent service and Friendly people. This is the only tow company my friends and family have used for the past 4 years!
BEST TOW SERVICE EVER!!!!!! For starters, on Saturday October 15, I contacted Mr Big Tows after calling 2 other companies that stated they were too busy and kept giving me different numbers to call that day. When I finally made the call to Mr Big Tows, he answered and said he'd call me right back because he was busy with a customer at that time. I didn't expect a call back so quickly but within 2 minutes he called me back. I told him my situation and the location of the vehicle and where I needed it taken to and he said yes, it would be no problem without hesitation and even gave me a very reasonable price for the service. He told me it would be a minute before he got to my vehicle because he was already in the middle of moving a vehicle then, but I didn't mind. He kept in contact as often as he could and even gave me his whereabouts to verify he was still gonna move my vehicle and the time he would be there to move it. He arrived exactly at the time he stated. He was very friendly and fast. It was the easiest, fastest and smoothest tow service I've ever received. You'd be a complete fool by not calling Mr Big Tows first. When I say fast, friendly and an affordable service, I mean it. Take my word for it. JUST PURE AWESOME!
