Awful customer service! After simply asking ' are the motors still in the vehicles?' I was told that they didn't know but I could pay to go see! Then the lady starts about how hard it is to know if the vehicles even had motors in them. She continued being loud and rude with 0 professionalism at all. Please take your business where it is appreciated and do not go to this establishment
I bought a bumper cover and I go all the time to all different ones and they charged me for more then what I bought and then I showed that she over charged me and she tells me I can get a cash refund even though she messed up only gave me a store credit for what she over charged me for
Worst salvage parts place ever!!! First off customer service is horrible and unprofessional the front counter is full young girls laughing and playing that doesn't know anything about cars they can't answer any your questions without going online if your running a business dealing with auto parts please have someone there that has knowledge of cars to assist customers. Second they will overprice you with warranty and hidden charges you never ask for. This is a junk yard there's no insurance or warranty on junk just stopped ripping people off. For these reasons I give EZ Pull N Play one ⭐
Very friendly place to go, to buy used auto parts, but most of all, open 7-days a week. So if your car do break down; there's always someone there, ready to serve you, except CHRISTMAS AND THANKSGIVING.
Overall, like the junkyard a lot, they know where everything is and give you a piece of paper that tells you what row the car is on. Pricing is a little absurd. I bought a seat and a headlight they charged me a warranty that I didn’t ask for they charge me for the seatbelt buckle the seat and the seat! on the headlight they charge me for the corner marker, the bulbs and the pigtails that I cut off absolutely crazy! I feel like they got me pretty good. I thought it was rather expensive, but didn’t question it until I got my receipt and was gone.
They will definitely nickel and dime you to death if you are not paying attention.
I will be back, but I have definitely learned from my mistakes.

Stay 45 min away got there before they close and the two women in there telling me I can’t go in because of my shoes but done been there twice pulled to transmission out with flip flops on then going to say we closed the register already but still cashing customer out
