Babb’s Body Shop and their staff are absolutely fantastic! Our car broke down on the way up to Ohio for this past Christmas in December 2025. Babb’s tow staff brought me, my wife and kids back to their shop so we could wait in the warmth, with bathrooms, outlets to charge our phones etc until my in-laws were able to bring our other car to us so we could continue our trip up north. We hung out at the shop for about 5 hours. I want to give a special thanks to their front desk staff Tosha Witt and Elisha Green. They were so friendly and hospitable…constantly checking to see if we needed anything and even let us eat some of the catering food the staff had that day. They were all so nice at Babb’s…including the tow guys! We couldn’t have asked for better, more friendly service and hospitality. 5 stars all around!!

Friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable. Very detailed in what needed to be done to repair my F250. They kept me updated on what stage they were at and when the repair would be completed. These guys did a wonderful job repairing my suv. You can't even tell that a bear ever ran into the driver side of my suv. And the paint looks like a perfect match. They did much more than I expected. Of course, there were little things that they forgot after the repairs were done but Babbs didn't hesitate to correct the oversight. I'm very pleased and if I ever have the misfortune of having to have my vehicle repaired due to an unforseen accident, I'd definitely call on Babbs again. Thank you for restoring my vehicle to it's former state.

This was the second time they took care of our truck. They always have done an excellent job n they also fixed a SUV years ago for us. When they get finished with ur vehicle u would never know it has been n a wreck. Clint Jones n a young lady named Sasha handle our paperwork n they r the best people u would want to do business with. The repair work was impeccable. We received our truck back looking like nothing ever happened. It had been washed and shined and it had a full tank of gas. Babb’s has really grown over the years. Their work has always been great and the customer service is above exceptional.

I took my 2025 Silverado 2500 HD to Babs for repairs from a deer strike. The service was pretty good, and they delivered in the amount of time in which they said they would. The fit equality of the new parts and paint that they put on my truck are fantastic, however, I have issues with a couple things. 1. The tire shine they use is horrible. It almost looks like used motoroil (what some old timer bodyshops used). It flung down both sides of the truck, on fresh paint, and is a pain to get off. 2. The final finishing (buffing) of the new paint needs major improvement. Not only are there a few dust nibs still in the paint, but the finisher left holograms and buffer trails all over the fresh paint. I owned a detail shop for 20 years and specialized in paint correction, paint protection and ceramics, and I am going to have to polish the whole side of the truck the proper way to remove the holograms and buffer trails; not too mention, there a spots the person buffing completely missed. The buffer trails are partly caused by a buffing pad not being cleaned (spurred) frequently enough to prevent build up of dried compound. I shouldn't have to go back and redo a polish job from a body shop with such high reviews. 3. The employees were very kind, but there is a lack of communication with the customer in regards to the progress of repairs. I was told I would be called when it came out paint. I had to stop by the body shop after a week to check on the progress. Overall, the truck looks great, but the finishing stages after paint need more attention or training in proper buffing techniques. The following pics are of the tire shine they use which is not easy to remove from the paint. I've never seen a tire shine that looks like used oil. It's not allowing me to upload video to show the extent of holograms and buffer trails, but I can provide if needed.

Can’t say enough, start to finish, as promised! Went in for an estimate and decided to have them do the work. They ordered the material’s, prepped the materials for install and set a date for the install and made it happen as promised. Price was exactly as quoted and work was top notch. Very professional from the front desk, to the estimator and gentleman that took me to and from the shop to drop off and pick it up my vehicle when it was completed. Thank you!

Thank you for getting our car back home (Chatsworth) from Dalton today! Definitely couldn't beat the price either! Very pleased with how quick it was and how nice everyone was. Will definitely use Babbs for any further towing needs.

Made a rookie mistake with my fifth wheel and ended up denting my 2012 F250 cab and broke my back window. Babbs made it look like new. Clint and Tosha are super easy to work with and they made sure I was kept informed of my repair progress. They are great to work with - Would use them again - but hope I don't have to!

I struck a deer August 5th, called Babbs they said it would be a week until they could get my car in (8/14) then they began the work on my vehicle. About 2.5-3 weeks went by (front bumper ,hood, both headlights, radiator, condenser, horn, some radiator support brackets, and passenger fender all replaced and repainted) so then my car was getting finished up for me to pickup (9/4) I could’ve picked it up sooner but Geico was adjusting their supplements took an extra week. Whenever everything was paid for Babbs called me up (9/09) to pickup the car. I got look at it for the first time in a month, immediately notice a small ding on driver side bumper cover, streaks in paint passenger side above wheel, headlight gap issues with front bumper. Spoke with one of the managers and they took an additional 2 days to address these issues and fix. Picked it up 9/11 with all issues corrected but still this got through their quality check so I would be careful if you choose them to do work on vehicles. They are super friendly people and great to work with I just didn’t expect this kind of issue to go unnoticed until it got to me.

My mom recommended this place. I wrecked my car on vacation in Florida and my insurance company towed my car from Florida to Chatsworth. They were sooooo nice and worked so hard to get my car back in a timely manner. They never got frustrated with my many phone calls and the staff went above and beyond for me. I talked to Clint and Elisha weekly for updates and they were amazing. I appreciate this place even though I live in Chattanooga, I’d definitely use their services again. Thanks to everyone!

Babb’s Body Shop has two great employees who do their jobs well. They go above and beyond helping customers. Their names are Tosha and Elisha. Great body work and paint. They pay very great attention to detail and the shop is very organized. The detail crew does an amazing job. I got my car back and it looked brand new inside and out. Elisha at the front desk is very sweet and really good about keeping you updated on the process! All work done has a lifetime warranty as long as you own the car.

Expected so much more from this state of the art facility. The work performed was incompetently done. Some work was billed but not completed. They did not do the wheel alignment and burned up 2 new tires in 2 months. They installed a whole new a/c system which failed after 3 days. They replaced compressor no charge but it never worked after the 3 return visit and still doesn’t work. Kept getting the run around so I just accepted their incompetence.

I was rear ended at a traffic light and took my truck to Babb’s for repairs. They were very helpful and transparent the whole way through, and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of, down to cleaning and detailing it before returning it to me! Ms. Elisha at the front desk was also very helpful every time I spoke with her. If I had one negative I could recommend Babb’s improve on, it would be proactive communication. I had to reach out a couple times for updates when parts were delayed due to weather. That aside, I highly recommend Babb’s for all your repair needs.

Chose this body shop to repair my truck that was t boned. They were very thorough and though I wanted the truck to be totaled as there was significant damage, in the end, due to the professionalism of the team at Babbs, we decided to go ahead and proceed with repairs. I picked up the truck today and drove it for about an hour and I am very pleased with the work that was done. Tosha, at the service desk, was very helpful and efficient as well. I hope that I don't ever need another body shop but I will use Babbs if I do.

The guys at Babb's are awesome! They are haggling with my insurance company for certain parts they're gonna need to be able to fix my truck and fix it right. Update: My original review stands! I have my, I said truck, it's a Nissan Rogue SUV, but I have always said truck ? It looks better now than it did when I bought it. It drives better. Those guys, (and lady) are top notch! They care about what they are doing and it shows in the results! I know if I ever need anything else fixed body-wise on ANYTHING I own I will take it to Babb's! They also guarantee the work as long as you own the vehicle!

Took my 2004 HONDA ELEMENT for door repair and replacement. I must say that the quality of the workmanship is superb. 100% satisfied with that entire process. They handled everything to our complete satisfaction. The paint job is beautiful. Great color match for a 20yr old car. Returned to us in sparkling condition both inside and out. Even the tires were shined! Talk about customer care and service. Elisha is a dreamy to work with. Knowledgeable and kind. Very higly recommended. And I do mean highly. Thanks BABBS. YOU ROCK.

I needed a shed to be moved. I called Babb's Body shop and the dispacher asked me a some questions about the type of shed it was and once I stated that I had built it she quickly got me in contact with a driver to go over details of what it needed to have. I got to deal with Lane which he was very knowledgeable and kind. He came out to my property and saw the shed gave me some recommendations for free prior to moving it. He recommended for a cost effective move to add in Eye Bolts to the skids. Once I got that done he came out and moved it to the location I needed it. Great job and service.
