I've used floods towing service several times and they are the best there prices can't be beaten and the always get to me really fast I would highly recommend them
Took a vehicle in to have tires put on not purchased there. Adam was super nice and got the vehicle in without an appointment. My hometown always has the friendliest people, was satisfied with the service and taking an unscheduled appointment and fitting me in.
Have known Floods for over 50 years. Has always been there when you need them. Most recently had to have a large bus moved to a new location. Wanted them to look at the the situation. Adam said no problem will come look. Well long story short Andrew showed up with the big MACK wrecker not to review the loction but to do the job. WOW In no time bus was moved and located where it needed to be. I would recommend them anytime for any size job. Job well done.
Driver was friendly, also showed professionalism. Excellent driving and seemed to have experience and training. Affordable price considering the mileage I required my vehicle towed. Overall, my experience was great. Thank you (^_^)¥
Couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. I walked in needing all 4 tires replaced and balanced. They finished within 1 hour of me walking in and it costs $100 with them keeping (throwing out) my old tires. My car drives brand new again. Highly recommended and will continue coming here. Thanks
Got stuck in a remote area when my truck's alternator died, far from home. I called Flood's and Ron was out within an hour and a half (they had other tow calls at the time). What a nice guy, friendly and helpful. Towing rate was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.
After attempting to change my flat myself, I made the situation worse with the jack. I called Flood's and they had a truck out there within 30 minutes. Towed me and my dog to the Tire Center and changed my flat even though they were closing in 30 minutes. Not only was it great customer service but a very fair price!
Bought two new tires (good price)and they got the sensors all wrong they said that it needed to reset , came back a second time just for them to get two right and another two still backwards they said it would reset , came back a third time and some guy said that sensors should be illegal and that I probably have a faulty one and that they only specialize in tires not tire sensors and that to me is so backwards I really had to process that he was being serious considering I payed 310$ at least they could do was finish the job . Its 2023 tires have sensors now and they should move along with the world . Needless to say a guy came out that wasn’t the one who said that ridiculous comment and fixed my sensors and was very nice about it . I don’t know who that guy is but that guy alone gets 5 stars and even more respect for not taking my tip . For a tire prices they are pretty good but for sensors and customer service they aren’t up to date
Very fast service they arrived at the scene of my wreck and cleaned up the road and had car out of the way very quickly. And they were helpful and friendly when I needed to clean my car out a few days later thanks floods yall are great
Big thanks to Flood's for coming through in the clutch play. Needed my truck towed from Dalton to Chattanooga, and Flood's was the best price, by $250 dollars. Andrew kept in contact with me the entire time, as I was out of town. Thanks guys. Andrew, I owe you a beer!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! They went above and beyond, they helped me get my car cranked after I struggled all morning with it and made them make 2 trips and didn’t even have to get my car towed in the end. Thank you so much for your help!
I was running late and already have a bad morning but stopped to put fuel in the truck and I somehow locked my keys in my truck-it’s just that type of morning. I called and the gentleman said 30 minutes and he was very quick and very nice. He arrived and quickly got in my truck for me and turned down my payment saying he was already going to a call. Sir I can not tell you how much it meant to me by how kind you were and how fast you were, thank you so much.
Dragged my truck out of a baby ditch while it was in PARK. Popped my rear tires while doing so. I respectfully told tow guy to stop DRAGGING my truck and that it needs to be in neutral. My keys were readily available there’s no reason why it should have been towed that way. Negligently handled my truck.
Always had a good experience here for 15+ years. Prices for tires close enough to Costco that I'm switching back over for those as well after visit today. Costco still has a lower price, but only by a few dollars and not a local business. Costco is still good people, just not local.
