Located the transmission I needed on Car-Parts.com. Called Stacy's to confirm they had it in stock. They texted me an invoice to pay before they pulled the part. I told them when I was planning to come and get it and they had it pulled when I arrived. They also loaded it into my vehicle for me. Super friendly folks and the sweetest orange tabby cat ? ?
30 day warranty on the transmission and I can bring back my old one to get a refund of the core fee.

BEWARE! Sold me the wrong part, I took it back to exchange for the correct part. Boss refused to remove the cover plate for me to see if it was the correct part. I took the part about 5 minutes away, bought tools to remove the plate. It was not the correct part. I returned it, boss refused to come look at it. He said he sold me the correct one, he would not issue a refund. Eventually, he offered a store credit after selling me the wrong part twice and knowing that I live an hour away. This place is legally stealing money from unsuspecting poor people. READ THE SIGNS IN THE STORE, YOUR RECEIPT IS A USELESS PIECE OF PAPER.
Drove over 9 hrs to get a high pressure fuel pump. Only mini cooper I found to fit. Cane home and put on. Now my car runs like a dream again. Thank you, Stacy for all you have done.
Price was reasonable and they were able to get me the part same day even though there was a mix up on if I was coming that day. Awesome, friendly people and the part was exactly what I needed so I was able to get the truck running today which I really needed to do. Not having to pull my own used part was pretty nice as well.
Great folks to deal with, good attitudes friendly guard pooch lol. Good fair pricing for a used vehicle. We knew it needed work and so did they and they made concessions in the price due to that. Shared what info they had on the vehicles. There was a issue with the title and they adjusted the price further to deal with it. Helped us with delivery to our replace place. Couldn't ask for a simpler experience. Thanks to the team over there.
Advertised miles on their used engines are bogus. 140k listed online the car it came out of had 189k . The timing chain had 2 broke guides , worn a hole in the valve cover and chain was near to fly off. I called and told the lady that answered the phone about the situation and she transferred me to Mike which I told and he got hateful “ it ran , bring it back “was all he said, no talk about any type of replacement, no trying to work it out , just bring it back in a hateful tone. I understand used engines but don’t lie on the miles to people.
Stacy's Used Auto Parts should be avoided at all costs!!! On August 28th, 2024 we paid the deposit for a transmission for $107. The remaining balance was paid a few day later when it was picked up. We are located out of town & drove 2 hours here to pick up a transmission that was supposed to be for a Toyota Tundra. After taking it to a mechanic, they informed us that it was not a transmission for that truck & the gear ratio also wasn't even correct. After contacting Stacy's in September 2024, they informed us that they would take it back, BUT they didn't have room YET due to so many transmission returns (RED FLAG) & that we would have to call back. Fast forward, many many calls later & never "room to take it back yet," and 2025, it became now "it's too late & past the 90 day return." Conveniently, they never mentioned the 90 day return when we were within the return window the multiple times we called only to be told no room. I will be posting this review on all sites, so customers see what they are about to deal with. You really need to trust a used parts salesman, but unfortunately you can't trust Stacy's... I am very frustrated & out over $400+

Very helpful needed to buy parts on a Sunday and they were closed . When I asked them if they could help they were nice enough to meet me there and I was able to get the parts. Wonderful experience!! 5 stars all the way! Great deal too!
Great experience with Stacy used auto. I needed a few parts for my Jeep liberty. Communication was fast, good pricing and all around good local resource with access to parts that I needed. I will be back.
Came for parts for my recently wrecked civic. Got half of everything that I needed as the rest had already been claimed all in all a great haul and place for used parts. Prices were on par with local junkyards which is a plus.

Called that morning for a Ford F150 4.9 Engine and Stacy had one in her inventory. Paid her a deposit that morning and she had the engine pulled that afternoon. Customer service was great and I will definitely recommend Stacy’s Used Auto Parts.
