The employees are always the nicest, know exactly what I need, and have the best prices. They also havent ever argued with me about something simple and they actually know what they are talking about (unlike autozone)
Bought a pair of Car-Quest wiper blades for under the cost of one name-brand wiper blade, and they work excellently, quietly gliding across the windshield.
I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and typically I like to do things myself and my husband wasn’t with me so I kindly asked the gentleman working the counter if when he finished checking the man behind me out if he would mind coming out to help me put the wiper blade I purchased on the car only because it looked like it was going to rain. He told me he would and well after the guy behind me came out and the clerk did not I figured I was on my own. If this had been someone unable to take care of this they would have been in a mess. There is a big flyer outside that says they will install the wiper blades for you, seems I was an inconvenience and not a priority after I paid full price for the oil change bundle to include the filter which should have been free! Maybe auto zone will be a better choice next time😔

Horrible customer service service sent my husband to get a refund for something that did not work and was told the general manager don't like to give refunds which is crazy if the product doesn't work will no longer get any business from us

I bought a brand new battery from Advance Auto Parts just two months ago, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. From the start, I’ve had to jump my car constantly — despite the fact that this battery was supposed to be fully functional.
Finally, I brought it back to the store and had them test it. Their own test showed the battery was a full volt low, which explains why my car won’t stay running without a jump. But instead of replacing it under the warranty that supposedly came with it, they told me they wouldn’t honor the warranty because the battery had already been installed in my car. I’m sorry what? Of course it’s been installed. That’s what you do with a car battery. That’s literally the only way to know if it works. Their only solution? They offered to charge the defective battery they sold me. So now I’m stuck with a battery that can’t hold a charge, still jumping my car every morning like I bought it from a junkyard, and a company that refuses to back their product when it fails and now I’m stuck waiting a whole day due to their complete negligence. Absolutely no accountability, no real help, and no reason I’ll ever shop here again.
Avoid this place if you expect your parts to actually work — or if you want a company that stands behind what they sell.
Unfortunately I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star due to the manager Lopez not willing to help me with a radiator I bought with a lifetime warranty over 10 years ago. He advised their system did not go back that far so he could not honor it. So go to the Ashley Street store or AutoZone for help.

I stopped here to get anti-freeze and actually broke down in the parking lot. The store manager went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I will be back.

Shop at Advance Auto Parts a few times a year. Two months ago, I was there to purchase wind shield wipers. A friendly, young gentleman helped me with picking out the wipers, and even installed them on my vehicle. Thank you!
Actually go here quite often for UPS drop off location. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Can get busy in the evenings but always have several employees working.

I visited today (02/14/22) and here are my takeaways:
1. The employess here are rude and not particularly helpful.
2. It was insinuated that I had stolen my vehicle because I did not know the size of my engine. (I came in to check the price of a thermostat.) The employee took a picture of my tag to make sure my truck wasn't stolen. I'm sure there were many other ways to check what part I needed.
3. He gave me a bull and cockamamie story of someone bringing a stolen vehicle up there before and blah blah blah.
4. I was incredibly insulted and I will not be returning.
David installed my car battery. Very nice, very professional guy. I had gone to autozone right before and they were no help. Thank you so much for helping me!
Walk in and started to search for freon, the lady behind the counter ask me what I was looking and when I told her. She pointed out that it was in front of the counter. She was very pleasant. While I was waiting for her in line, a gentleman ask me if I was ready to pay and took care of me. My visit was pleasant and quick.
I saw fluid beneath my truck, I pulled into Advanced Auto Parts, they immediately responded, examined my truck and gave it a clean bill of health. Just condensation...praise God. They could have tried to sell me something that I didn't really need, but didn't. I know where to go when I do need something for my truck, and trust they will treat me very fair. I drove 275 miles that day with real confidence. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts. I truly appreciate your honesty with me.
Wow, I shop here often enough that the Speedperks kick-back coupons you get here really put a dent in the final total when you go shopping here. I’ll usually find a couple odds and ends here I need or want for basic upkeep of my vehicles. A majority of the time I suggest looking out for some of their 2 for 1 deals on detailing chemicals and discounted detailing accessories.
Charles is very professional and Curtious. All other Staff are just the same. They don't mind taking time to make sure you get the Right part. I would recommend this store to everyone. I don't go anywhere else.
Took a cooked battery in for testing today. This battery failed on 2 manufacturer battery testers which failed for them to tell me the battery needed to be charged, I do not by any means recommend purchasing any of their brand products or major parts from there as they will do everything in their power not to honor the warranty
Great store very helpful. Helped me find the parts I need and made sure I got them for the lowest price possible. Staff was great and extremely nice. I will go back for any of my car part needs.

to your auto questions. They also try and save you money if possible. I needed a car battery...went down to the store and met with Danny. Danny is a personable guy with a large snow white beard. First thing he says is...lets test your current battery...if it holds a charge you won't need a New one. So about an hour later..they call me at the house..no joy Mr battery is deceased. So they install a new battery and when I arrive its ready to go. Great service. Good people
Staff always helpful but last visit was disappointing I almost felt as if I was bothering the woman checking me out . She was short with me and misread the screen that said the headlight I was asking for was both high and low beam combination. She insisted that I find out which one I needed until I saw screen and showed her. Then she couldn't get me out of there fast enough, and not in the nice way.
