I had the best experience today at this location on bemiss roadI I went in to get a headlight bulb for my 08 Chevy impala and I can tell you the sweetest employee’s Amber and Mitch went above and beyond with great customer service. They was so patient with me and took great steps to make sure I left with everything I needed.. the customer service they gave me was phenomenal. They are the true definition of great employees. Recently stopped by to get a battery and tools to replace and Zach at the counter went so far above and beyond to help me with my car! He replaced my battery quickly and helped me with some cosmetic damage. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE ASAP PLEASE! he provided exemplary customer service that has turned me into an Oreily’s customer for life!

The headlight on the driver's side of my 2020 Hyundai Kona blew out. I went to Auto Zone to get it replaced and to see if someone could put it in for me. They told me no. So, I went home and thought about. While I was thinking, I called O'Reillys Auto Parts and asked them if they could put the lights in for me. I was told yes but I would have to purchase the lights from them. It was a no Brainer to me so, I took the lights back to Auto Zone, went to O'Reillys, purchased the lights, and had them put in. Problem solved...thank you!
I got stranded with a blinking check engine light and I feel really guilty about not learning her name.But the girl who works there with the brown hair is an absolute angel of a human being. She and her husband who works at the mechanic shop next door saved me from being stranded in a state i don't live in And I couldn't possibly be more grateful. I would like to thank Amber. This girl knows her job. I had purchased a battery from Jacksonville Florida last year. Amber didn't stop until she found my account. That sister grab a battery from the back. Got her black cart with all her tools on it and went out to my car and did her thing. It was so good to see a woman put a battery in my car. Her personality is Awesome! She is beautiful, smart and professional. You don't see or get good customer service these days. Amber you go girl! O'Reilly give this girl a raise! There was a gentleman who I can't remember his name also showed such good customer service. Whenever Amber needed him he made himself available to her. They both worked as team
players. That was great to see.

This is the BEST auto parts store in town, as far as that goes, this is the best auto parts store that I have been to... And in 61 years, I have been to a lot of them in different cities/states. And it isn't because the store is so clean and neat, which it is... And it isn't because they have a great selection or the best prices for what I was buying, which they did... It was 100% all about the people that work there, and just how dedicated they are to helping their customers and making sure that you become a returning customer!!
Everyone there was very helpful, but our experience with Diamond was just outstandingly!! From the moment you walk in the store, to the moment that you walk out of the store, she greets you with the biggest and most genuine smile... She never stops going above and beyond what she needs to do in order to help you... And she makes you feel like you matter and as a customer!!
And when my husband and I had to return the next day to buy additional items... not only did she come rushing out to open the door to take a battery from me, but she once again greeted us so warmly and remembered us from the previous day! She and her coworker spent an enormous amount of time trying to find a solution for a part that we needed, and they not only kept us from having to run all over town or to their other store by finding a great solution, but they did so in such a patient and kind manner.
These days it seems as though customer service has completely been eradicated... Everyone is always in such a hurry and nobody really cares about customer service or basic kindness... I can guarantee you that that will not occur at this store, nor will it occur with any of these employees, because they are incredible! Diamond is a wonderful asset to the company, and I hope that she's recognized and valued for being such!!
Had an awesome experience at this store. It was raining and my wiper blades weren’t making contact with my windshield at all. A gentleman named Benny was very knowledgeable , answering any questions that I had.?Not only did he find me the best product for my money, he also installed them for me (in the rain) Thank you for being so kind Benny!!!

600 miles away from home & started having car trouble at 8:45PM. Called several auto parts stores to see if they’d still be open at our ETA of 9PM to check our battery and alternator. They all refused. Haley offered to stay late & check it. Our alternator turned out bad. Didn’t have our part in stock but was able to get it next day. They recommended a fantastic repair shop that had us back on the road by lunchtime. Highly recommend them!! Haley was by far the hero of our vacation!
Went in to get a battery for my wife's Nissan Murano. Jonathan waited on me. Outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond the call. I have a new auto parts supply store!! 🤗
Even though there were numerous cars in the lot , my visit was quick ( knowing what I needed was helpful) and checking out was prompt and no problems. Store is clean and items neatly displayed. 5 stars.

Teo and Scott! I just wanna give great thanks to them today because I made a simple job hard. My alternator went out on my truck while I was driving and it just stopped on me. I managed to get the truck on their parking lot. I bought the alternator and debated if I should put it on or just wait for a friend to help. So I started working on it and Scott lended me the tools I needed but after an hour of work I had the wrong alternator (Teo pointed out) so we get the right alternator put it on and everything was great. Just wanna say these two guys didn't want to leave me hanging. I appreciate everything they did for me. Thanks again !
