They were quick to come help me with my issues. When the operator arrived he was friendly and was willing to work with me. They send you an easy form to fill out and they were cheap and accepted cash or card as soon as they got there. Definitely will call them again for future.
Tyler was awesome. We had set up an appointment for him to tow my RV from the shop to my site. He called me 2 days before the appointment and asked if I would like it towed early. YES! He even accommodated my work schedule. Incredibly professional. Very kind. Took a big burden off my shoulders. Thank you Tyler!
I called them after hours and the customer service was top notch. They are very reasonably priced! Tyler made sure I was informed throughout the entire process. He is very careful with vehicles. It’s definitely all about the customer service for me!! I hope to not need a tow truck anytime soon, but if I do you better believe I’m calling Clark’s Towing!!
My bosses daughter was in a accident and in the situation the driver chose to be rude and disrespectful. Giving the daughters experience he should have been more understanding and helpful. Do not recommend using them especially for commercial towing needs. As our company prides ourself on customers experience not our profit.
Went to help my daughter buy a car. The guy was super friendly and very helpful. Thinking of buying a used car from there myself. If you're in the market for a used vehicle would definitely check them out
So this towing company is a scam with the Liberty County Sheriff's office..they come out to Midway Ga..20 miles away to tow your vehicle to their facility..they say they charge you a fee..but when they get your vehicle on the truck...another 100 dollars for 5 miles to a facility beside their own 20 miles away..oh yeah it i would have let them tow it to their facility it would have sat until Monday for 500 dollars MORE...
I had a broke down custom sleeper semi I needed urgently pulled out from under a loaded trailer. Tyler had very fast response time, and I’m impressed with how he got the job done. I honestly had my doubts anyone would be able to help due to my trucks situation but he pulled it off. I would highly recommend this company.
