GRB towing is reliable, responsible, responsive and professional. My car broke down and had to be towed twice as it was a weekend and my repair shop wasn’t open. GRB worked with my insurance directly and arrived promptly on the first tow. I then pre-scheduled a tow to the shop Monday morning. As GRB already had previous jobs lined up starting at 9am, they graciously offered to come earlier and tow prior to that. Austin arrived on time, was professional and friendly, getting my vehicle where it needed to be to get the required repairs. Tow equipment was in excellent order and extra care was taken to make sure my vehicle was not scratched while being lifted, even as it is an older ‘05 Accord. Top notch service with a positive attitude, which is very hard to find.
I would have given a 5 star but driver would not deal with insurance at all! They were going to Venmo the money to him and he said after getting off the phone that he dealt with Geico and not received the money. Okay, great service though! He showed when he said and got us taken care of very quick. Price was a little higher than I’m used to.
These guys came out in the middle of a storm and gave my husband a tow on his F-250. Highly recommended and if I need a tow in the future these guys would be my first call.
My first call to GRB Towing services was outstanding. GRB driver contacted me when he arrived at the location to pickup our company vehicle and when he dropped it off at the dealership he even filled out the contact paperwork for me. When faced with the task of having your car towed to another city is very stressful. However, GRB Towing made the experience very smooth. Dave is the man. First the my fleet manager sent him the wrong directions and when I called to correct it he was cool about everything. When we got to the repair shop he waited patiently out front to make sure I was going to be taken care of. After all that, he gave me a free ride to the car rental agency across town. GRB Towing should be your go-to towing company if you're in South West GA.
