I have known and used R& D Auto for 15 years. Rhonda Sue has always been professional and capable of serving customers as well as her staff. As a female business owner I give her 100 % credit for doing what is normally considered a man's job. She is more knowledgeable than most of the men in the business. I would trust her if she ever had to tow us. I have bought parts from here before and never an issue. Thanks Rhonda and Roxie for your dedication to Hazlehurst and surrounding cities and counties.
Just called and was hung up on. Not a very professional lady answering the phone. She had a child screaming at the top of their lungs in the background, that makes it hard to have a conversation. Was looking to buy parts I know they have but didn't want to hear what I had to say so she hung up on me. Won't be doing any business here now, or in the future. On to the next salvage yard. Would recommend you do the same.

Excuses and poor planning do not make up for rudeness in a professional setting. Customer interactions should always be met with a positive attitude, no matter the circumstances. With 29 years in the business, I would think you would know this and not make excuses for your daughter’s behavior. If she is going to answer the phone, then she is the face of your company at that time and needs to make a good impression.
As far as your insult on my "miserable" life, I actually live a pretty decent life. Thanks for showing everyone the type of attitues you really have towards people. Ya'll have a great day!
I enjoyed my visit to R&D. Mrs. Rhonda and her team treat you like you're family. Inspection day is busy and you may have to wait a little bit. It's worth the trip. Thank you Mrs. Rhonda for answering all my text messages and for sending me all the info I needed for a successful inspection.
I took my Mustang here for an inspection. Rhonda was polite and explained everything. The gentlemen who moved my vehicle to the bay for the inspection took great care of my car and treated it as if it were his own. I’d recommend this business.
Kind and friendly service, thorough service. Took a little while, BUT that was expexted as stated. Seen alot of vehicles that didn't pass inspection. So when ours did. I had peace that we was getting a good ride

Prompt, friendly family run business. The building is nice and clean and they are always ready to take care of your needs. The "salvage vehicle inspections" are done by the state inspectors and is done properly to insure your vehicle is safe to operate. They also provide a wrecker service if you should ever need one. Great pricing and service.

Great customer service and good pricing! I bought a used radiator for my car before and when I got it installed, it had a damaged seal. I took it back to R&Ds and explained what my mechanic had told me was wrong with it and they didn't argue and happily replaced it with another radiator, which worked perfectly. I always suggest to people I know to go to R&Ds when they need a used part.
Excellent company to work with. They work very hard to keep their customers happy. No matter what we need we almost always find it at R and D ps- their littlest workers make you want to keep coming back!
Very good experience! Had a Jeep Wrangler with a hood issue. Safety Inspector was polite and worked with me to resolve the issue. Passed inspection! Also the receptionist was a sweetheart!
The friendly staff and the calm atmosphere helped make the wait time pleasant. They were prompt in responding to our many e-mails and worked with us on scheduling our appointment time. We were one of the last ones there and actually chatted like friends while we waited for our truck to be inspected. They were thorough and I would definitely recommend them.
I buy parts from R&D quite often. If they don’t have it on-hand, they can get you whatever you need-Most likely within 24 hrs.
Easy exchange if you end up with faulty parts.

They were very sweet people. They arrived to me earlier than expected. They called to Inform me how close they were to me. And let me not forget the little helper they had (I’m covering his face do to legal rights and respect for the parents and family) he was so sweet and even helped his papa take my car off the truck. We had our dune buggy inspected here. Very professional and helpful. Appointment was easy to make and was able to get in quickly. Answered all of our questions prior to arrival. I highly recommend for inspections.
Well I did not pass my rebuilt inspection. Well I don't know why there are so many negatives to this location. First there is a state inspector there, hence no funny business can happen, next Josh is the inspector, his job is to make sure the car is safe. Rhonda and her daughter were helpful with information. So it is what it is, I called the dealer and he will fix the findings. That's it. Inspection is $125. Make sure you eat before you go, there are no restaurants or gas stations to buy something to eat.
We purchased an out of state vehicle with a rebuilt title and used R & D Auto Salvage for the inspection required to get a Georgia title. From the very first phone call to R & D, I found Stephanie Crapps to be very responsive and helpful. Due to some changes in the way the State processes rebuilt titles, our local tag office had some difficulties getting everything to go through. I made multiple phone calls back to R & D to get what was needed, and Stephanie was just as responsive and helpful each time. Not only did they have a very clear-cut process for the inspection itself, but they were also very willing to do whatever it took to help us get our tag and title. I really appreciate the level of service we received from R & D and especially from Stephanie. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get a vehicle inspected due to a rebuilt or salvage title.
My husband and I had a wreck a couple of days ago and the people at this shop have done everything possible to help us get our property from our truck and camper. We were also given their personal numbers in case anything was needed during off ours because we live two ours away from the shop. We appreciate everything they have done for us during this rough time. These are some amazing people to work with.
