They don't pull the part til you show up, or at least that has been our experience. Also seems to be that if you are a more regular customer, you get priority. That could be a good or bad thing, I suppose.
I would recommend them, as they probably have what you need and have it for very reasonable prices, just be prepared to wait, and forget the website part search.
I was impressed with the staff they were very kind and professional. They had to order me a used rim and they said it would take two to three days and it came in exactly when they said it would. I was surprised the shape the rim was in. It did not look like a used rim it look like a brand new rim.

Drove over from Calera, Alabama to pick up a truck bed. Fantastic assistance in loading up and strapping down! Super friendly and nice folks inside the office (which is exceptionally clean, restroom too) and out on the yard! Great experience! Would definitely consider again for necessary parts!

Most of the time they have some hard to find parts. Give them a call and they will definitely give you fast friendly service. Their prices are good and it makes since to use original parts when you can . I find they stand behind what they sell
Super easy to pick up parts from here. Prices are great. Can't go inside tho... and the head we bought was rusted. Good thing we only needed a part off of it, but for the price we paid for it, it could have easily have been reworked. Not complaining, just stating facts of the situation. The process could not have gone smoother tho. They run a tight ship for sure!
I inquired McCarty's about a transmission that I was interested in purchasing, I spoke with the sales person (Stephanie) and asked if I could go ahead and purchase the transmission but pick up on a later date. She stated that I could, all I had to do was fax my credit card information and the transaction would be complete then they would hold the transmission until I could pick it up. I made the transaction Monday at 10:30 am. but couldn't pick it up until Thursday. Stephanie said that was fine and it would be waiting on me when I got there. I rented a vehicle and made the 2 hour 15 minute trip but when I got there Stephanie said that transmission was already sold and that it was sold at 7:09 Monday morning. If that was the case why did I pay for a part that wasn't there. All I got was I'm sorry and we will refund your money, but what about my lost time and money. Will not do business here again.
Customer service and attention to detail is unmatched. I have been in the auto business for over 15 years and have only found 1 or 2 other places that have come close ib such an important area. Kesha supplies customer service that is paramount in relation to the average salvage yard - even on the small stuff.

I don't know what the two negative reviewers could be talking about!?! I've done business with these guys for more than 15 years and they are the best folks in the business. I still use them even though I'm four hours away- even with shipping I save money! By the way, the owner's name is not even Doug.
