Our business sources parts from O'Reilly frequently. Normally, customer service is on point. However, the associate at 116 S Houston Lake was rude when we asked him to look up our account by the phone number. Then, he smirked when he gave the total.

Oreilly has been great super helpful, between checking parts for me and also getting them ordered so I can run 2 minutes to another store to just pick up the item was very nice! Everyone was helpful and easy to work with.

My first time going into this place & was greeted with smiles & very helpful people! Told them what I needed & he went straight to it & showed me different prices & explained the differences between them. I will definitely be going back to this store! Awesome experience! Great job guys!!!

Great service! They tried to jump my car when it stalled in their parking lot. When they didn't have the battery I needed, they suggested another source down the street.

Me and my friend just so happen to have Car Problems going down the road and pulled into parking lot and The O'REILLY Parts Customer service Rep Mr. Matt was a very big help and Friendly as ever and I can tell he actually enjoys what's he do.Once Matt Hooked up the machine up to the vehicle, the Only thing our vehicle needed was Cooling fluid... I would Highly recommend... HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Very disappointed in this store. I work long hours and had placed an online order for a few parts to pick up. The only time I could drop by was close to close, but I just needed to grab my order which as already paid for, nothing long or complicated. I get there 5-10 minutes before close and as I am walking up to the door a lady RUNS to the door and LOCKS it in my face before turning and walking away. If I had a choice I would not have come as late as I did. Between my infant and job I really was limited in time to drop by. So while I understand wanting to close and leave, it is really frustrating the treatment I received. The store was still technically withing operating hours, and I feel I was within my rights to make a quick pick up. Or at the very least explain to the clerk what I needed.

Earl was fantastic! I told him I wanted to learn how to change a car battery so I could do it myself in the future and he walked me step by step through the process on my car. Very helpful and very professional!

Had an unexpected radiator hose blow earlier today. Wasn't able to find a new hose available at this location but Earl went out of his way to help me find a replacement radiator hose adaptor when I arrived. He also tracked down the two parts I needed and provided me with the location of the items. Fast and efficient customer service. I appreciate you Earl.!

I took my car to the dealership for an oil change and they said I needed my wipers changed. They were gonna charge me over $100 for it so I came here instead fully intending to change them myself. I came in and walked up to Walter and he helped me out. He found everything I needed and even came out to change my wipers for me himself without me even asking. The service here is awesome and both service techs that day were really nice. I def recommend this location.

Earl up here is AWESOME! Very nice, very knowledgeable, and very well spoken. Helped me out with some wiper blades on my truck. Will definitely be back for any auto needs!!

Standing at the front desk waiting on someone to help me for 10 minutes now. Pathetic customer service. Try several of the other local competitors. Angela decided to get mad and make rude comments when 3+ customers ask for help. “Are you customers invisible? We know you are here”. What a joke!

Very disappointed I've done business with O'Reilly for years. Employee tried to help asked manager who was in office about product that I've purchased from them for years manager did not get up. Worst part is I'm wearing a automotive technician uniform I walked around in store for 15 minutes and actually had to ask a Employee that was putting oil on the floor for help when 2 other employees were behind counter looked at me but never once did they acknowledge me or ask if they could help me. Not only that I don't think anyone there is a commercial employee or they did not act as if they were. Very disappointed and I will never step back in the store at Watson and Houston lake that was the worst service I have ever received I wonder how my business would be if I treated customers like that.

Very helpful. I brought a battery terminal they didn't carry that I had purchased at dealership. They changed it out for us when we purchased the battery. Nice folks.

Friendly and helpful staff! Helped me choose the right wiper and coolant fluids. I knew how to add them myself, but I'm sure they would have helped if I asked. I saw someone who worked there teaching another customer how to change her wiper blades.

The staff here is rude and unknowledgeable about issues with cars. It seems like they just hire anyone who can use a computer and no one with real mechanical knowledge. The kid behind the register needed to be taught how to do the free check engine service and still managed to run it and do it completely wrong giving me no info for my check light. I will not be going here for help with my car. Dont waste your time. Go to auto zone.

My father was in the auto parts business for 35 years. The store he ran is still open. I don't go to it. I go here. They are great to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. My son goes here as well. I've just never experienced any of the downside things that others have.

O'Reilly usually has my parts in stock and has more convenient locations for me. Price is typically better than competitors also. Staff has always been helpful.

They have everything you could possibly need for your vehicle and if they don't.... usually because its a model specific part, they can easily order it for you. I always order a part that I need for my vehicle through them just to be sure it is the correct part. Also they always sending me emails for awesome discounts. Just yesterday I used a $10 off a purchase of $20 or more. Definitely recommend O'reillys for all your automobile needs.

I absolutely can not stand when someone berates, the employees of a business. First off when you call a store and they're busy, it is proper to put you on hold. Because you called instead of coming into the store does not give you priority treatment. You are a flat out liar about being put down and talked down to, I have been doing business with this store for 7 years and the Manager would put a person like that out the door RIGHT NOW. If you do not know the difference in battery cables you most likely should not be messing with them. Hooked up wrong and through the wrong outlets can burn your car to the ground. So stop your crybaby antics and grow up then you might realize life doesn't like you either
