Dependable towing did such a fantastic job! The driver got to me quickly and shared his ETA personally. He was efficient, kind and professional. He even made a few jokes to help make me feel better. I highly recommend this towing service!

I was really apprehensive to call anyone to tow my ‘88 Mustang GT. After a long Google search, I decided to roll the dice on Reliable Towing. Patrick answered and was very friendly yet professional. Turns out he has a Mustang also, and knew exactly how I felt! Norman arrived earlier than expected. He ensured it was loaded, carried and unloaded/delivered with the utmost care, meticulously watching every inch of the fenders to make sure they did not scratch the pavement! The cost for this transport was absolutely reasonable wi the several payment method options. Absolutely satisfied customer here, and if I ever need a tow again, I will undoubtedly call Reliable again! 100% recommend them! Outstanding job!

Bad idea trying to push my car to the limit! We ended up stranded on the side of the road just half a mile from the gas exit — annnnnnnnnd I really had to pee. Patrick was awesome! My car started to stall and would no longer accelerate after I heard something pop while making a left turn coming home from work. Luckily kind citizens and a deputy helped push my car to a gas station. This is already late at night and knowing that I wouldnt be able to get the car moving again, I called Reliable towing to see if they were still open. Patrick answered, he asked a few questions about the car and location then let me know his price and eta. He arrived within 20mins and helped us out pretty quick. He was also able to help diagnose what went wrong with the vehicle and gave us advice on getting it fixed. He also made sure the vehicle was placed on our driveway properly so it's not blocking any access. Definitely a calming presence on what would have been a very stressful night. Thank you!

Fred Robinson is amazing! We broke down at Cracker Barrel in Warner Robins, and he came to our rescue. He had a fair price, excellent service, and used his truck’s power to jump-start our Jeep Renegade. The first company we called charged us but couldn’t get the job done. This was a long time overdue survey. I went out to my car to grab lunch and I noticed my battery was dead. I was already rushing because I had a lot of errands/things that had to be done after work. I looked on google and luckily Patrick was the first towing company I called he was actually headed in the opposite direction and quickly turned around and reassured me he was not even 5 minutes away. He got there in less than 5 minutes and checked my battery and reassured me he could get the car started and just don’t shut it off until I get to Honda which was less than a mile down the street. I was very thankful for him being mindful of my time and being swift and punctual especially with it being like middle of summer time and the temp was like 100 degrees. I appreciate his professionalism and punctuality. I would definitely recommend him to friends/family members or anyone wanting fast , reliable, and professional service.

I had a tire blow out on me a few days ago, early in the morning on my way to a prenatal appointment. I was alone and scared being out there by myself. I was given the number to Reliable Towing and Recovery. I told him where I was and that I was 6 months pregnant. I was given instructions on how to stay safe while I waited for him and he actually arrived quicker than the original ETA. Not only did he show concern for my vehicle but he was also concerned about my personal safety and emotional wellbeing. I was frazzled when he arrived but calm once I made it to a tire shop safely. Literally the best experience! Thank you so much again for everything!

Not the first time I've used Reliable Towing for my vehicles and it won't be the last. Patrick was able to get to my vehicle within the timeframe he gave and called once he was at the pick up site. Not only did he give me an idea of what was wrong he also offered suggestions on where I could get it fixed. And he also has great rates, will definitely be referring family and friends to give him a call.

This is the highest 5 star I've ever written. Patrick of Reliable Towing came through for me in a big way. I called to get a big 20 ft trailer towed. It was gonna get towed to a place that wouldn't even be able to fix it for 10+ days. Instead of him towing it he was able to repair it for me on the spot. He did this for a great price as well. We live in a world where it feels like I'm constantly being overcharged and ripped off on stuff, so it was so refreshing to have a guy be transparent and 100 straight up with me and give me a great price! I'll never call another tow truck company as long as Reliable Towing is here!!

This is the only review that I have ever written. I don't know if this review will express the gratitude that my family has for Patrick's help. Our family this weekend was stranded in Macon on our way back home. We had a mobile mechanic look at our car for 2 hours and was unable to get our car issue resolved. Their final diagnosis was that we had major transmission issues most likely due to sounds and a small amount of white smoke that came from our front driver side tire. We were stressed out, distraught and worried about the possible costs to repair the car and how we were going to get home. After spending a sleepless night in a hotel and planning to take our car to a local dealership for a diagnosis and repair, I called about 10 tow companies to try and get my car towed to the dealership. I had no success in getting a tow company as most of the calls went to voicemail or they could not provide any service soon. I finally reached Patrick who advised could be available within 45 minutes. I didn't realize at that time how lucky we were that the other tow companies didn't work out. Patrick communicated so well about ETA and when he showed up, he went to work and was extremely friendly and allowed me to get a ride in the tow truck to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, Patrick asked about what issues the car was having and offered to look at the car. Patrick looked at the front of the car, the side and saw that there was a piece to the car that looked to be very loose and offered to use a couple zip ties to fix it and see if that resolved the issue. After Patrick drove it and found no issues and I drove the car and wasn't hearing any odd sounds, etc. It seemed that the issue was resolved! Patrick drove his tow truck along the road and escorted me to the freeway and checked in when I picked up my family to get back on the road. We had no issues with the car on our remaining 5 hour drive of over 300 miles and safely arrived home. Patrick checked in the next day to make sure that we had arrived fine. Patrick is an amazing person and to offer the services that he did to my family and the unnecessary repair costs and time that he saved my family are beyond words. A wonderful human being and in this day and age, service and humanity like his are very rare. Thank you Patrick and if you need a tow truck in Macon, you cannot go wrong with calling Patrick and this company.

Patrick was amazing, not only did he pick up fast but was also really sweet, helpful and to the point. Had to have my flat changed and instead of paying $95 THROUGH INSURANCE it was $60. He sent Brandon who was there in 15 minutes and he was also really kind and quick he explained every step he took and answered my questions with ease . Patrick was so cool and went the extra mile to be gentle with my baby when winching it out of some mud it got stuck in. He seemed to earnestly want to help me out, and even took pics on my phone of where he was hooking up. Such an upgrade to the couldn't care less hillbillies that usually show up to do a tow.

Patric towed me out of a ditch. He put the jack in the wrong place and damaged my car. When my insurance contacted him he said he didn’t cause any damage. What would have been a free tow turned into a $4,500 fix. I wish I never met his friend or agreed to use his company. Fast, yes. Reliable and certified, questionable.
