I wanted to share my experience at one of your locations involving three outstanding associates who provided legendary customer service. My story starts with my partner, our dog, and myself traveling from my home in Jacksonville, Florida to Atlanta, GA. We stopped at your Fort Valley, GA location to fuel our vehicle and our bodies as well as to give Dante (our dog) a potty break. After our visit I had the misfortune of locking my keys in my car as well as my phone. My partners phone was also locked in the car. Not knowing what to do, I went into your store and was immediately in the hands of Adam the General Manager. Adam went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. He google searched and then called a mobile locksmith. I should add, it was the end of Adam's shift and I am sure he was more than ready to get home after a long day. After getting us connected with a locksmith, we waited for the arrival. Shortly after, Adam came outside to find us because the locksmith called back and needed more information. With a smile and patience he made casual conversation with us to help ease the stress of the situation. Adam wasn't done yet. After the second interaction he assisted a third time with guiding the locksmith to our location in the gigantic parking lot. Above and beyond!!! So we got our keys and were ready to be on our way but I needed to use the restroom one more time. When I went in, I was stopped byMaria, Team Supervisor, behind the counter who asked me if I was able to get my car unlocked. Adam obviously passed the communication on to her that we were stranded in the parking lot as well as who we were. Because I had not meet or even seen her. Then, for the hale Mary, Shay, who originally called Adam to the rescue, saw me in the store and she followed up with me to be sure I was able to get my keys. Legendary!!! I work for Wawa and Legendary Customer Service is a major focus in our company. This is a prime example of this service level. Thank you Shay, thank you Adam, and thank you Maria. Shawn Wallace, Ken and Dante (woof)

I went to Buc-ee’s just to get fuel. Ended up spending a few days. While waiting on the slowest diesel pump in existence, I met this woman at the next pump. By gallon 5, we were chatting. By gallon 10, we’d somehow planned a life. Before the tank hit 15, we got married. The ceremony was beautiful, we used the dog park for the ambience, and a fluffy butt corgi did the honors of bringing us the rings. Prior to the tank hitting 17 gallons had two kids, Jeffrey and Julia, and were arguing if the kids preferred jerky or nuggets. I went inside to grab snacks. The kids were teenagers at this point, so I had to skip the snacks I had planned and purchased full on brisket meals. When I returned—my tank at a mere 19 gallons—there she was, talking to a trucker named Jerry with tattoos like a sailor. Heartbroken, I struck up a conversation with the guy fueling next to me. Turns out, he’s a Supercross fan. We disconnected his Jeep Wrangler in tow from his class a Motorhome, leaving it at the pumps along with my truck to continue fueling, and spent the day in Daytona. When we got back, expecting full tanks, they’d stopped at 50 gallons. Out came the credit card again for the last 10. Next time, maybe I’ll just hit the Pilot and skip the saga! $.50 more a gallon but I’ll be gone in 60 seconds instead of 60 years.

This was the first Buc-ee's I had ever been to. Stopped by the Warner Robins location otw to and back from Florida. Definitely will visit more when traveling! Great and fast service considering the crazy amount of business going on. Got a T-shirt with the Buc-ee Beaver logo. It was mandatory. Lol. That 11oz brisket sandwich I've always had heard about is also 🔥😂🤣

The busiest Buc-ee's I have visited but everything was clean and the staff was efficient. No complaints.

First experience at a Buccee’s was great! Large variety of items & fresh food stocked. Bathroom lines were a bit long, but staff were helpful directing us to open stalls. Gourmet cooking wood was a bit pricey at nearly $20. Very impressed with the large amount of gas pumps.

Googled to see if there would be free air. I got there, and it was a pay machine. Talk about getting every cent out of you. Even Costco has free air. The place is a tourist trap where they have somehow convinced people that gas stations are Disney World and logos are cool, marketing to distract us from our wretched lives.

This store has everything a weary traveler needs from knick knacks, every drink you can imagine, and great snacks. There's a wide variety of clothing options, outdoor gear and equipment, a bakery, with all kinds of sweets, and don't forget your Buc'ee Nuggets and a Brisket Sandwich.

If it were any other gas station, I wouldn’t bat an eye. However, knowing this brand and traveling to so many other locations, I was very disappointed in how this store was kept. There was garbage throughout the store throughout the parking lot. There’s dog poop all over the grass, making it impossible for you to walk your dog and not step in something every 5 feet. They were very slow to restock perishable food. I cannot believe a wrap and a chicken salad cost me $15. The chicken salad I might add that was way too salty. I feel like they are losing their way. They are having the Disney effect where they think they can charge whatever they want. There was not adequate staff at the registers either. You can’t have a company that sets the bar so high and then drops the ball.

Ladies, brace yourselves for the bathroom line. Don’t let the long wait discourage you; it moves quite swiftly. Just be patient with each other and the staff. One suggestion I have is to capitalize on the Tortilla Maker in the store. Why not sell packs of flour tortillas?

Thank you to Buc-cees and their hardworking employees. Extremely easy to find off the interstate. Open 24/7, 365 days a year. We were on our way back home during Christmas and this place is the only reliable, clean, and has good food for anyone on the road. Tons of souvenirs for the family. Plenty of gas pumps. Along with electric chargers for hybrid cars.

Zero seating inside or out. Everything is great but last thing i want to do on our stop in a 6 hour trip is to eat in the car, specially with toddlers trying to eat brisket sandwich and muffins. Probably will not come back unless weather is nice out. Im just here standing in the lot eating.

This place is HUGE! When I first walked in I didn't expect to see so much things! The chopped brisket sandwich with barbeque sauce was so delicious! The restrooms were very clean. The fudge was terrific! This place has ALL of the stuff you can think of! 10/10 will recommend!!

Wow, I visited for the first time recently and it was great! I went during the Christmas holiday so it was packed. It was a bit overwhelming due to the crowd and it being my first visit. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience. They really do have SO much to offer from food, candy, decor, toys, gifts, clothing and souvenirs.

Per usual, Buc-ee's was absolutely slammed with customers, this time with the go-home Thanksgiving crowd. Its a testament to how good this place really is. But... My wife had to wait in a lengthy line to get into the bathroom, which moved more quickly than anyone thought it would. The reason for this was both a positive and a negative. There was essentially a traffic director in the bathroom, speeding everyone up to keep the line moving. That part is good. However, this lady acted like a drill sergeant and was talking to swathes of grown women like they were little kids. My wife found it quite demeaning. They should probably pick someone who is friendlier for this. You can be stern and friendly at the same time. Another thing this location needs is someone on parking lot duty. When we came in to get our gas, almost every pump had someone parked in it not getting gas. We watched several people pull into pumps, turn their car off, and walk straight into the store, not caring that there were dozens of cars waiting in line behind them. Given how ridiculously busy this place is, they really need someone directing traffic out here too. Its kind of strange to say, but this was probably the worst buc-ee's experience I've ever had, and it still deserves 4 stars.

Buc-ees isn’t a store or a gas station it’s an adventure. When traveling in Georgia and Florida we make sure we stop by for food and gas and whatever is needed for your journey. We could take the Toll-road and save 30 min or save money and use that for Brisket at Buc-ees. Guess what we chose going north and south?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review The Tesla Superchargers at Buc-ee’s are absolutely fantastic! ⚡️🚗 Charging here is fast, smooth, and incredibly convenient. There’s plenty of room, easy pull-in access, and the layout makes it simple whether you’re stopping for a quick top-off or a full charge. Plus, being at Buc-ee’s is the perfect bonus—clean facilities, tons of snacks, and a great spot to stretch your legs while your Tesla powers up. If you’re on a road trip and need a reliable, super-fast charging stop, this is hands-down one of the best! 🚀

Buc-ee’s isn’t just a gas station — it’s a way of life. Where else can you grab a legit BBQ sandwich, a pound of beef jerky, a full outfit, and a folding loveseat, all before you’ve even paid for gas? The bathrooms are cleaner than my own house (and honestly, I’m not even mad about it), and the staff are always friendly and on top of their game. If you can dream it, Buc-ee’s probably sells it — and the people-watching is unmatched. Watching first-timers walk in with that “what is this magical place?” expression never gets old. A true Texas-sized experience every single time!

It was my first time seeing Buc-ee's this packed. It was so packed it felt overwhelming. There was a long line to use the restroom, and the ladies' line was twice as long. It was so packed you'd bump into someone every time you turned your head. But HEY. They got everything you need and amazing beef jerky lol.

I LOVE Buc-ee’s. We stop every time we’re on a roadtrip that has a Buc-ee’s on the route. I love to shop around the store and get my favorites, the blue coconut soda from the fountain machine and the white fudge beaver twists. So good!!

Hi everyone! This gas station/store is very busy, all the pumps are occupied... you have to stand in line, the parking lot is very busy (hence the four stars), but the food is delicious and there is a large selection of sweets, there are themed souvenirs, and it's also fun for kids! There is a line for the restroom!! But surprisingly, it was clean, the staff was friendly. If you buy something, you have to stand in line for a long time, but the gasoline is very cheap and of good quality.

This place is incredible. It's supposed to be a gas station along the highways. But it's more like willy wonka's chocolate factory except it has much more. There's food candy drinks clothing. Beef jerky of all kinds. There's a bakery and the brisket is some of the best brisket. You will ever eat. I would suggest the brisket as your first stop. The chicken and fries, the Buc-ee's bites. Everything is absolutely outstanding. The only critique I give buc-ee's is they need some outdoor seating. So you can enjoy the wonderful food. Also, if you are a banana pudding lover, I did a banana pudding review. It's mediocre, but it's the only mediocre thing that I have found. So far! They have one of the best sayings at Bucky's is meat. On the board, that means they are making fresh sandwiches. And you can watch the whole process by far my favorite Brisket sandwich is at bucky's.Go check them out for yourself. If you ever come to the south, make sure you gas up at bucky's and get yourself a couple of sandwiches!

This was our first time going to a Buc-ees and wow!!!! It was absolutely incredible. The food was great, the gifts, the home goods, the toys. I just wanted to spend so much more time there! I think I could be lost in a Buc-ee’s for hours!!!!

We took a short break while traveling for fuel station and went inside the store. It was so happening with lots of food varieties. I specifically loved the fudge and cinnamon cup cakes. They have wide variety of burgers, burritos and so on. The snacks section was amazing with different variations of popcorn and gummy’s.

Love Buc-ee’s! The layout of this one was a little weird. And I wish there were two sets of bathrooms. The women’s room line was long! Always enjoy the food and merchandise and of course the Highway signs. Staff was nice and I tried the sliced turkey for the first time-not bad!!

230 gas pumps with cheap gas. More variety of beef jerkie than you can imagine. Bakery. Snacks. Wine. A huge coffee bar. And an incredible amount of gift items. Plus very clean bathrooms

Wow, what a big place! They sell almost everything. The place was crowded like a shopping mall. Hundreds of customers. Lots of workers. So many things to see and buy. Even has a conveyor belt showing you how to make tacos. No big lines. Lots of cash registers. So you can go quickly through the line. I was impressed with the quick service. It's a tourist attraction for sure.

This place is amazing. Who knew? Having a huge huge convenience store would be like this. There's selection of coffee was huge. Each employee that I interacted with were very polite and courteous showed me what I was looking for. The entire store was faced. Everything looked full. They were out of chicken burritos. I asked one of the employees in the kitchen, who said he would be more than happy to make me a fresh one. Now that's customer service. Oh, and their 10 Pound bag of ice is only $1. Great value. Great price.

Welcome to the gas station that never sleeps! We stopped here for a break on a road trip at 11pm on a Friday night. This place was hopping! You are greeted cheerfully and immediately upon entry. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Then the real fun starts. There is merchandise everywhere. We had fun browsing all the annual and seasonal beaver products. Toilets were clean and secluded. Hand washing and entry/exit to bathroom was touch free. There was an art gallery at the entry/exit of bathrooms that was full of exciting pictures for sale. We left with a hot coffee and big bag of beef jerky. The location is convenient and easy to get to. Almost every other billboard leading up to the store tells you how far away you are. Once you get off the exit, look for the smiling beaver and you’re there! Fun was had by all, and we would stop here again.

It's Bucees! If you know you know. They tend to be pretty consistant across locations. If you don't know, maybe stop in. You need to potty dontcha? Good gas prices, great bathrooms, salty sweet or savory, hot or cold, they have anything you need on a trip. Designed to be in and out, no seating inside. Everything is good but you may find your purchase adding up quick so be a little price concious if you want to get out under $50. I love the open soda and coffee areas. They have anything you could possibly want in your coffee- I love a good iced coffee with oatmilk and syrups. If you like it sweet put a little thick syrup on the bottom. It's generally constantly busy, so if crowds give you anxiety I recommend going during odd hours and avoiding weekends (tho if you're lucky Bucee themself is out on weekends for photo ops!) The building is huge but everyone is wandering around for this or that so it's chaotic. If you are with a group, make a meetup plan because it is easy to get lost.
