came from to far, i called before i came here to ask if part was damaged they said no i came to see part is badly damaged. he didn't take of much from the price i asked to pay 20$ less he didn't take consider my offer and replied very rude to me.

Bought a part from them and took it to get put on but my mechanic told me it was no good so I brung it back to them to get a new one but they didn’t have any more so they charge me a restocking fee.Thats bad business to be selling bad parts and making money off restocking fee for a damage part you sold .

Traveled 4 hours for a cab and door.End up buying 2 cabs 2 doors and 2 tailgates they stayed until they were ready and was really polite and price was excellent for what I purchased would recommend them anytime and will definitely go back for any other parts I need.

Really didn’t want to give him one star this this man sold me the wrong part for my truck and not only that the radiator was broken I went back and told him i didn’t want it he told me to go out and get another one After he sold me a bad one don’t buy from this guy he is real bad

I bought a radio and I asked the salesman did the radio display work and he flat out told me yes.. long story short he lied the display did not work and he said no refund but at least he should have let me exchange it or gave me a credit. I will never buy anything from the salvage yard ever again . That's not how you should do business. Stuck with a radio with a display that don't work... 0 stars.... :O(

Drove 2 hours to buy a truck bed. Agreed on a price for the whole bed. Got there and the door was missing since he has sold it to someone else and said "take it or leave it, as a matter fact I cant give it to you no more because im about to close" didnt want to lower the price or anything when he had it priced cheaper. Very unproffecional. Many bad reviews from this place. He sales things that dont even work or that are very damaged.

Excellent customer service on the phone but...completely misrepresented the 2023 Ram rear bumper. Checked twice by phone for condition and availability...drove 70 miles to pick it up....damaged....badly. not something you would miss when inspecting. Now I'm driving 70 miles back. These guys lie through their teeth on the phone. I will say they were very polite when I showed them the damage...."I'm sorry sir" Avoid this place at all costs

I went to Greenway Auto Parts looking for a buckle of a seat belt for a Jeep Wrangler. I explained EXACTLY what I needed, but they didn't bother to listen. They had their employee walk me down to a Wrangler and when I showed him which part I needed, he said the buckle would work for my Jeep. He then held the belt up and instructed me where to cut to get the buckle off. No employee said anything against the cutting of the belt until I reached checkout; in fact, one employee lent me the scissors to remove the buckle that I said I was looking for. It wasn't until I returned to the front desk that a third employee chastised me for cutting the belt and only then claimed they only sell it as a whole unit; he said it was $65, and then charged me $35 for the buckle. Looking online, that buckle is $15 (plus shipping), and checking other places they sell it for $20, so I was taken back by how much more expensive they were. Other places are cheaper and have nicer staff (those places just didn't have any Wranglers available). I paid the price because I needed the part, but given the experience and that one guy’s attitude, the one star review is more than fair. Please also keep in mind, I wasn't originally going to write out a review, but I’m leaving this in response to the company’s nasty comment against me and the inaccurate reporting of the event to the public.

Was given a fair price on part. When asked if anything was wrong with it I was told that it just needed a new home. I drove 3 hours round trip to find that the jumpseat top had cracks where your elbow rest. When I pointed it out I was told by Joseph, ah it's just small cracks. Buyer beware! *edit here for reply to Greenway- I did ask if he could do better since his description was a lie. He asked how much he quoted me. I pulled up the conversation from marketplace and showed him $200. He then stated that he had it listed for $225, even though it's not listed anywhere with a price and then says are you paying cash? If so ill do $180. The ad is just the vehicle and says parting out. I then offered him $100 for the damaged part. He declined and didn't attempt to counter offer so I just said ok thanks. Was just trying to give you an opportunity to make it right before a bad review. I have it recorded BTW so if Joseph would like I can upload to YouTube and spread the word there as well. BTW I'm sure the has cameras at the shop so post the video before you call me a liar! Again, Buyer Beware!

Excellent experience. Everyone was very friendly and the pricing is very reasonable. I was able to walk around with an employee and pick out exactly what parts I needed for my work truck. He pulled them all while I waited and even loaded everything in my truck for me. It was worth the 1 hour drive to get there and I'll definitely be back.

Awesome place. Had the exact part I needed. I needed a drive shaft for a specific truck. They had the exact 1 j needed and walked me out to the truck let me inspect the drive shaft woth no pressure and pulled it for me. The price was great no haggle needed, the employees were friendly and helpful I will probably go here more instead of pull a part or any other yard.

Gave them the exact year make and model of my truck. And assured me that this the right part. Got the part and took it to my mechanic only to find that this isn’t the right part. Like I said, gave them everything they needed to give me the correct part. Took it back and they did a so nothing to help me solve the situation. Didn’t want to take it back or anything. Not even an apology for giving me the wrong part. Which clearly it was. Never using them again.

Unfortunately drove 6 hours round trip just to get there and find out the rear end I was picking up had a bent axle. After I was told on the phone and text "it's a good rear end, only 39k miles on it, you won't have any problems" within a 2 minute visual inspection I found one axle shaft was indeed bent. Owner said "I'm sorry man, this was my first time looking at it" why tell me over the phone it's good, if you haven't looked at it. Just my experience with this place.

Purchased a steering column that should have been column shift, tilt with delay wipers... when it arrived it was a floor shift, fixed with 2spd wipers!!! We were told to return the part, at our cost (another $25.00) for a refund of $45.00!!! Eventually we may use it but seriously, could it have been much further from what was ordered?! Response to owners response: Yes, you get a bad review!!! You did indeed offer a full refund.... if I sent the product back AT MY COST?!! Why should I be out any money because of the ineptitude of your employee? And on the subject of "inventoried incorrectly", really?! I would liken it to buying an apple and getting an orange! Or maybe, buying a muffler and getting the tailpipe! Whomever "inventoried" this should be let go... but, then again, we both know it really had nothing to do with that :( How disappointing.

They took forever pulling the part I came in for. The guy behind the counter was very nice, but a liar. I was told that the abs module I purchased worked, but it doesn't. 50 bucks down the drain, because someone wants to make a quick buck. Honestly, I'm not sure how certain businesses run without repeat customers?. I'll never purchase anything from this place again. $50 lighter in the pocket, but lesson learned.

Ordered a Transmission from them and once I put it in we realized it did not have overdrive in it (transmission sold with 30 day warranty). I promptly called them to let them know within 7 days of us purchasing. I don't know who I spoke to but they told me that the boss would look at it and call me back. I called twice more and was told the same thing. Now its not that big of a deal but, business owner to business owner the way the so called owner treated me on the phone when i called the forth time was crap! He told me that i was 17 day out of warranty and that it didn't matter that I have been calling for over 3 weeks. He also suggested that I should have been calling him everyday. Stay away.........

I just walked out of the location and had a poor customer service experience with the key holder of the building. I came to swap out a part that I had purchased and was told the business closed at 4pm when Google and the hours of operation posted at the front door clearly stated 5pm. I said maybe Google needs to be updated and the man behind the counter stated (with a nasty attitude) maybe I can't help you with that attitude. Mind you the main lobby was filled with his employees whom he thought he'd show off for by thinking I had an attitude. I merely offered a solution and he came back with an ugly response. I could have gotten even uglier but I said whatever and exited the building. I won't be returning to this business for the simple fact it's poor practices to be rude and ugly to a customer no matter how their attitude is or isn't. Given I had a decent experience the first time I visited and had pleasant conversations with the same man he should have been more professional. People hurt and do crazy things to others for less than what he did to me. Just letting you know the next person may not be as nice as I was. Future reference.

Wow I I had a great experience at this auto shop. The owner was very professional and kind. I bought an alternator from this shop, it turns out that I didn't need it and they gladly refunded me.

Bought an OEM VW Jetta stereo under the condition that electronic parts are sold as is. Turned out radio is busted and Joe said he would give me a $50.00 credit towards a future purchase. As a business owner myself I know there is a risk in buying/selling used parts. The fact that they will honor my purchase with store credit shows good customer service, the most important part of any business.

I read the poor reviews on google and I still decided to give this place a try because of the new owner. I wish I hadn't. In February 2015 ( after the new owner took over ) I called and asked for a power window switch specifically for a 2002 F-350 and they told me they had it. When I arrived to get it the guy started digging in a sketchy box of pieces. He eventually pulled out a piece that he said fit my vehicle. I went to the the parking lot and tried the piece and it made my door and underneath my dash start smoking. I immediately took the part back inside the store and told them that they gave me the wrong part but they blamed my truck for what happened and they wouldn't replace the part or refund me. Later I took the truck to a mechanic with the part Greenway Auto Parts gave me and the mechanic said they gave me the wrong part and it caused my wires in my vehicle to burn out. So what should have only cost me $35 to repair ended up costing $200 thanks to Greenway Auto Parts. I would not advise ANYONE to shop here.

First, I never write reviews, but read them religiously. We were at a family reunion in Stockbridge, GA and wasn't going to stop at Greenway Auto based on reviews . My husband and I found all of the parts we needed at good prices and good service. We asked the guy about the bad reviews and told us he is the new owner. The reviews were for the previous owner. None of the reviews apply anymore, but he can't remove them. We would definitely come back here when we need parts. Great prices! Great service!

Bought a fender flare for a truck through Greenway. They said the part was in good shape, got the part in and had pits and was very wavy. They did not want to work with us at all on giving us enough money back to repair the part and we wanted to send the part back but its a 35% restocking fee which is very unreasonable. I would be careful doing business with them, I know we won't.
