My parents were involved in a pretty significant accident in Atlanta. Multiple tow companies failed to show up, leaving them to sit at a Pilot for close to 7 hours. Jervis picked them up. He treated my elderly parents (both in their late 70’s) like they were his own. He wouldn’t leave them in a sketchy area. He made sure not only their car was secured, but that my parents were safe and comfortable. He communicated with myself and my husband about where he was taking them and the car while we drove 7+ hours to get to them. Whatever he needs to stay with this company, make sure he gets it. He’s an angel walking this earth.
Waiting on a tow truck that hasn’t shown up for over 4 hours and currently still waiting. I’ve NEVER had a tow company take so long !!! Constantly sending notifications saying “eta 30 minutes” about 5 times!!! I’m on fire! Hilltop towing would never
Bulldog towing is the worst. They kept giving me arrival times that kept changing Waited five hours and they never showed up. Called several times, they were rude and kept giving me the run around. Told me to leave the car and the keys and they'll get to it when they get to it. I eventually called another tow company and paid out of pocket. I pay for towing service through progressive insurance and can't get a tow when I get in an accident. If you use Progressive beware because they also was no help and this is who they use for towing to rip off the customers by not showing up.
Terrible, wasted my time, greatly inconvenienced, if you see Bulldogs Wrecker LLC is coming to get your car please request another company immediately. I mean just look at the name, just oozes INCOMPETENCE.
Horrible customer service!!!! The towe driver left down the window on my Cadillac Escalade after towing the car to dealership it rained over the weekend and my interior got soaking wet! When brought to their attention they stated they were not responsible!!!! I see now why they have 2.3 stars as this company does not have any morals or integrity! Will not recommend or use again.. please beware
Filed a claim through roadside assistance using Progressive. I waited 4 hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Each time I called they stated they were 45 minutes away, they never showed up and left me stranded.
After being instructed to wait 105 minutes for roadside assistance, I was then told it would be an additional 30 minutes for the tow truck to arrive. Shortly after, I received a call from Rahkim, who stated that he was on his way but would “get there when he gets there,” and also claimed that I hadn’t actually been waiting that long.
A few minutes later, his manager Anthony called to apologize for the inconvenience, explaining that there were multiple parties involved. I appreciated his professionalism — until approximately two minutes later, the service appeared to be canceled, seemingly by Rahkim.
I was then told I would need to wait another 71 minutes for a different tow truck to come. At that point, after already waiting far beyond the promised timeframe, I had no choice but to pay out-of-pocket for a separate towing service. He was on exit away when this got cancelled.
Not a good tow company told me that it be almost 90 minutes to get to me. Called Ford Roadside service back and they had another tow truck out to me in 45 minutes why he in service
I’m begging you please don’t book with this company! I don’t know how they are providers for State Farm! They lied five different times about the ETA!!!!! never showed up!
NEVER USE THEM! I requested towing service thru progressive, and after 4hrs of waiting, I called Progressive to get this service provider number. At this point I told the customer service representative that I am calling 911 for help. Bare in mind it is now almost 11:00 PM. A police officer came and waited with us. He also wanted to call another towing company but we said we would like to call this provider. Called bulldog, and the guy said that he was 25 mins away from me. The officer said to call him again just in case this provider didn’t show up as promised. Waited another 45 minutes! Of course he never came! The officer we previously had dispatched to us was making his rounds and saw us still waiting. It is now past the 25 mins and way past midnight. The officer was able to get State Wide for us in less than 15 mins. We are so grateful for his support.
I am not sure why this company is even being considered for serving as roadside assistance. They are HORRIBLE!
Absolutely worse. At 1:39 I was told 90-120mins. Every hour I’ve called for an update and it’s always something. 4 hours later and they have not arrived. I wish I googled hours ago instead of wasting my time.
Was in a wreck - they were called by my insurance carrier - after 45 min of not hearing from them I called and they were incredibly rude and said they were over 2 & 1/2 hours out- when I called back to cancel their tow they hung up on me then told my insurance they still handled it - it has taken several calls to prove to my insurance that they never helped me - terrible customer service.

Of course he never came! BEWARE they are a LLC co., and Wreckovory is under their umbrella also! After I called progressive to cancel the service with Bulldog, the co. answered, and agreed to the service under Wreckovory, but I called progressive, and told them that it was the same company! This company should not be in business! Called progressive around 1:30pm, and it is now 7:47pm, and I'm still waiting for them to find someone to come!
Never showed up for tow. Communicated in the beginning & told me 2 hours. After 2 hours, no communication. Left messages still haven't received call back. Would never recommend them.
Used fleet service with them very unprofessional poor costumer service. No on answers the phone. Had me sitting on the side of expressway 20 for 2 hours. Update........ they never showed up
Got hit back in January and statefarm gave me their info. I called the phone number to make sure they had my correct location. Waited another 45 minutes and the wrecker called and said they didn’t see me. I’m guessing the person I called didn’t check to see if the actual wrecker had my location. I told him where I was which was up the street a little and the man on the phone said “no, you gonna have to get somebody else cause I’m not coming.” I had to tell him I talked to the main line to get him to drive 5 minutes up the road. Will never use them if I need a tow.
Took my car without my Consent while I was in a accident. Went up their told the lady I couldn’t afford the 1000$+ said said I couldn’t leave without paying something. Will not work with you just want money.
Very nice staff . Very friendly. They were concerned after my son's accident. They greet you with a smile and professional ism. Thank you so much for your care and concern.
