Was great the first time I used his service to tow. But when I needed him this time he told me it would be Monday before he could get to it. Come Monday evening he STILL hadn't shown up after replying to me that morning he'd be there when he finished at his shop. No phone call to let me know that he couldn't make it. And he knew our circumstances and could have been a little more empathetic. St least be professional enough to recommend someone else if he couldn't get to it. Needless to say it's Tuesday and still no call. Thank God for OTHER reliable towing services. Year One towing might have reasonable prices. But if you don't show up..... Hmmmmmmm.
