Let me start by saying I fell in love with this company cause of their hilarious content on TikTok and facebook. Then once I knew they was the shop with the car on the sign I was like omg this is n my hometown.
I have never heard or saw anything negative about any of their vehicles or junk yard. Only positive things. My hubby and mother n law buys from them for stuff from their junk yard.
Clay is amazing gentleman and he will help you to the fullest I mean that. He will not lie about his cars at all tell u everything u wanna know down to the bones of it. So hands down I will always be #1 fan of their commercials and to this family. Amazing ppl so if you want to drive off with a vehicle today if I was you get that bag n a pen (they will supply pens) n go get you a ride.

Got a dodge caliber from them awhile back and it was decent good running vehicle. Clay is real friendly and hilarious. Wesley( clays dad ) is great too! Real great people, great service! Overall satisfied with the whole experience. If you need a car or parts check them out!
Went to Thompson's to get a car. They are honest about their vehicles. They are great people and wouldn't deal with anyone else about a car!! I recommend Thompson's truck and auto 110%.. They also have parts if your looking for parts also.

Customer service was short they said that they buy cars for scrap and I called back to get an asking price and they said that they don't buy cars for scrap.
I drove all the way from Dandridge Tennessee to buy a transmission from Thompson's. I could have bought the same model transmissions one hour from home, but my local salvage yards had BAD reviews. Thompson's reviews are good. They tell of a second generation business founded on good, honest business practices, handed down from father to son. If you want my opinion....you'll find me humming down the road with a GOOD transmission that I bought from the guys at Thompson's. Well worth the drive.
Was able to get me a great used engine for my 2014 Volister . Great professional help and job. I will no doubt use them again if needed. I highly recommend them to everyone
