At first I was seeing this was a decent dealership to assist my wife and I to buy a vehicle from them with in-house financing. The gal who assisted us was good to us at first but then flipped her script as we were inquiring about insurance options for full coverage and kept cutting me off and interrupting me as if I were treated like an imp but I continued to be kind and still go about my inquires of purchasing a vehicle. We put $500 cash as a hold on a vehicle to come in the next day since it was about closing time, well unfortunately after being told we could finish up the deal on the following day come to find out they were closed on Wednesday. Ok no big deal we thought we will go in on Thursday and inquire about the vehicle deal and investigate what kind of full coverage insurance is required to be able to finance on the vehicle. Well Thursday came and I got off work at a decent time with the wife still at home I stopped by before I picked up the wife to come back as planned I was met with a different gal completely ignoring me when I walked in while she was talking on her cellphone for about 10 minutes before even acknowledging that I was there to conduct business and inquire further as to what their insurance full coverage requirements were because I’d rather not pay for something that isn’t needed and keep it simple as far as insurance. Well after the employee got off the phone I was greeted in a disrespectful tone in anger and disgust of “CAN I HELP YOU”! I paused and greeted as kind as I could but I was met with silence and felt as if I was in the 1930s and Native Americans were part of the segregation laws still as I am full Native American by blood and my appearance just calls for to knowing I’m not from Georgia state originally. The employee called the owner after I had asked to know what kind of full coverage details are required and may I say the list of details pertaining to what their policy is on full coverage is simple but one key factor is they would not let you drive off the lot unless every licensed driver in the household was listed as a driver and not an excluded driver and when 7 people live in then house that insurance bill can reach in the thousands just for your initial first payment. The owner on speakerphone was very rude, the employee sitting behind the desk made me feel as if I didn’t belonged there and I assumed she is somewhat racist and the money I paid to hold for the vehicle had been paid back but rather in a $500 check that now I have to pay a tax on because they refused to give it back to me in cash. The owner flat out said to me by phone I will not sell you a vehicle then the employee in a rather snarky attitude said sorry about your luck! Well I replied that’s okay this just means there are better opportunities elsewhere and low and behold there was because now my wife and I are driving a beautiful 2017 Kia suv with great low payment options and a chance to rebuild ourselves and our lives. I reported this dealership to the better business bureau and will gladly say I’ll never be returning to the place of business in my lifetime and will not recommend anyone buying from them.

My son got a very nice car there. 2010 Malibu. Payment's reasonable. Very nice people. I will be going there to purchase me a car as well. Lisa is great.
