Teresa D waited on me on October 19, 2025 And went above and beyond to help me locate my speed perks account and determine why I was not getting points for my purchases. I had to leave as I was on a time crunch, and she continued to work on it after I left the location and then text my phone and explain that she had found my account and what caused the mixup and what I needed to do from that point forward. I thought that was incredibly nice of her Because she could have just looked at me in confusion as well and let it go when I walked out of the store but she didn’t. I appreciated that & that earned 5 stars from me.

Great little auto parts store, out of the three I'd like to advance better in my opinion but usually have what I need and if they don't have it they'll try to get it.

Great guys, seem to always have what I'm looking for. If they don't have it already they'll get it.

They need to have a better way of treating their online orders. They can't make adjustments to them in store.

This place is complete garbage. Period. Not even descent help exist here. I'd be better off ordering my own parts because this place never has what I need. What they do have is junk. Their variety of products are trash and their employees just exist.

Bad customer service it's not good business when a customer calls the store you pick the phone up instantly hang up customer calls back and the phone continuously rings to no answer

Stopped here to buy wiper blades. Was helped by a guy named Shane. After I installed the wipers, I noticed my battery was very weak and the engine wouldn’t turn over. I had charged it the day before but it didn’t hold a charge for long. Shane installed a new battery in my vehicle while it was raining. He was helpful and courteous. He probably deserves a raise.

Any other parts store, except they're beside a Piggly Wiggly and in a small town and some of the guys still have that "service" mentality that helps keep customers coming back.

I have bought 2 axles to go in my Jeep Grand Cherokee this year the last 1I made it a 100 miles up the road and the actual started popping now I'm stuck in West Virginia with a bill from a shop because I can't change it in a hotel parking lot I work on the road for a living and advanced auto parks has not got back with me yet evidently they do not care about their customers or their parts do not buy axles from advanced auto parts.
