I just visited this location for the first time during their Labor Day sale. The ladies at the desk were all so friendly and kind. The lot has a great variety of cars. This is probably one of the best yards in metro Atlanta. Will definitely be back again!

I went by recently because I heard great things about this place and I'm seriously considering never going back... So the pricing online doesn't include all the taxes they charge when you get there making it cost $10-$15 extra and to make matters worse the blonde hair girl gave me the wrong pricing on the wrong part and tried to blame it on another worker saying "I never gave you that price on that part" completely unprofessional and in general a waste of my time.

Awesome service I called and asked what time they stopped taking cars and was told at 5pm and it was about 4:50 and I was at least 20-30 mins away and he said he would stay there and wait for me and when I got there he was the most polite worker I have ever dealt with if only more people had customer service like he offered I had to ask his name so he would get credit for the awesome service thanks again Arnold... I strongly recommend

What a great experience! Super nice and helpful staff. Car was exactly where they said it would be and yard isn't overrun with weeds, etc. Got the part I needed for a fair price. Many thanks to the staff Yamile, Mireya and Yoselyn. All friendly and extremely helpful. I'll be back!!

Pretty good inventory and decent database . Couldn't find one of the vehicles in it's designated location. Fair prices with a decent warranty. Warranty may be optional and prices would be lower if it is. Good customer service.

we have heard nothing but good things from our friends about the new location in Gainesville, so today when no local part store had the o2 sensor we needed, we decided to check it out for ourselves. WORST MISTAKE EVER. when we first got out there, it seemed like it was gonna be everything it had been talked up to be. we wandered around for a bit, pulled some things we could use for a few vehicles around us, because online their prices looked greattt! walking up to the office, we had gathered two o2 sensors, one with the wiring harness side of the plug included, a shift cable, and 4 u-bolts with the plates and nuts.. judging by their prices online, we were thinking maybe $25-30 at most, right? WRONGGGG. they scanned everything up and told us our total had came out to $91 and some change.. how? cables (any) : $12.41 sensor - oxygen : $12.41 u bolts : $2.43each they’re only explaination was “we charge 3 different taxes” but could explain how they reached that total based on their online prices.. not to mention, the coke machine in the lobby took our $2 and never gave us a drink.. which we were told, “we don’t have anything to do with those, we just rent them.” will never be going back there again. try hiring someone who actually knows which car part is what and doesn’t try to overcharge! the employees have absolutely horrible customer service and you’d think they would have the additional taxes posted somewhere in the office or online. ridiculous waste of time.

I spent most of the day looking for the car that they said was on a certain Row. but il had been moved to another location I paid to pull the part but never got to because they were closing they told me I could come back the next day and they would give me a free day but that didn't happen. when you go there make sure that their list has been updated and the cars are where they said they're going to be

This is my first time visiting this Branch I came all the way from Snellville,GA which is quite a drive leaving Norcross branch close to me. Yoselyn is very helpful right from the phone call when,made me drive down I thought she was just one of those polite customer service but was genuinely helpful in making sure all customers got the help they needed the best she can given you all the info needed un respectful way to help you in and out.

Called several times and could never get anyone to answer the phone. We spent money renting a car dolly and spent a good amount of time loading a junk car up to take it to get junked. Drove over 30 minutes to get there only to find out that they don’t buy cars on Sundays. This information is not listed ANYWHERE on the website. Hours are listed as 7 days a week but this is NOT ACCURATE for car buying, only for pulling parts. Complete waste of time but thankfully we ended up selling it to someone who just happened to be in the parking lot.

Prices are good only if you want to spend allday taking off stuff that should come with engine or pay double hell I could of just went somewhere else if it was going to be that much only thing good is the year warranty then that's only good if you can keep up with a receipt for a year I will not be going back to the Gainesville location period
