I've been visiting this yard for a year and today I noticed after I paid for my parts that they charged me for a 1 year extended warranty on every single part that I bought. I told the guy that I wanted a ferund for that warranty that i never asked for. He said he can go and refund me the entire bill and then charge me again for the part, I was ok with that, but then they told me that they were going to refund me less because they can't refund taxes. This is completely ILLEGAL. So at the end of the day they keep money for taxes that they don't pay for!!! Government needs to go and check these people

These guys made my day so much easier and better today. My daughter in law had a flat with bent wheel and needed it fixed on Sunday. They were open and had what I needed at a super price so she could get back on the road. I appreciate it guys. Been needing a place like this for years around here.

Good price and Helpful and Friendly Staff for what I DID buy. But inquired about Cheap Aftermarket Tape on Window rain guard strips, and was told they eould cost $9 a pc?? That would be 36 total, plus $3 look yard fee, plus tax? The rain drip guards cost only $50 for brand New, that has adhesive tape to apply, and are Nice new look, where the ones they wanted that much for, was all scratched up and brittle sun damaged.. and no tape supplied to put them on my vehicle? These are NOT factory parts (OEM) and wanted same price as New, online deal costs for a complete, Nice looking set of all 4 window rain guards. Guess it depends on what you want, on whether what you find is Worth even considering worth bying used and beat up looking. But WAS Told, had the part.. but found by reading reviews, they may Not have? Wasn't TOLD this on phone... so I got Lucky that I found the part I needed, after Driving an hr to go remove myself! Seems Crazy to have to PAY, for me to go hunt and hope the part is need is on a car?, and that i possibly wait a tone of time, and gas for my drive, to Just SEE if I might find the part I need? There Shouldn't be a Carge, for Looking to See if you possibly have what I need? Would be simple to have your system set up, that when a person purchases a part, and says which car they took it from... that you'd KNOW that vehicle No longer had that part. Really a Extreamly simple system to have on you computer,.. so as to Not cause people a Waist of their time And Gas.. then CHARGE them for Themselves to have to go look? That's like paying a store, to have to do Self check and Self bagging, vs paying Nothing Extra to have a employee to do it for you, that the Store says! It's a Totally Backwards setup! The very KEAST could Do, is Give back the Looking fee, if a potential customer Can't find what they waisted all their time and gas to to come Look for! That would Only be Fair. It's Not Like the person had FUN going through a junkyard to search for themselves to see if you have the part they need?

This is what owner stated in one of his feedback statements.
“Our staff is instructed to never tell customers whether or not we have parts because we do not know what is left on the vehicles. In order to be able to answer those types of questions we would literally have to inventory every car at the end of every day and that’s just not how this business works.”
However, me and my friend went there looking for a fan for my car. The guy who took my entrance fee money did advise me that there was one on the yard compatible with my car and gave me locations of cars that had one. We went to every one of them, spent over a hour in the hot sun, and in the end there was not one. My car is a 6cyl and the available ones were on a 4 cyl and are different. There was one that was crushed up that would have been the same but it wasn’t operable. I went back and asked the man if there was any other cars that had one that would interchange with mine. I was given the same printout with the same ones. That’s the only info he had. I then asked him if I could possibly get a refund for the two entrance fees I paid. I was told no since they do have one available on the yard . I understand that your policy is not to give a refund, but it’s also policy not to tell people you have a part and you don’t have it. I was hoping for a better outcome. Also someone more knowledgeable in interchangeable parts would be a great improvement for your business. It started with a young lady named Carlita who set up an appointment for me with a driver on August 27th. His phone call was right on time, and he verified an arrival time, called again when he arrived. Alejandro Morell is an amazing young man~a genuine soul. There were a few glitches, which he easily found solutions for, and he drove away to his next customer. You are lucky to have Alejandro as an employee. He made my entire experience phenomenal. How are you going to have an “all you can fit in a bucket for $35” day and then pick and choose what’s aloud to go into the bucket AFTER someone has already spent HOURS getting the parts they needed… an absolute scam of a place. Won’t ever be back, won’t ever recommend.

Great experience with this company. Jesse Shirks was the driver who picked up my vehicle, and I could not be more pleased and impressed. He was quick, safe, and professional. I thought there was no way a flatbed was gonna be able to make it in and out of my driveway, but he was in and out no problem. Clearly an experienced truck driver. I would recommend requesting him if you are considering having a vehicle picked up.

Had a vehicle picked up, could not have gone better. Tow driver Jesse was great, very pleasant to talk with. Removed vehicle with no issues and really knows what he’s doing. I have dealt with this company in selling vehicles, and also purchased parts there, and will continue doing so.

They offered a significantly better price than any other Parts yard or Recycling facility including Pull-A-Part. Slight hiccup with the scheduling, but all it took was a quick call and they got somebody scheduled for the same day. Jesse came out and took care of everything! Extremely helpful and definitely knows what he’s doing!

Jesse picked up cars at my house on two different occasions. He was very nice and respectful of both me and my property. He made a difficult decision to have the cars picked up much easier for me. It was a pleasure to deal with him and Go Pull-It. I would highly recommend them to others.

They came and bought an old jeep off of me with no issue or runaround, can't say enough good things. If Jesse Shirks is your tow driver, he'll get it done with no problem! Great service!

Communication was very good. Prompt response to my inquiry. Quoted a price with shipping that seemed fair. Refund was not possible.
ent agreed upon funds and asked for a tentative shipping timeframe. Came back with an additional Packaging fee that was 60% of the material cost. Stated that it would be refunded upon delivery. Very questionable! When I asked for a refund was told parts had already been pulled and the agent was at the shipper. All within an hour and fifteen minutes! They evidently are more efficient than Amazon!
Was told refund was not possible. Whole transaction felt very unethical and deceptive.

They gave us the best offer from all the places we called, and even came to pick up our van despite it was outside their 35 mile radius. The driver, Jesse Shirks, was very friendly, punctual and efficient!

Tl;dr - all the parts you need at a fair price without driving all the way to Duluth. Friendly staff, good selection, excellent local business to deal with. Thank you for doing what you do! You guys have the best variety, you always have what I need, and sometimes just walking through the lot here it gives me ideas for projects that I have because their variety is so wide and offer so many types of parts.
As with any new junkyard, start up can be a little rocky. People unfamiliar with cars need time to learn and patience from the customer base while they get acclimated to their new job. That said, understanding from customers is fleeting and hard to come by at best.
I, myself, was guilty of not treating these guys and gals with the respect they deserved, and not having patience when it was necessary. They’re doing a great job, and it shows
Coming with preconceived, notions, and certain expectations from previous junkyards, those expectations were not met when I first started coming here. But I see now that those were partially unreasonable, and for that I do apologize for the rudeness that I showed the ladies at the front desk on a couple of occasions.
Every employee that I have met is doing a great job, or at least the best job that they can as they learn. And honestly in today’s Job market, that itself warrants a higher level of respect than most people are willing to give.
These guys have the best cars of any junkyard in North Georgia, they have the best variety of cars, and more times than not they have what I need. And I’m always seeing stuff as I’m walking a lot that I’m surprised to see like high-end vehicles, super rare, trim, levels of vehicles, and even motorcycles and commercial vehicles. This is really the one stop shop for anybody trying to restore a old vehicle. Even trying to get a small business set up, they have plenty of commercial vehicles that you can get shelving from which is a super rare commodity and definitely appreciated.
That said, they are running a business - a profit based business. So they are going to charge for their parts, and they have every right to charge whatever they want to charge. I personally think that this junkyard out of the other similar junkyards has a better selection and a convenient location and that comes at a premium for the customer. It is totally reasonable, as salty as I may be in the moment, to pay a few dollars more for my parts coming to this location. And it definitely beats the longest drive to Atlanta.
I appreciate that these guys opened up a junkyard in Gainesville, and I appreciate the work that I do and the customer service they provide.
I can be a tough customer to deal with because of my expectations, but these guys have handled it very well on every occasion, and I give them major respect for that. And also, I apologize for being such a Karen at times.
I have been and will continue to refer anybody who will listen to buy their parts here, at the Go Pull-it in Gainesville Georgia.
The staff is friendly, they’re here to help, and like I said above, they will probably have what you need.

Loved these guys. I had to part with my car, and they were willing to pick it up next day. The fella in the office- I can't recall his name at the moment unfortunately- was very communicative, informative, and made sure to walk me through every step of the process. I also had Jesse as the tow truck driver, who was very kind throughout the whole process and helped explain what would happen to the car after they took it. They gave me a check upon getting the car in the truck, which is formatted a bit differently than standard checks, so you have to take it to a physical bank in my experience. All in all, a very kind and human company, appreciate y'all :)

I recently had go pull-it come out and buy an old vehicle of mine. From beginning to end it was hassle free. They gave me a quote, gave me a time and date. Mr. Jesse Shirks called me that morning 15 minutes before the appointment letting me know he was in route. Arrived prompt, helped me with my paper work handed me a check and said thank you for choosing go pull-it.
Very professional, I would definitely use they're services and recommend them to anybody needing this type of service.

Jesse Shirks was amazing! He explained everything thoroughly and was very polite. He got 2 vehicles out of my yard that had been sitting for a long time without messing my yard up despite having to move one vehicle to get to the other one due to the way they needed to go on the truck. The entire process from the time I called Go Pull-It to schedule a time to pick the vehicles up all the way until Jesse left was a great experience!
