Bad business people. I have had more the one bad experience but my fault for going back. First time: serviced my Maserati but couldn't turn the service light off. Was told they would turn it off when their machine was fixd. Never heard back from them. Two year later I take a different Maserati in for a noise I was hearing. Diagnosed it as a ball bearing for 1500. Car was also reading wrong outside temp so I asked about sensor in the passenger mirror and was told it was in the bumper. Surprise, suprise it was in the mirror like Maserati told me it was and they broke mirror and bumper trying to find it. So now mirror is broke,bumper clips are broke with unexplained scratches and car is still making noise i paid 1500 to fix. I expressed everything to the owner who said I will take care of everything, let me give u a call That was months ago.
I recently had my car serviced here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. They completed the work on time. Prices were fair, and I felt like they truly cared about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
I took my car for an oil change. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was welcoming. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. I will be a returning customer for sure.
Horrible service!! Went in for a noise in my driver side wheel, they said it needed to be tightened and adjusted, paid 400 for that service. 1 week later, its making the same noise, took it back and now they said the joints need replaced so thats another 900+ for that. So they lied. Do not recommend!!

Very friendly. I love this place! They get you in as fast as they can. Fair prices!! They even put in a new battery in my key fob for free. There was an issue with the rotors that they put in my car. They replaced them. No questions asked with a better brand. These guys are top-notch.
I needed my CV axle replaced on my 2011 Honda element. It was vibrating the suspension on acceleration. Normal for a vehicle with 150K miles. Using a ChatGPT search, Pro Import came up as the best specialist in town for this particular problem. I called for an estimate, received an appointment for a couple days later, and upon completing the service it was rectified within the estimate amount. My car runs like a champ! Rich, the owner, really knows his stuff; as does his team. Angelica on the customer service desk was a real pleasure to work with. I will be coming back in the future.
Don’t take your car here. I made an appointment a week in advance only for me to drop it off Monday them clear the codes with a scanner and pull it around back and let it sit for 4 days then when I called about my car Andrew made up a story saying he drove it around and couldn’t find anything lol when I picked my car up it was still in limp mode I didn’t even make a big deal about it but come on guys if you can’t work on a car or don’t want to just say that and don’t waste peoples time
When I walked in the door, I knew then this is the place. The shop smells Better then a 5 Hotel. Everyone there is GREAT!!! And the prices, WHAT!!! they are GREAT. NO AUTOMOTIVE SHOP, can Compare.. if I live in Gainesville. All my fleet would be service here. Family love is in the air when you walk in the door. Thank you Guys so much. I was having a crazy day. These guys are ridiculously expensive. I called them to get a quote to replace my cat converter ($100 Part) and have them inspect my car for any other potential issues. They told me they would charge me over $1,700+ to replace the cat converter and an additional $100+ just to inspect my vehicle. If you value your money, find somewhere else that will do all of this for much cheaper and at the same (or higher) quality.
We got a pre-purchase inspection done on a Chevy pickup we were considering buying. Pro Import inspected the car with a level of detail and friendliness beyond my expectations. They found several issues but were upfront about "need to have" vs "nice to have" and real problems vs typical wear and tear. They also advised us in further car shopping which makes and models had which typical problems for vehicles in our price range. Thanks so much guys!

First time Audi owner and they were nothing but kind and helpful! Answered any questions I had and kept me informed on my car. Pricing is extremely fair and blows any Audi dealership out of the water, with a master technician I might add. Overall, they have made a life long customer out of this new Audi owner.
I really trust the staff at Pro Import!! Often it’s difficult to know whether or not you are getting accurate information from mechanics. You want the best service but also you want no overcharging. I feel that I get both. I trust their Christian Values and love that they have experienced VW mechanics!
I have an Infinity QX80 that had a serious fuel issue. I have been trying to find a good mechanic the past 3 years since moving to Gainesville. My previous service on this car with another mechanic resulted in me not having my car for 3 months & a $4000 bill. So I desperately needed to find someone who I felt confident would do right by my car. With the great reviews, I decided to take it here. I was not dissapointed! The communication was great. It was diagnosed the same day I had it towed in & fixed in 2 days. The car is running great. They kept me informed & sent me photos of the issue & how it looked after the repair. Andrew was my contact & he explained things very clearly. It was a great experience. Thank you.

I needed a new transmission and not only did Pro Imports locate one for me, the installed and offered a warranty. Communication was great as well along with no surprise costs. Highly recommend them!

Last Wednesday I was an hour and a half away from home at my friend's doctor's appointment. I have been having an issue going on in my car for quite some time but why we were at the doctor's appointment the issue progressively got worse and we were very worried to drive the car an hour and a half back home. I did a quick Google search for the nearest auto repair place and pro import was only 3 minutes away. When we pulled up we told him that we had no money and just needed to know if it was a safety issue to drive all the way home or if we needed to have it towed. They were very nice. They test my car and very quickly brought it back. They pulled it into the bay and it took three of them to get my back tire off. It had been shaking and about to come off the car for a while apparently. They ordered new parts, put them on and put the tire back on. They told me to get new tires because they were very low and set us on our way without charging me a thing. If you are in the Gainesville are, theses are the people to go to. They are awesome!
Trust is a key to every area of life. I keep my baby serviced by my friends at Pro Import. I don’t shop around, I don’t as any questions. I let the Pros do their amazing work. Only on place for me for the last 25 years.
0 for 2. Couldn't get either of my mercedes repaired by this place. All I did was acrue a bunch of towing bills. And they leave early so don't trust them with your key either. I will never waste my time here again.
Allow me to add that you miss diagnosed a faulty injection pump. Was a scanner even hooked to my vehicle? This experience was so awful that I purchased my own scanner which read that I had a faulty injector. And this was after I installed an new injection pump in the parking lot of my work based on your incorrect diagnosis and rufusal to repair(after my car sat at your shop for 2 weeks). You even argued with me about a common rail diesels injection pump needing to be timed. You are incompetent. The $160 I was charged for a diagnosis was theft. Rest assured I am glad my vehicle wasn't worked on by you fools. People watch out for these salesmen, they are not mechanics. Those 3 bolts were too much for a shop that can't even stay open for its listed hours. Accept your mediocrity pro import, there is no excuse for this lack of service
This was my second experience with Pro Import. This is a very genuine, polite and friendly business. Repairs are made in a timely manner and all staff are concerned for completing repairs and maintenance on your vehicle as quickly and correctly possible. I will only trust my vehicle with this company.
