Very friendly. I love this place! They get you in as fast as they can. Fair prices!! They even put in a new battery in my key fob for free. There was an issue with the rotors that they put in my car. They replaced them. No questions asked with a better brand. These guys are top-notch.
When I walked in the door, I knew then this is the place. The shop smells Better then a 5 Hotel. Everyone there is GREAT!!! And the prices, WHAT!!! they are GREAT. First time Audi owner and they were nothing but kind and helpful! Answered any questions I had and kept me informed on my car. Pricing is extremely fair and blows any Audi dealership out of the water, with a master technician I might add. Overall, they have made a life long customer out of this new Audi owner.
I really trust the staff at Pro Import!! Often it’s difficult to know whether or not you are getting accurate information from mechanics. You want the best service but also you want no overcharging. I feel that I get both. I trust their Christian Values and love that they have experienced VW mechanics!
