I showed up as quickly as I could to retrieve my personal belongings. After totaling my car I wasn't able to get a rental car until the next afternoon. I came out the next day after I left work after already missing two days of work. I have a 2-year-old that is with me. Everything I retrieved from the car was ruined because they took everything and threw it in a garbage bag including hand sanitizer that leaked everywhere a water bottle that they claim was dumped out but it still had water in it. Everything damaged probably totaled less than $50 but honestly having to go through and replace these things is already hard enough now that I don't even have a car. I'm going to have to come up with money to buy a brand new car. So this is just another stress on top of that that's really unexpected. I didn't think that they would move my things at all I thought I would show up and get my stuff out of the car where I had left it in the car. I did not think they were going to throw everything in a trash bag. I talked to the general manager here and he didn't do anything. They have no plans to compensate me for anything that was ruined even if I just got $20 I would be happy but no they don't care Lady the front desk is rude as hell they're doing construction inside right now so I get it's loud or whatever but I'm standing at the window and instead of getting up from the desk and walking over and saying hi how can I help you she just looked at me funny leaned over sideways from behind the computer and was like hello. After I was on hold with them for over 10 minutes. The guy operating the heavy machinery in the back that brought my car up to me is the only person here that was even remotely polite to me. After going through such a traumatic experience I would just really like a little bit of kindness from others and I did not get that here at all. They threw all of my babies belongings into a trash bag like it was garbage like we don't matter. You would have thought the people that own this car had died in the accident the way they just discarded my belongings.

This place is a complete joke for tow truck drivers. The hourly rate is a scam, the zones are not enough pay. They get you to apply easy because they mention making 80 to 100k a year that’s not the case because your not on deployment all year, the management sucks an seem to care for they self, very unprofessional disrespectful dispatcher as well. He will send you what he wants you to have off favoritism. You have to do something for him in order for him to do something for you. If you made him mad he would play games with ur work. Spoke to Eric about that several times nothing was done. The way they treat you like a slave is crazy. They pay is not what it needs to be. You also miss out on money if you can’t get the car even if you drove to the location hours away, cars not in the right location or the notes don’t add up. You have to do more than ur job to get or find a car sometimes, if ur truck is broken they take the time fixing it, when the truck is down you don’t get paid. My gm Eric smart expected us to pick up paper or shovel out 18 wheeler full of wood chips. That’s definitely not in the job summary. Eric smart has no care in the world long as he makes himself look good. He takes forever to respond to emails, phone calls etc. you can’t be that busy sitting at a desk all day. Stay away from these people gimmicks. The cars ain’t what they seem to be on pictures I had many deliveries an the customers was not happy. Needs new office personnel asap

Terrible management! the forklift driver damaged the rear end of my truck and they told me the truck was sold as is even though he did it right in front of me. I asked for any kind of refund for the damaged bumper and quarter and they said absolutely no. I ended up giving the truck back, lost a full day and a full tank of diesel.

Mark from Copart was amazing. He called before he came like the company said he would. He was approachable, professional and very thorough. We sat on our driveway as he loaded up my Corolla on insistence from my child and he did such a good job. We would definitely use this company again. Mark was wonderful.

Sign, sign, everywhere a sign, except for at Copart Jefferson Sublot- NO SIGNS Review for the Jefferson Sublot: No phone number to call, no signs at all showing its a copart. When I went in they accused me of trespassing because i had no idea where to park. Its in an old racetrack with the old racetrack signs still hung up. Couldnt even reach a manager. I understand this can be a hard job but Copart needs to treat their customers and transporters with a little respect. I stopped going to IAA because of their customer service, but it seems to be the same at Copart.

This facility is poorly managed. Purchase vehicle as a run and drive with photos of all parts on vehicle. When the driver pick the vehicle up the vehicle was completely stripped of parts ( radiator, dash cluster, spark plug wires, oil cap, batter, and the exhaust from the cat back) HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? Is this a UPICK? and this facility excepts no responsibility for the thief. They are letting individuals strip vehicles after they have inspected vehicles and listed them in one condition. And are sold to you in another condition beware. Employee Brian and general manager Eric Smart are running this facility poorly something like a jack yard. There letting their end customer absorbs all the financial burden. DONT USE THIS facility!!!!

Purchased a car on Wednesday, paid the following day, called and explained to them that due to my job it would be Monday morning before I could get there to pick it up. A lady in the office told me that was fine and not to worry about a late charge (which they charge even though you can’t get in there over the weekend). I picked up the car first thing Monday morning , saw the charge on my statement , explained the situation to the lady checking me out, she went back and talked to another lady, they signed me out and I thought it was dealt with. Few days later I looked at my statement and it still showed I owed a late pick up fee. I called the 800 number, she advised me that the general manager was the only one who could help. I emailed him on 11-03, never heard anything so I emailed again today on 11-17 and he responded by saying that no one in his office had said any such thing and explained their policy. So what I learned from all of this is DO NOT trust anyone in their office. Get everything in writing

I have been able to buy to Ghana by not going through a third party. All my cars goes to where i want it to be. Copart cars are affordable too.

INSPECT your vehicle BEFORE transport!!! The yard operator punctured the front of my new car and you could not see it unless you got right up to the bumper and looked through the grille. Forklift fork went through the AC Condenser, Trans Cooler, and bent the radiator and Fan Shroud. Cost me $1,600 to repair and the General Manager SHAWNA CRAWLEY was horrible. We all know the rules, but maybe you should add into your Membership Pledge a line about "honesty, integrity, and maybe even doing the right thing when an employee makes a mistake"! I've been a member, buyer, and even an investor in Copart for years, but this experience has completely tainted my feelings about how this company does business. Don't let your transport leave before doing an extensive inspection! If they leave with damage that occurred on the lot, it's now on you!

As a business owner myself , very disappointed with management at this branch. Purchased a run and drive car and it came in knocking and wouldn’t move under its own power. I was told secondary damage was optional and that they didn’t have to list mechanical. Thankfully I have dealt with other copart branches and know not all are run like this one

Stay far away from this place! There are plenty of other locations that deserve your business. Management and customer service DO NOT care about you after they take your money. If you desire loyalty, honesty, appreciation, and trust from a business then this is NOT THE PLACE. Look ELSEWHERE! A claim with Better Business Bureau has been filed since I don't want anyone else to be scammed by this location.

Bought multiple cars that said running when I showed up motors where beyond damaged. Have had cars damaged when loading by associates and they drive off likes it’s no big deal management doesn’t care at all. If you plan on buying any cars from here expect them to not to be in the shape or how they are described by any means.What can you expect when the management says one thing an does another hope they all get fired. Due not buy from here till things change you have been warned.

I received a car with parts of the engine missing Akins with the radio being taken out. Contacted customer service and they were rude to me and gave me an attitude. Horrible. Have never been disrespected by customer service in my life.

Wow by far worst customer experience and management I have experienced. Thankfully I have dealt with other copart locations to know not all are like this one and they actually treat their customers with courtesy and respect. Until Angela and Shawna are replaced, I will stay away from this yard.

By far the worst customer service I have encountered and experienced in my life you’d think if your paying them so much money for these cars that they would at least have the generosity to take care of the paying customer. They don’t care about your needs or wants or even question. Once you’ve paid for the car the way they see it is your all on your own after that. Never had a worst copart experience than this place.

Only thing I didn't like is they make me pay GA sales tax when they know I have to pay SC sales tax. They said they will send me $600 sales tax back later..

Fransisco at the front counter was terrific. Explain to me what to do and the COvID 19 restrictions (3 persons in the waiting room at a time) Fransisco even went above and beyond when my kisok appointment time was some missed and called me even though I didn't receive a text. Much better experience than Copart South.

Worst copart to pickup from as a transporter, they won’t allow you to take pictures (required by the buyer) before they load you, if the trunk or hood is up they won’t let you close it down before loading. The yard manager Daryl is just fine with this, & is just as unhelpful as the loaders.

1st time ever having a badd experience at this facility with one of the loader slamming my vehicle on the ground Only to tell me that I am not allowed to record my vehicle Being loaded onto my trailer then notice that he bent one of the tyrods on the front of the truck as he slams it on the ground. This guy really needs to adjust his attitude and the way he handles customers merchandise or this facility will have multiple issues with customers.

Its better than dealerships, cheaper but the downside is you pay on the spot, cash credit card. Most people buy beat up cars fix them and make 3_6k profit, its 1 good way for people to get off the couch and raise an independent business.

.... LIERS ..... I would like to give a negative star, but it doesn't exist!!!! .... they have the worst customer service!!! And they are liers!!!!! Do not buy a car with a pending title, they say you'll get it in 30 business days and usually within a week! And then after the 30 days they said No, it's 45 days ! Okay! It's been almost 70 business days now! Then they come up with a brand new number which is 90 business days!!!!!!! Each call they say something different and they have some rude representatives who could hangup before you complete your call !

Horrible just horrible, because of Hurricane Dorian the port in Savannah Georgia was closed, and I couldn’t move my car out of the copart lot. Instead of being understanding of a catastrophic event , Shauna the general manager said she won’t be crediting any storage back. Goes to show how American this company is, so much for helping out neighbors in time of need. Thanks a lot Copart

two cars purchased there, run and drive, paid more for them, when they got to my shop, in different occasion, both cars did not start and the batteries where missing , call the office they simply told me they are not responsible for the vehicles in there yard . left messages for the manager, she never did call back. this is a bad facility. first time I have this issue with Copart in three years . PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED. MANNY POZO MASTER ASE TECH.

I have never seen such an incredible customer service in any other copart locations. The staff in this location are very helpful and friendly and they work above and beyond to satisfy the customer needs. Thank you so much for your help and I will come back to buy more cars!

Buying some parts here second hand is a great way to save money. You can also find great cars that insurance companies totaled because of cosmetic damage alone. If you work on cars, or know someone who does, it can be a goldmine. The people are also very friendly and helpful.

I have been dealing with Copart for the better part of 10 years. Always great customer service, never had myself, nor heard anyone else have an issue with them. They always go out of their way to help.
