One word- AMAZING! I have the hardest vehicle to get into. I have 5% all around other then my windshield (which is covered by a sunshade meaning the whole cab is blacked out) I called multiple places and by far I made the best choice by choosing this company! Instead of getting transferred or having to wait for a call back I talked to a real person, after I gave my address he said no problem. I then told him the biggest issue was that my windows are heavily tinted and his response was he had really good flashlights LOL! Clearly he told the truth because this man went through the trouble of having to go through the security gate at my work (which is where I was stranded) and he had me unlocked within two mins! AMAZED! I prepared myself for him to say like the other people who tried earlier that they just can’t see inside. Not this company! Not to mention I called a lot of paces for a quote- most turned me down, but if I got one it was well over double his price! This company is beyond unbeatable! Will be telling all my family, friends, coworkers who are local and saw me stranded- ETC!! I don’t leave may reviews, but when you get rescued and you get your pride and joy back (my truck) you can’t help but almost want to cry being so thankful! I have never been more impressed by a service!! Getting locked out of your car is scary and you always hear about people having to wait for hours for a lock smith to come! So the first time I had to call I was terrified but Eric with A1 locksmith made it so easy and stress free! His pricing is great, and he literally was there to me less than 10 minutes! The whole process start to finish took less that 3 mins too! I really had no idea what to expect but I highly highly recommend Eric for getting into your car if it’s locked out!!

My experience might be different from others. But it definitely shows that Eric’s work didn’t stop at work. In fact I didn’t call for his services. He just happen to be there at the right time and place of my own crisis. I just wanted to come by and say thank you so much for helping with jump starting my vehicle! The fact that I had already one set of jump cables connected to my vehicle which didn’t help much. You were kind enough to offer some extra assistance with an an extra box to help double up.
