I just wanted to take the time and thank Rick for helping me out today. I was having transmission issues and got myself stuck on a dead end road and couldn't turn around. I first called AAA and waited an hour just for them to call me back and say they couldn't find a driver to come out to me and I had to find my own. So I searched up the nearest tow place and Rick was at my location in 10 minutes. He really went out of his way for me. Anyone who needs a towing service should definitely Excalibur Towing call! Excellent service. Was quick to arrive (tows usually require a long wait. Not here). I have a lowered vehicle and he had things handy to accommodate that which I really appreciated. So if you need a low clearance tow then he has you covered. He also called me back to confirm the drop off of my vehicle. Good customer service.
Rick responded when my car became disabled. They were quick to respond and accurate on the estimated time of arrival. Very professional and made the towing process very easy. I was traveling through GA and ran into mechanical trouble. I looked around and found these guys. They had me on the way to the shop and I didn't have to wait long at all. Really great price! Very nice people. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I would call and recommend!
Got in a wreck right off the buford dam land bridge by lake Lanier, Rick happened to be there at the time and offered to help tow my vehicle out of the road, as well as take it to his towing lot 10 minutes from my house, He was extremely nice and helpful talking me out of hysteria and talking with my dad. We visited his lot the next day to retrieve items from the vehicle, and we were unable to open the trunk, Rick tried every method under the sun to open the trunk, as well as undoing the fastenings on the seat and floor covers so we could recover them, 10/10 would recommend, amazing service and hospitality.
