Darlene came to tow my car which had a dead battery and the car was unable to shift into neutral. She was able to get the car into neutral and load onto the flatbed. She was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I went through AAA, and they took 28 hours to get someone to tow my car. Very pleased with Darlene’s attitude and job performance.
I can’t say enough good things about this towing company. Despite terrible weather and stormy conditions, they showed up promptly, were professional, and handled everything with care. The driver was courteous, reassuring, and clearly knew what he was doing, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
It really says a lot about a company when they still deliver excellent service in bad weather. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable towing services.
i was pulled out of service at a weigh station and these guys were called to tow me to my destination dropoff... the drivers were prompt and very professional and i would recommend this company to anyone with a big rig or other vehicle... thank you Statewide Towing for your service
Can't say anything for their service as I've never used them but whatever driver was on 369 on Thanksgiving morning is a liability. He tailgated me the whole way while I was going 50-55 in the 45. If I'd had to brake abruptly there's no way he could've avoided me without crossing lanes. Dude's gonna end up hitting someone. Learn some road etiquette.
I had an accident the law officer called for a rollback to pickup my vehicle the driver arrived he was rude from the get go after he loaded my pickup I requested for him to take it to my home he said he could not I felt like it was my choice where my vehicle was carried if I had it to do over again I would have told him to unload it and I would have called a towing service I have used in the pass they need to learn better customer relations I DO NOT PLAN TO EVER USE THEM AGAIN
Robert gave us the best tow service ever. Went above and beyond to tackle different obstacles we ran into while towing my Tesla to a supercharger. Amazing work!!
Used this towing company for the first time today. Barbara (office lady) was so sweet, and Robert, my tow truck driver, was really nice and kept me updated when he was on his way and when he got to my location. Would highly recommend and will use them again if I need to in the future.

My insurance contacted this company for roadside assistance. They said they would show up but never did. Didn't pick up the phone when I tried to call them.
Got towed from the company picked tire and rim bent ask to help expenses (even left debris outside from rubber that peaked off tire with Skidmarks )for repair was told they did not do it got camera from police dash cam that gladly I got showing them dragging vehicle till the point my vehicle was hoping
