Lady over the phone very very rude for no reason. I called twice about questions i had about getting a car out. Very short and rude responses. She said i could come get it the next day , so the next day i call before i come in and she says they closed at 1 i said i wasnt informed that she goes “yeah well i tell everybody that” i said well you didnt tell me both times i called or i would have been up there. She Talked over me, very rude and short for the jump.
I have used Kearns with great results over the decades. Today I called them to get my truck towed because it wouldn't start. Anthony from Kearns arrived promptly, cleaned off my battery terminal, and started my truck immediately. He said I didn't owe him anything. Of course I gave him a great tip. Kearns and Anthony are the best!
Our car broke down on our way from South Carolina to Florida, we were fortunate to have Mr Smith come and tow it. He was very professional and polite. Mr Smith also got ahold of a mechanic who could help fix our car in such short notice. I highly recommend them!

Driver TRESPASSED through our property instead of staying on the paved public road to get to his customer’s property in a gated community adjacent to ours. No apology from the driver.
I was involved in a bad accident on the day after Christmas and needed my Truck extracted from a 50 foot drop and towed. Anthony and Gregory from Don Kerns were there in minutes after the Police called them at 6AM! They were super kind, professional and efficient. They were able to safely extract the truck and get me my belongings. Gregory even drove me to a rental car place, stayed with me till it opened and made sure I had a car before he left. Both Anthony and Gregory helped me unload my personal belongings from my truck to the rental car and made sure I got everything that I needed. Throughout the process they were both so kind and caring. I cannot thank your company enough for employing such wonderful gentlemen! I went in today to get some information on one of cars. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Wendy were very helpful and kind when I came in. They let me take pictures to turn in my insurance, no hassle and no problems. Thank you for everything guys!
This morning I watched a Don Kerns tow truck tailgate a car for miles, inches from its bumper at 60 mph. He was constantly hard braking behind this car. TBH I thought it was a case of road rage the way he was driving. It must have been terrifying for the driver of that car. I did report this to the company. They said he was on the way to a bad accident. No excuse.

Fast, efficient and polite service. In and out quickly! Glad they were the ones that towed our truck. Had to get one of the tow truck drivers to help me up in the seat and show me how to start the truck. Very friendly!
The only company who answered my call, was quick to get someone out to my car, and dropped it off at the location I needed it at. They are good on price and would definitely use this company again if needed!
Tried to call for a tow. Guy told me it would be 2 hours till someone could make it. I could barely hear him. I was about to say ok, will you still come and pick it up for me. But before I could get that out he mumbled something under his breath and hung up on me. I've used this service before with no issues but this is the last time I call them.
One of their drivers had bad road rage and called me an mf’er and told me to use my blinker. I had my blinker on the whole time. Very unprofessional especially when his company’s name is plastered all over his vehicle.
Wrecker showed up fast and got my car out of the way in a snap. Took me to an auto shop and stayed with me until my car was fixed up and ready to go. The guy was awesome, good business for sure, I recommend for sure! Good fair prices also.

My family has used Kerns in the pass, but this was an unuasial circumstance, and they didn't hesistate, on my request too lift a brick mailbox that had been knocked over.
